Yup did like the video said. And now you cant book more than 5 witch is the capacity. But if reserve for 3 people the capacity is still 5 ? Something i am missing ?

1) Please check that FAQ article.
2) You need to activate this option "Set capacity based on number of visitors" at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section and activate this radio option: "Display tooltip on calendar(s) to show availability based on total (fixed) number of visitors for the resource, which can be at free booking resource items."
3) At the Booking > Resources page be sure that your booking resource have specific capacity (have child booking resources), and maximum number of visitors per resource was set as 1.

Same for the resources. They are set to max visitors 1. Still it dont register bookings and adjust the capacity?

If I export house ical calendar, the blocked (by room) days are not exported.

During export process, system export only the bookings that exist in that specific booking resource.
If you are using the aggregate parameter to block some dates in calendar that booked in other booking resource, it’s means that these bookings exist in other booking resource, and that’s why they does not export for the initial booking resource.
So plugin does not export the bookings for the booking resource relative to the aggregate parameter.

Just purchased the small business version of the booking form. Please can you provide guidance on the following questions relating to the booking form.
Context: Students booking assessments/appointments questions:
1. Can students select a specific time on a specific date? Aware of time slots but the timeslots need to be more specific. i.e. date= x time = 9am - not a time range.
2. There is no availability as multiple students can use the same time and date to book their assessment. When 'availability' is deselected, everything goes to pot. a date cannot be selected by the user.

1) For the times bookings you can select one of following ways to select the times. But in any case, we need to know start time of booking and end time of booking.
You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. Please note if you will make the booking for the specific time slot, this time slot becomes unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in the current specific calendar.
You can configure the times selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page.

2) Unfortunately, if you need to make the several specific number of bookings per the same time slot at same date in SAME CALENDAR, it is NOT possible in any versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry.
In your case you can activate the "Use pending days as available" option at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section, if you want to show the pending days/times as available in calendars, until you do not approve some booking.

Suggestion! I can suggest that you can create the booking resource with specific capacity in the Booking Calendar Business Large version for each of your times and then have an independent own calendar for each of your time slots for the reservation. It means that your visitors firstly need to select the times in the select box, where you will list all your options.

I am doing an estimate for a small bakery business website. They would like customers to be able to order bread that will be delivered on a specific date. There will be limited numbers of several types available each day. The owner would like to be able to easily alter the numbers that are available each date. She also wants booking to stop 3 days before delivery.

But please note, the capacity possible to define once per booking resource - calendar, and it's does not possible to change this capacity from day to day.
2) You can also use this option "Unavailable days from today" at the Booking > Settings General page in Availability section, to select number of unavailable days in calendar start from today date - probably it's can solve issue with "3 days delivery" issue.

Then try to delete all bookings that you are having in the trash. Please open the Booking Listing page and click on Actions toolbar and then click on Empty trash button.
If it’s will not help, then in the Filter toolbar select to show only past bookings and then delete them. Repeat the step with clear trash from the previous point.

Thanks. But this method lets me only delete 20 bookings at a time. Is there a way to delete / archive old boolkings faster? Say, for one whole year?
And can I prevent WPBooking sending email notifications to all the clients of the bookings that I am deleting?

By default it's does not possible. But you can try to make such deletion via phpMyAdmin tool (or some other Database editing tool) at your server. Please make backup of your database, before this actions (for be able to restore your booking database if something will go wrong).
You need to run this SQL commands: DELETE FROM wp_bookingdates WHERE booking_date < NOW() - INTERVAL 1 DAY
and then this: DELETE FROM wp_booking WHERE NOT EXISTS ( SELECT booking_id FROM wp_bookingdates WHERE wp_booking.booking_id = wp_bookingdates.booking_id)
First command will delete all PAST dates (older than 1 day from TODAY), and second row will delete all bookings relative to these booking dates.

How do I enable time selection using the free version of the Calender booking plugin? I see a Time Slots section with options but nothing is active in regards to time slots for each day of the week on my actual calendar booking page using the shortcode. Let me know.

I have a house for rent, with several different rooms. You can rent the whole house, or just one of the rooms. When booking, you can choose the options "whole house", "room 1", "room 2" etc. I would like all rooms to be shown as occupied in the calendar, when the whole house is booked. As it is now, it looks like all rooms are vacant when the whole house is booked How do i solve that?
I will explain it in example of booking separately rooms and entire house. Please note, all such separate properties will be have the separate booking forms with calendars at front-end side of your website. Its means that you can book entire house, or specific room at separate booking form.
So in case if you want to show as unavailable some dates or times in all calendars (booking resources) if some booking was made in only one calendar (booking resources), so then it’s possible to configure it with “aggregate” parameter in the Booking Calendar shortcode ( its possible in all paid versions of Booking Calendar).

This parameter make the dates in calendar unavailable if these dates was booked in some other booking resources.

You can request the new update of Booking Calendar on this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/request-update/
