Today i noticed that my booking calendar was gone. I didnt pay for this to dissapear. Now everything is unavailable to my customers. Unprofessional. I have now lost money because of this.

Today our paid version was updated to the new free version! I have ordered the paid version again and received it. But do I really need to completely remove the free version and do all the customization again?

Issue can be because of you was having auto update of plugin option at the WordPress > Plugins menu.
My Small Business paid version has disappeared. I have only just purchased this month but it has disappeared. How do I get it back and how do I stop this happening again. I have tried to re-install from the original download but that will not work.

Was the booking search function removed from the latest update?
No, it’s exist in Booking Calendar Business Large version 9.0, as well.
Booking Manager disappeared, and 5 minutes later after a late night email the Booking manager update was sent, the video instructions were followed, the plugin was restored, no data lost, plugin updated and working better than ever!
This is a fabulous plugin I love the flexibility of it, and the customer service from the writer is just exceptional!
If your booking manager has disappeared like mine did, don't despair - get in touch with them and it will be sorted!

We are a happy new user of the booking system, howevers one small thing , i think this is cuased bij de CSS of the choosen overall wordpress theme:
In the calender , the second en 4th week row has no background color. So this makes it difficult for guests to figure out what the status is of the related days. You can actually see it yourself on our web site: https://waterhoeven.nl/?page_id=251

You need to find this CSS code in your theme (it's somewhere in the settings of your theme)
.bravada-clean-table .main th, .bravada-stripped-table .main tr:nth-child(2n) td, .bravada-stripped-table .main tr:nth-child(2n) th {
background-color: #f8f8f8;
}
and remove it or comment it.

The Booking Calendar plug-in accidentally updated for our website and we are no longer able to use it.
Booking Calendar (from version 9.Business.Small.SingleSite.8.6 to 9.0)
Is there a way to revert back to the small business version? I've searched through the emails but I think the person who set it up for us originally must have the communication from yourselves.

Since the latest update to Business Medium SingleSite 9.0 I have issues with the layout of the booking list layout.
The bookings are not below each other as it should be. I have to resize my browserscreen to see them correctly.

After the update to version 9.0 I noticed that there has been a change in de calendar dates who are open for arrival or departure. Now you are using half the option for 'Available' and half the option 'Pending'.
That was before: half the option 'Available' and half the option 'Booked'. This last one was more clear to the users, cause the 'Pending' is only used for a short time and it will be not clear to the users.
So, therefore I am asking to change it back as it was (in my situation to Green and Red).

The functionality in the 9.0 and look of such dates have to be the same as before. Just be sure that you have selected correct calendar skin at the Booking > Settings General page in “Calendar” section and Select specific option at the “check in/out times” that you needed. Please recheck it.
Also Clear browser cache and tests it again.

Mobile users not seeing reserved times when booking a resource. Is there a setting for this?

Please recheck for any cache plugins, like “WP Super Cache”, “WP Fastest Cache” or “W3 Total Cache”. If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).
Otherwise Probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
We just need to find the reason of this issue.

Please recheck configuration of booking form and “Content of booking fields data” form at the Booking > Settings > Form page.
Otherwise reset the booking forms to default. And test it.
