Hello.
Please note, currently communications or support possible only in English language.
1) Please be sure that at the same visible page you are having Booking Calendar shortcode only FOR one specific booking resource, like:
[booking type=3]
and you do not added this shortcode one more time somewhere at the page or do not added the Widget for booking form or availability calendar for this booking resource (ID=3 in this example).
2) Otherwise probably it's because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
If it does not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
We just need to find the reason for this issue.
Kind Regards.
Hi
Wordpress v5.8.1 - Theme is Avada Child theme using Church template
PHP v8.0.8
Using Plugin Business Small Single Site 8.8.2
When I use the booking form and fill in the email address, when I tab to the next field (phone) it "auto-fills" the phone field with the email address. It only seems to be through the PC rather than the tablet or phone.
Many thanks, Si.
Hello.
It's seems link some cache issue at your compute.
Please to clear browser cache before testing that.
Otherwise send configuration of your booking form and send the link to your page with booking form, where you are having the issue.
Thank you.
Also yes I have the most up to date version.
Hi, I've added 2 new resources with 2 new forms. When the booking confirmation is sent it's not including the data as it is formatted in the 'Content of booking fields data for email templates' field underneath the form settings.
It seems to be using the default format for this.
Have I missed something?
Hello.
Please open the Booking > Resources page and Select specific custom booking form as default for specific booking resource.
Kind Regards.
Hello
I have a similar problem. Two resources - two forms. If I assign the forms to the resources (Booking > Resources page)
this is ignored and the default form is used.
Business Large Version, WordPress 5.8.1
Hello.
Inside of the page, you cloned to define in the Booking Calendar shortcode, what exactly the booking form to use. Please read how manually to configure Booking Calendar shortcodes here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-shortcodes/
At the Booking > Resources page default forms only for showing correct data at the Booking Listing page and in the emails.

Hello,
It appears as if the booking system is still sending emails to those that booked even though "Emails sending" box was unchecked.
We have VBRO and Airbnb bookings synced into the calendar so definitely don't want to be sending them emails from the system.
After completing this task (in video) I am still getting the rejection email.
Help would be greatly appreciated.
Hello.
1) Do you have issue of auto-cancellation such imported bookings ?
If yes, then open the Booking > Settings General page and activate this option "Auto approve bookings during import" at the "Auto cancellation / auto approval of bookings" section.
No the issue is that I can't manually reject emails without a rejection email going to them. Even if I uncheck the email send function.
I am concerned that even if I uncheck this for "approval" or "rejection" the imports will be getting unwanted email and there's no control over preventing automatic emails from sending out.

Hello,
can I get directions on how to create multiple calendars with the "Booking Calendar Business Small" version? Thank you
You can create the different booking resources (your properties or services - unique calendars) at the Booking > Resources page and then you be able to insert booking forms for each of your booking resources into the posts or pages. Please read more how to insert and configure the booking shortcode into the post or page here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/inserting-booking-form/
Hi,
I was able to get the shortcode Booking Form with calendar on a certain web page. However, the calendar doesn't indicate that some time slots are already booked (and as a result cannot be booked anymore). The same issue for pending time slots. When I go to the bookings in the admin environment, the calendar does show time slots in a certain color, as well as the pending ones.
How can I configure the calendar on my web page in such a way that booked and pending time slots are visible in certain colors?
Thanks a lot for your help!

Hi,
We are using the wp booking calendar for making hotel bookings. The client pays a booking fee in advance, but doesn't pay for the hotels stay yet. However, in case of cancellation we need to be able to deduct the cancellation fee from the credit card. Do you have a solution for this? I have been in touch with stripe, but there it is only possible to hold an amount for 7 days, however, most guests book weeks in advance, so that is not sufficient.
Thanks for your help.
Hello.
Unfortunately, there is no some specific feature for this purpose. Booking Calendar can not handle such payments for the specific amount of time. Sorry.
Kind Regards.
Hi!
Great little tool you have there, congratz!
I am trying to use this : [bookingtimeline type='1' header_title='All Bookings' scroll_day=4 scroll_start_date='2016-11-17']
Is there a way to have dynamic start date? Like today?
Thanks!
Hello.
Please try to remove this scroll_start_date='2016-11-17' parameter from the shortcode.
Kind Regards.
Hello,
What is the best way to go about two separate calendars that have different availabilities for bookings. For example, I'd like to have one calendar that allows guests to book only Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. And I'd like another calendar that's available every day of the week. Both calendars need to be embedded on separate pages of a website. I have Business Large SingleSite.
Thank you ~
Hello.
It's possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions via Availability settings.
1) Please read firstly the general instruction about usage of paid versions of Booking Calendar: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/general-usage-instruction/
You can create the different booking resources (your properties or services - unique calendars) at the Booking > Resources page and then you be able to insert booking forms for each of your booking resources into the posts or pages. Thanks for the quick response! I understand that it's possible, but it's still unclear...
I guess my hangup right now is that I don't know how to figure out the correct short codes to embed the custom booking forms that I've created. For example, the Standard short code is [booking], but I can't figure out how to find the short codes for anything else. I've named one custom form "property-rental" but that does not work as the short code when I embed it...
Sorry, but your FAQs are a little confusing :/
Any help is appreciated ~
Hello.
For showing correct data from custom booking forms in the Booking Listing page and in Emails please open the Booking > Resources page and define for specific booking resources the specific custom booking forms as Default.
For showing inside of the page specific custom booking form, you need to define this custom booking form as parameter in the Booking Calendar shortcode, during inserting it into the post or page. Please read how manually to configure Booking Calendar shortcodes here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-shortcodes/
Kind Regards.
Figured it out, but essentially what I needed to do because I'm using Divi was create a new page > using the classic WordPress page builder, click "Insert booking calendar" from the toolbar > select the parameters > and then take that link and embed it into the page I want it on using the Divi code module. Kind of a big work around, but it did the trick. However, now my issue is that my custom forms pull content from the Standard form when emails are sent.
Is it possible to have separate email content for different resources that are being booked?
I elaborated in a new thread...
Best ~
Hello.
Please open the Booking > Resources page and set for the specific booking resource the specific custom booking form "As default". Save changes. Test it.

Hello.
Ok, for starting export of the bookings from 1 year in the past, you need to make this fix:
Please open this file ../wp-content/plugins/booking-manager/core/wpbc/wpbm-bc-export.php
( you can check how to edit files in WordPress menu in this article https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/how-edit-file-in-wp-menu/ )
then find this code:
********************************
if ( ! function_exists( 'wpbc_api_get_bookings_arr' ) ) return ''; // // Start date of getting bookings // $real_date = strtotime( '-1 year' ); // $wh_booking_date = date_i18n( "Y-m-d", $real_date ); // $param['wh_booking_date'] = $wh_booking_date; // End date of getting bookings $real_date = strtotime( '+2 years' ); //FixIn: 2.0.7.1 $wh_booking_date2 = date_i18n( "Y-m-d", $real_date ); $param['wh_booking_date2' ] = $wh_booking_date2;
********************************
and replace it to this code:
********************************
if ( ! function_exists( 'wpbc_api_get_bookings_arr' ) ) return ''; // Start date of getting bookings $real_date = strtotime( '-1 year' ); $wh_booking_date = date_i18n( "Y-m-d", $real_date ); $param['wh_booking_date'] = $wh_booking_date; // End date of getting bookings $real_date = strtotime( '+2 years' ); //FixIn: 2.0.7.1 $wh_booking_date2 = date_i18n( "Y-m-d", $real_date ); $param['wh_booking_date2' ] = $wh_booking_date2;
********************************
