I can access the data with myphpadmin and make bookings from there like I need it and block hole days or timespans of several hours with just one entry in the database. Now it works exactly like I wanted it to work ; )

I am testing the plugin before launching it in one of our stores and I came across a strange behaviour...
If I try to book 1 resource for a period of time which requires a changeover (let's say first 3 days in child 1 and next 3 days in child 2) then there's some strange behaviour which leads to more changeovers than necessary.
Example:
I have 2 resources under 1 parent (3 resources available in total - 2 child + 1 parent)
Resource 1 is booked between 11.09 and 18.09
Resource 2 is booked between 08.09 and 15.09
Resource 3 is booked between 15.09 and 22.09
Now, when I try to make a booking for 11.09 to 18.09. My expectation would be that R2 is booked from 11.09 to 15.09 and R3 from 15.09 to 18.09 but what's actually booked is:
11. September 2021 14:00 R1
18. September 2021 11:00 R1
15. September 2021 - 17. September 2021 R2
12. September 2021 - 14. September 2021 R3
Relevant plugin config:
* check-in/out times 11:00 and 14:00 respectively
* Set capacity based on number of visitors DISABLED (not ticked)
Please kindly assist as I'm not sure whether I should resolve this myself in a custom way or wait for your update.

Because such dates already partly booked from 8 to 15 of September.
Can you send screenshot of that bookings from the Calendar Overview page and send full screenshot of Booking > Settings General page and Booking > Resources pages.

I have 13 rooms, and I want to manually change a reservation let's say from room 1 to room 5. How do I make this the easy way, without deleting the reservation and creating a new on in room 5? Like drag/drop the reservation in the backend calendar?
I tried to change form for one of my locations, but It still uses the old form (standard) even when it shows the new form. I even confirmed it when I changed something in the standard form and It showed on the form. I tried to delete all cache but it didn't work and the old form is still there.
PS: I have 4 locations, 2 of them are using standard form and 1 is special form for that location. The fourth one is supposed to have special form but still shows standard.

But in case if you are using the booking resources selection shortcode, then you need to skip the custom booking form parameter in this shortcode. Please check more here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/shortcode-booking-resources-selection/
And define for the specific booking resource the specific custom booking form as Default at the Booking > Resources page.

Please be sure that you have selected correct language and locale at the WordPress > Settings General page.
Calendar must be loaded in specific language by default.
Otherwise Probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
We just need to find the reason of this issue.

The issue we're having is that PayPal has started refunding payment to users who booked through the site. Is this a known issue with the plug-in and it's PayPal integration? Any insight to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

For example, we would like to have 3 slots open from 5:00PM to 6:45PM and 3 slots open from 5:15PM to 7:00PM.

Unfortunately, if you need to make the several specific number of bookings per the same time slot at the same date in SAME CALENDAR, it is NOT possible in any versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry. Please check my suggestion below.
A) The ability to book for the specific times only possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). Please note if you will make the booking for the specific time slot, this time slot becomes unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in the current specific calendar.
In lower versions of Booking Calendar it is possible to make bookings only for restricted timeslots.
You can configure the time slots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.
You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. Please read more about the booking form fields configuration here http://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-form-fields/
You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: http://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/ Other live demo you will need to reconfigure.
