localhost is mean that this url can be accessible only from your computer. It’s not accessible from internet.

This issue relates to tables that do not exist in the database. Such tables must be created during activation of the plugin.
1) Please try to make a full reinstall of the plugin, if you was not made this before:
For making full reinstall of plugin (it means that booking data will be erased).
For this please open the general booking settings page and check the "Delete booking data during deactivation of plugin" at the right side of the page. Click the save changes button.
Then open the WordPress plugins menu and click on the "Deactivate" link. Wait for the message that the plugin is deactivated successfully.
After this Click on "Activate" link of Booking Calendar plugin and wait for the message that plugin is activated successfully.
After this test it again.
2) Otherwise if you still have such errors after this procedure, please recheck your error.log in your server configuration, about any relative errors.
If you can not find the error.log file, please contact support of your hosting company about helping in finding this file.

But I have the problem that other people's reservations appear in the same calendar. I guess my mistake is handling the "resource" element. How can I make the client choose the "resource" in the form, or have it as a prefix on the page from which he reserves
You can create the different booking resources (your properties or services - unique calendars) at the Booking > Resources page and then you be able to insert booking forms for each of your booking resources into the posts or pages. Hi there. I've purchased the Small Business version but I have two problems with my use case and I'm now confused as to how to deal with them.
I hire out a single studio space and I need to set the price for different bookings. The longer you book the space for the cheaper it needs to be. e.g. Book for 2 hours, it's $50 per hour, book for 4 hours it's $40 per hour. It's always the same studio so it seems I can't set these times up as different resources (or the calendar will see the time as free for one resource when it's taken by another).
I also have two sets of rates for the above, so if a customer is preferred client I want to offer them a discount on all their rates.
Are these things possible? (And are they possible with the small business version?)

It's possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions, to define the different cost for the different options in the check boxes - in your cases it's cost of time duration (probably you are having in the booking form the selection of start time and duration of time fields).
In this case you can define the additional cost (it can be negative) for the options of your time duration at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page.
In the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions possible to configure additional costs for selected options in the select boxes or check boxes (such options can be hidden and checked by default). It's useful in case, if you need to add the tax cost or cleaning fee or any other additional cost for the booking. You can configure it at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page. How can I refresh the csv after editing the form (added an extra field between two other fields.

System detect new fields in the CSV based on the bookings that have such fields. For example, if the first booking (in your exported list) does not have such new fields, then system does not add such new fields to the CSV . It's loop other bookings for CSV exporting. And if you have the new fields only at the last bookings, then system add these new fields to the bottom of the CSV columns.
So in your case, you need to edit the fist booking (from your exporting booking list) and be sure that during editing this booking you have saved new values to these new fields.
