    Since a short period I have trouble with displaying the actual months on my calender.
    Previous I could see the actual calender and if the days were available or not.
    Now I can't see these anymore, also with my old pages.

    • Hello.

      It seems that you are using the old version of Booking Calendar and you have updated to the latest update of WordPress.
      Because of that you are having this issue. Please be sure to use the latest update of Booking Calendar 8.9.2
      It has to resolve the issue of not showing the calendar at the latest update of WordPress.
      In case if you are using the paid version of Booking Calendar, then you can request the new update of Booking Calendar on this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/request-update/

        Thanks for the quick reaction.
        Before requesting and paying for a new update I downgraded my WordPress to version 5.6.6 (just to be sure it works again then). However I still can't see the actual calendar at the url:

        Only the bookingsform is visible, I thought that right now it should be visible again.

        Can you please check again for me?
        Maybe the shortcode is wrong (while it's still the same):
        [booking type=4 form_type='standard']

          There is still the same issue relative to old version of Booking Calendar:
          Uncaught TypeError: D.browser is undefined jQuery 2 jquery.meio.mask.min.js:7:56

          Such errors was fixed in the latest update of Booking Calendar.

          And usually such errors appear during updating to the new WordPress updates.

  4. HI guys, I keep getting this error when a customer makes a booking. I have an email address in the appropriate spots in email settings.
    Error! Email was not sent. An error occurred. You must provide at least one recipient email address
    & when I manually send out a pyament request. Any deas as to why?

  5. Hi,
    I'm using Booking Calendar 8.9.2 and, even though I followed every step to import my Google Calendar to the plugin, it doesn't seem to work. Apparently, I don't have the option "Resources" in Booking>Sync>Import Google Calendar Events.
    I clicked on Listing>Actions>Import and I still don't see my events. I double checked and the API and Google Calendar ID are correct. Please, can anyone tell me how to fix this? Thanks!

      The “Resources” menu available only in the paid versions of Booking Calendar.

      Please try to make import via ics feeds instead of import from public Google Calendar.

      Please check about the configuration of import events from .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/import-ics-feeds/
      Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.

      You can define CRON at your server for periodically access pages with import .ics feeds shortcodes and start import process during specific time-intervals, then check this: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/cron-script/

  7. HI.

    I am using Version 9.Business.Large.SingleSite.8.7.6

    In settings > general > 'Days selection number' is set as Min 3 and Max 22.
    For 'Specific days selections' I have entered 3-22

    This works fine for the calendar selections. But for the booking search form users are still able to search for more than 22 days. Is there something else I need to do to limit the number of days available in the search?

    Where do I put this code? On the page in the header? Or where I use the booking plugin? I use the Divi Page builder.

    • Hello.
      You can put inside of the page, during editing the page. You need to use JavaScript block or edit the content of the page in HTML mode (not the block editor).

  9. Hello,
    I purchase the small business plugin. I deleted all the example resource inculding the default resource too and replace them with my own create resource. When I did that the calendar no longer show on my pages and I get this message "Booking resource does not exist. [ID=1]" Please help!

    • Hello.
      In case if you want to reset the Booking Calendar installation. Please try to make a full reinstall of the plugin,  if you was not made this before:

      For making full reinstall of plugin (it means that booking data will be erased).

      For this please open the general booking settings page and check the "Delete booking data during deactivation of plugin" at the right side of the page. Click the save changes button.

      Then open the WordPress plugins menu and click on the "Deactivate" link. Wait for the message that the plugin is deactivated successfully.

      After this Click on  "Activate" link of Booking Calendar plugin and wait for the message that plugin is activated successfully.

      After this test it again.

      2) Otherwise you can create the new booking resources at the Booking > Resources page and then reinsert the Booking Calendar shortcode for the new exist booking resource into the post or page.   10. Buongiorno, ho installato il plugin calendar free.
    Ho visto che è possibile gestire le prenotazioni, ma non su base oraria.
    In pratica avrei bisogno di gestire un calendario dando le disponibilità settimanali in termini orari, ma non so se è una limitazione dovuta alla versione free o se non presente la funzionalità

      You can add or remove the time slots selection in the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page, depends from your needs.

      If you need to make full day bookings, then remove the time slots from the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page.
