Hello,
I`m about to use the "free" option on my wordpress page. I want to offer slots on Saturday morning also, but somehow I can`t seem to find an option to change the number of slots for that one particular day only. Where can I change this?
Help would be most appreciated!!
Kindly,
Noora
Hi there, My form is not changing to what I've set it to for each Resource.
Resources 1 & 2 use the "Standard" form as their Default Form, but Resources 3, 4 & 5 are set to "no-children", my other form. Unfortunately, when a potential customer selects Resources 3, 4 & 5, it is still loading the "Standard" form, and I can't figure out why.
My steps:
I have set up the second form, saved it as "no-children".
Then I went to Booking>Resources and changed the "Default Form" for Resources 3, 4 & 5 to "no-children". Saved that.
Then I went and cleared the Beaver Builder cache just in case, and our SiteGround server-side cache, too.
I also hard-refreshed my browser, but it's still not changing! 🙁
The only difference between the "Standard" form and the "no-children" form is that the "no-children" form is supposed to simply say "Children: N/A" and instruct them to select resource 1 or 2 if they want to bring children.
The "Standard" form shows a "# of Children:" dropdown box if they select a family-friendly date (set up by a conditional "season"). That part works... but it's doing the same for all 5 of our Resources.
https://sopercreekwildernessvillas.com/book-now/ uses the multiple resource booking form shortcode. So it should display the "Standard" form for the first two Resources in the dropdown, but the "no-children" form for the last three Resources in the dropdown.
Hello.
What shortcodes do you use in those pages for having different custom booking forms ?
Kind Regards.
Oh my god. Woops. I think I found the culprit, I had copy/pasted the shortcode and apparently told it to use the standard form, I guess it overrode the setting.
Thanks ..... hehe
Yes, you need to define name of custom booking form in the shortcode.
In my bookings dashboard my Booking listing does not seem to be working. I can see the headers but just have a grey screen below. I can see there is a red circle on the menu bar indicating there are two pending bookings but I cannot get to any bookings at all.
If I select Calendar view I can see there are bookings and that seems to work OK. If I go to Add bookings that seems to work. It is as though there is a default filter stopping me seeing any bookings in the Booking Listing view.
Can you offer any suggestions?
Please be advised this issue has been resolved. You can ignore the request for assistance.
Kind regards

Hi
Is it possible to sync the calendar with wp titan email account?
Thanks for your reply in advance.

Noora
Hi again
I understand it`s not possible. Which applications will be able to sync with wpcalendar?
Thanks,
Noora
Hello.
Booking Calendar plugin is supporting
- import of events via .ics feeds from Google Calendar ( or Airbnb or any other calendar that support .ics format, like iCal application)
- and export bookings to .ics feeds (files), which possible to import in Google Calendar (or Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, VRBO, FlipKey and any other calendar that uses .ics format ).
Import.
Please check about the configuration of import events from .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/import-ics-feeds/
Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.
In case if you are having some issue of not ability to import new events, then check this troubleshooting instruction: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/ics-importing-issue/
You can define CRON at your server for periodically access pages with import .ics feeds shortcodes and start import process during specific time-intervals, then check this: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/cron-script/
Export.
Please check about the configuration of export .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/export-ics-feeds/
Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.
Hi,
I've enabled the the notification via email (under: Emails/New (admin)). But for some reason the emails are sent to the senders account, which isn't even the admin mail. Do you have an suggestions?
Thanks for your reply,
Fabian
Hello.

Hi, when I add new resources and add their booking calendar on my site they no longer show up in the search result or the search cache. Can you help?
Also a page that doesn't exist keeps showing up in the search cache, even after resetting a number of times. WP support also reset the sites cache, but still the same problem. Also when I now add new resources and put the booking calendars in pages they don't show up..
2) If you see the page at the Booking > Settings > Search page after clicking on “Clear search cache” button, it’s means that this page are published (you can use that link in browser to check that page) and in content of this page exist the shortcode for booking form.
So you need to delete the page or remove the Booking Calendar shortcode from the content of the page.
3) For showing specific page in search results, you need to be sure that this page is published and inside OF CONTENT OF THE PAGE (not widgets or meta boxes) you have inserted the shortcode for the booking form, like this https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/shortcode-booking-form/
Kind Regards.
When I follow the url of this page that doesn't exist, I get the message that this page doesn't exist. This is also confirmed by wp support, that this page is non existent.
In addition to that, new resources doesn't show up in my searches. I purchased the latest update of Business Large single site when it was published,
So what do we do next?
Hello.
Can you send screenshots and send the link to your page with booking form, where you are having the issue.
