I included a three months view into the booking form but it is only possible to book until the 11th of the current month. No availability limitations or seasons' filters have been set. When I try to add more days in the menu "Availability" the message "0 dates has been set as available " is returned.
Hello.
1) Please be sure that you have set "1 year" or more for the number of "months to scroll" at the Booking > Settings General page in "Calendar" section.
2) Open the Booking > Settings General page in "Availability" section and recheck settings: "Limit available days from today" . It has to be set as "-".
Kind Regards.
We have installed WP booking Calendar Large for our website.
We have multiple items (rooms) and calendars and we have no idea how to ajust the settings that during 3 months only one room can be booked for a minumum of 7 days. Fot the rest of the year, people can also book for les then 7 nights.
(The other rooms (items) have no minimum.)
Hello.
It’s possible to set the different duration of days selection depending from week days or seasons during a year in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions including the Booking Calendar Business Large version.
Is it possible on timeslots to set 15 bookings maximum that countsdown?
Hello.
Yes, it’s possible in the Booking Calendar Business Large or higher version.
If you need to make a specific number of bookings per days or times, consider using the Booking Calendar Business Large version. In this version, you can make multiple reservations for specific date(s) or times. Learn more about this feature at https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#capacity
In this version, you can set the capacity of the booking resource. Dates/times in the calendar will be available until the number of reservations reaches the capacity of the booking resource.
If I activate this plugin on my site, after a few minutes I find some completely blank pages, and I have to clear the host's cache to restore.
An error is probably generated which is then saved in the cache.
If I deactivate the plugin, the problem goes away.
The plugins installed today are:
Booking Calendar
Complianz | GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent
Custom Post Type UI
Elementor + PRO
Plugin for Google Reviews
Now I have to keep it deactivated, I would have liked to buy the premium.
Wordpress latest version.
Hello.
1) Its most probably that you are having some JavaScript error at that page. Please recheck your page for any JavaScript errors (usually for see what JavaScript error you have you need to press Ctrl {+} Shift {+} J for showing browser console) and try to fix them. ~
If you still will have this issue, please send the link to the page with booking form, where you are having an issue, I will check it then.
2) Please recheck your error.log in your server configuration, about any relative errors. If you can not find error.log file, please contact support of your hosting company about helping in finding this file.
Thank you.
Hi, I did import the same .ics file into both of my ressources and the calendars doen't show the same bookings (no other booking than airbnb). Maybe is there something I did wrong? I followed your tutorials though.
Hello.
Booking Calendar imports only events that exist in the .ics feed and that was not imported before into the Booking Calendar plugin.
1) Firstly please recheck that your .ics feed contains events for specific dates.
You can check it at the "oPlugins panel" menu page in the "Upload .ics file and show events" section by clicking on "Show Events (.ics)" button.
I meant that I imported the same feed for two differents ressources and when i look to the calendar, both calendar (ressources) doesn't match. Shouldn't they show the same bookings?
I have two ressources on my website but with the same .ics feed
Hello.
If you use the same ics feed to import in one booking resource, and then use the same ics feed to import into the another booking resource, then the second booking resource will not import the bookings from that ics feed. It is because the plugin import events only once to prevent duplicates same bookings.
Please check about this in my previous comment.
Kind Regards.
I am using your pro Plugins in my https://christmasfestessex.co.uk/booking/ page , how can I use single time range like "9:00 AM@@09:00" "9:04 AM@@09:04" "9:08 AM@@09:08" "9:12 AM@@09:12" "9:16 AM@@09:16" "9:20 AM@@09:20" "9:24 AM@@09:24" "9:28 AM@@09:28"
and it should be work as it is rangetime option.
And also display the time slot as disable after slot booking.
please help me out
Hello.
1) If you do not see the booked dates in calendar at the front-end, please open the General Booking Settings page and in the "Capacity section", please be sure that you have not activated this option: "Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s)". This option must be unchecked. If its checked, please uncheck it and update the settings.
This option "Use pending days as available" must be unchecked, as well.
If you still will have this issue, please recheck for the any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).
2) Please update your version of Booking Calendar 9.7.5 to the latest update 9.8.14
You can request the new update of Booking Calendar on this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/request-update/
Kind Regards.
Thanks for reply, its already unchecked both options in settings. still I not able to see the booked date in front end time slot area
Hello.
1) Please update the Booking Calendar to the latest update of Booking Calendar.
2) Also check for any conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
If it does not help, please deactivate all your plugins and activate the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
We just need to find the reason for this issue.
Can I accept payment from the free version of the calender
Hello.
It's possible only in the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions.
The Business Small and higher versions of the Booking Calendar is support Stripe, PayPal (Standard and PayPal Pro Hosted Solution (please note, PayPal PayPal Pro Hosted Solution its does not the same as PayPal Pro)), Authorize.Net, Sage Pay, iDEAL Buckaroo and iPay88 payment gateways integration (also plugin support showing text info for payment by cash and bank transfer - its only show text info but does not connect to any bank system), other payment systems are not supporting yet. You can configure and activate it at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.
If you want to make the integration of your payment system by yourself, you will be able to check how integrated payment systems exist in the plugin like Stripe payment gateway. Please check more about this here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/custom-gateway-in-7-0/
Please note, if you modify the source code of the Booking Calendar, we will not guarantee the correct work of the plugin and do not support it.

Hello.
Please send your request to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com
Please note, currently support and communications possible only by email or through support forum at plugin website https://wpbookingcalendar.com/support/
I have just upgraded from the Free to the Paid version of the plugin, and have a major problem. When I attempt to make a change to the form in the editor (Settings > Booking Form > Form fields), and hit Save Changes, my server returns a 403 error, meaning I cannot edit the form, or save any changes.
Please note, I am able to save settings anywhere else in WordPress, including within WP Booking Calendar, but not here. What special saving method is this specific area using? What type of configuration does my server require to be compatible with the saving method being used?
Thank you.
Hello.
1) Usually such blocks can be because of some restrictions in the .htaccess file of your website, or in settings of your security plugin(s) for POST requests or in server configuration.
2) Firstly recheck your error.log in your server configuration, about any relative errors. If you can not find error.log file, please contact support of your hosting company about helping in finding this file.
3) Check about the conflicts with some other security plugin that can make such block request ( or actual theme). Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation. If it does not help, please deactivate all your plugins and activate the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again. We just need to find the reason for this issue.
4) Otherwise contact support of your hosting to resolve such block issues at your server. Because such restrictions (most probably) defined in the server configuration for $_POST requests with HTML content.
Firstly you need to check that you have activated and configured the email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page:
- option "Enable / Disable" at the specific email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page, must be checked
- also "From" field at the specific email template must to have the same website DNS as your website.
But in most situations you will need to install and configure some SMTP plugin.
SMTP plugins have to fix your email deliverability by reconfiguring WordPress to use a proper SMTP provider when sending emails.
This is a problem for a lot of WordPress sites because by default, WordPress uses the PHP mail function to send emails generated by WordPress.
The issue is that most WordPress hosting companies don’t have their servers properly configured for sending PHP emails.
The combination of two causes your WordPress emails to not get delivered.
It also can be a reason why your emails are marked as spam.

Please provide asisstance how to resolve such an error that customer receives when he's trying to book a service:
"Error! Email was not sent. An error occurred. Could not instantiate mail function."
Previously it was working all fine and recently service is bookable, but no mail messages are passing through.
Hello.
Not receiving emails, can depend on the different items. Please check this troubleshooting instruction: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/no-emails/
Shot summary.
We can recommend to install and configure this WP Mail plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/
but you can search and install any other SMTP plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/smtp/
Why do you need to have an SMTP plugin?
SMTP plugins have to fix your email deliverability by reconfiguring WordPress to use a proper SMTP provider when sending emails.
This is a problem for a lot of WordPress sites because by default, WordPress uses the PHP mail function to send emails generated by WordPress.
