Hi
Is it possible to make settings to secure, that customers cannot book any items for tomorrow later than 17 o' clock today?
Regards Kasper
Hello.
You can only set 1 or 2 days as in a days, starting from today date. You can define it at the Booking > Settings General page in Availability section.
Kind Regards.
Hi
Is it possible to change the "calendar-details", when clicking "add to google calendar" in backend-list? For example do I want another deafault title: "Name + Booking ID" and another text-info in the calendar description.
Hope you understood
Kasper
Hello.
Details is coming from the "Content of booking fields data" form at the Booking > Settings > Form page.
It's does not possible to change it in some other place.
We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin, but I can not say, when this feature will be implemented. Sorry.
Kind Regards.
hola muy buenas hay alguna manera de implementar este plugin con el contructor visual DIVI o es incpompatible
Hello.
Please note, currently communications or support possible only in English language.
We have not tested it together with DIVI, and Booking Calendar does not have the direct support of this DIVI visual editor.
Kind Regards.
We still have the problem that our hauskeeper/cleaning personal should simply see a list of reservations including the booking status (without access to WordPress-Admin).
The .ics export is not sufficient, as the booking status (requested/confirmed) is not visible there.
However, this data is available in the .csv export, which export is only possible from WP-Admin,
Is there no URL-call with which one can download the current .csv (all booking) file directly or a shortcode that displays this .csv file in a WP page?
Hello.
Unfortunately, it's does not possible with the CSV file, because the booking Listing in this file can be updated only whyle clicking on Export button in admin panel.
You can make this fix for having in the .ics feed description info about the approved or pending status.
Please open this file ../wp-content/plugins/booking-manager/core/wpbc/wpbm-bc-export.php
If you can tell me, how to access the comment on a booking (not the remark from the customer on the booking form, but the one from the approver entered on a booking) I also could add this, now I know where and how to do it.
$bk_arr -> ???
Hello.
Use this code $bk_arr->remark for getting notes.
Disclaimer. Unfortunately we can not start, right now, some personal customization or custom development, because we have almost no free time.
Check more about, what support we are providing here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/what-support-do-you-provide/
Thank you for understanding.
Please note, if you modify the source code of the Booking Calendar, we will not guarantee the correct work of the plugin and do not support it.
Kind Regards.
I'm aware that manual changes are on our onw risk.
But this simple extensions provide for us an huge advantage. It's already online in our booking calendar: Booking status and remark of the approver appear on the ics file, which is integrated in a password protected WP-page. The houskeeper can see all current bookings with status and information the approver adds on a booking.
Hello,
We currently have a bussiness medium singlesite license, and everything is working great thanks to your support 🙂 https://laboratoriogeneral-lgac.es/cita-previa/
However, my client is opening a new center, using the same web, and wants to "clone" the booking system for a new center.
How could we make this?
Thanks in advance!
Hello.
1) You need to purchase new version of Booking Calendar for your new website.
Relative transfer data.
Here is general info about migrate process (in case if you will not make fully identical transfer).
2) You need to transfer the Booking Calendar files from the ../wp-content/plugins/{Booking Calendar Folder} of old website to new website.
According transfer of the Booking Calendar Data.
3) Please backup and restore to the new site the DB tables that is starting from the "wp_booking" term, for example using the phpMyAdmin tool.
Hello.
At the same website, can be activated only one Booking Calendar version.
At the different page you can use the calendar for the different booking resource.
You can create the different booking resources (your properties or services - unique calendars) at the Booking > Resources page and then you be able to insert booking forms for each of your booking resources into the posts or pages. Please read more how to insert and configure the booking shortcode into the post or page here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/inserting-booking-form/
Kind Regards.
Hi, how can I make a limit to the number of people who can book a specific time slot? I.e. i want to allow 10 bookings per event time.
Thanks
Hello.
Unfortunately, if you need to make the several specific number of bookings per the same time slot at the same date in SAME CALENDAR, it is NOT possible in any versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry. Please check my suggestion below.
A) The ability to book for the specific times only possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). Please note if you will make the booking for the specific time slot, this time slot becomes unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in the current specific calendar.
In lower versions of Booking Calendar it is possible to make bookings only for restricted timeslots.
You can configure the time slots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.
You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. Please read more about the booking form fields configuration here http://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-form-fields/
You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: http://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/ Other live demo you will need to reconfigure.
B) If you need to make the specific number of bookings per day, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where it is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots). Please read more about it here http://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#capacity
At this version is possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less than capacity of the booking resource. But in this version is possible to make reservation only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only record data in the DB, but do not play any logic in reservation). Please read more info about the booking resources and how to configure them here http://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-resource/
Suggestion! I can suggest that you can create the booking resource with specific capacity in the Booking Calendar Business Large version for each of your times and then have the independent calendar for each of your time slots for the reservation. It means that your visitors firstly need to select the times in the select box, where all your options will be listed.
You can use [cost_hint] shortcode in the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page to show the total booking cost in real time depending from the selection of dates and some other options in booking form. It’s possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.
Hello,
I am currently using the free version for testing. My main language area is Germany. Here the 24h system is used.
Is it possible to change the time periods from am/pm to 24h (15:00)?
With kind regards
Stefan Klose
Hello.
Please change the time format at the wordpress > Settings General page.
And timeslots you can configure at the Booking > Settings > Form page.
I'm using a paid version (personnal licence). When using sync functionnality (with an ICS url from another WordPress website (woocommerce), I need to import the Woocommerce billing name. Can you tell me how to do that please?
- import of events via .ics feeds from Google Calendar ( or Airbnb or any other calendar that support .ics format, like iCal application)
- and export bookings to .ics feeds (files), which possible to import in Google Calendar (or Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, VRBO, FlipKey and any other calendar that uses .ics format ).
Import.
Please check about the configuration of import events from .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/import-ics-feeds/
Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.
In case if you are having some issue of not ability to import new events, then check this troubleshooting instruction: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/ics-importing-issue/
You can define CRON at your server for periodically access pages with import .ics feeds shortcodes and start import process during specific time-intervals, then check this: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/cron-script/
Export.
Please check about the configuration of export .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/export-ics-feeds/
Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.
Thanks but you sent me your doc, and I already saw it.
Can you just tell me which line of code I had to add to wpbm-bc-import.php to also import the Woocommerce billing name field of an event/order?
Thanks
Hello.
Booking Calendar does not support WooCommerce integration.
But if in your other source was made via ics feed, then structure of such feeds is always the same. That’s why I was sent the link to the faq where explained what fields is imported.
You need to check at your other WooCommerce source how to set in ics feed some data (like your billing name) for later importing it into the Booking Calendar.
Changes in wpbm-bc-import.php file will not help you, if you will not have that data in the ics feed that was generated by other tool.

( you can check how to edit files in WordPress menu in this article https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/how-edit-file-in-wp-menu/ )
then find this code:
//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// // DESCRIPTION //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// $description = $bk_arr->form_show; // if ( ( ! empty($bk_arr->dates) ) && ( $bk_arr->dates[0]->approved ) ){ // $description .= '<br>Status: Approved'; // } else { // $description .= '<br>Status: Pending'; // }
and replace it to this code:

4) Also you will be need to backup and restore some records from the wp_options table, where option_name fields are starting from the "booking_" term.
Please watch this video guide about this export: https://youtu.be/EZ4jxJDlTFs
Helpful tip from video guide. In the old database you need to execute this SQL in your phpMyAdmin tool.
SELECT * FROM `wp_options` WHERE `option_name` LIKE 'booking%'
After this you can export SQL file for importing in your new database.
Sorry, maybe i was not clear enough, but he wants to run this 2 appointment systems in the same web, maybe instead of https://laboratoriogeneral-lgac.es/cita-previa/ it could be https://laboratoriogeneral-lgac.es/cita-previaNEW/ or something like that.
Hello.
At the same website, can be activated only one Booking Calendar version.

Hi,
I have setup an .ics feed that is getting data from public Google Calendar URL.
When i put a appointment in Google Calendar it looks like this:
https://staalcommuniceert.nl/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/screenshot-1.png
After importing this appointment in Bookingcalender it looks like this:
https://staalcommuniceert.nl/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/screenshot-2.png
My question is how can ik get the Title of the booking show up in my bookingcalender appointment?
Using business large version plugin.
Best regards,
Hans
