I want to show visitors what hours have been booked already for a particular resource. I can only find calendars showing a month. How can I let them see that some hours are booked and others are open?
But I recommend checking the Booking Calendar Business Small version, as well.
The ability to book for the specific times possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). In lower versions of Booking Calendar (including the free version), it is possible to make bookings for specific times only for specific restricted time-slots.
Please note if you will make the booking for the specific time slot, this time slot becomes unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in the current specific calendar.
You can configure the time slots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.
You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. Please read more about the booking form fields configuration here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-form-fields/
You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: https://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/
Other live demos you will need to reconfigure.
hello, I come to take the right license version. how can I set up the reservation from Saturday to Saturday. thank you
Hello.
It’s possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions.
1) You need to activate the range days selection mode with 2 mouse clicks and define minimum number of days as 8 and maximum as 29, specific number of days as 8,15,22,29
And start day of selection as Saturday.
1 room is for 2 people included. When you add 1 people, you add 15€ per night. But the plugin add it only one time 15 € and not for each night.
Can you help me please ?
Hello.
It's possible to configure additional cost depends from the visitors selection in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page.
You need to configure the additional costs like this:
visitors:
1 = 15 EUR / day
2 = 30 EUR / day
3 = 45 EUR / day
4 = 60 EUR / day
Or in case, if you was set cost per booking resource as 15 EUR per night at the Booking > Resources page, then you can have this configuration:
visitors:
1 = 100 %
2 = 200 %
3 = 300 %
4 = 400 %
I need to export contacts to an email system. How to do it?
Hello.
Booking Calendar does not support integration with external mail systems.
You can export exist bookings to the CSV file in any paid versions of Booking Calendar. You need to open the Booking Listing page, then at Actions toolbar click on “Export” button.
After this you will be able to open CSV file with bookings in MS Excel or some other applications.
Hey, this is Brad from Cadality LLC, for one of my clients I'm trying to set a 4 different fixed costs, for example, my client owns a spa, and wants to set these massages at these rates: (60 minute = $80), (90 minute = $120), (120 minute = $160), (180 minute = $200). I put these prices associated with these names(example: 60 minute) in the resources tab, however, I can't find anywhere how to set 4 different individual fixed costs for when a client tries to book through the website, I really need help with this, I'm using WordPress version "5.9.3" with Booking Calendar version "Business Small SingleSite 9.1.1".
You can upgrade to the higher version of Booking Calendar from your existing version of plugin by clicking on the "Upgrade" menu item at the top right side of the General Booking Settings page in your admin panel.
Kind Regards.
Hi. Is it possible to create a calendar that ONLY shows availability please? It is for a guided tour service and we do not want visitors to be able to book themselves a time slot without getting in touch but we would like them to be able to view the dates when we are unavailable. This should avoid them wasting their time inquiring about days on which we are unavailable.
Essentialy can we show a calendar but make all the bookings ourselves?
in the search box the date digits drops halv a line when viewed on my iphone 13, remember we fixed this earlier by adding css to a file, but after the upgrade the issue has returned, can you please provide info about how to fix it again.
Fixed it! 🙂

Sziasztok! Hello.
I would like to translate the content of the emails. At this moment it looks like this:
Times:10:00 - 12:00 First Name:John Last Name:Smith Email:smith@your-server.com Phone:57835873656 Address:Baker stt, 10
Our hungarian guests will not understand, what is "Times" for example.
So how/where can I translate these words: "Times", "Phone", "Address", etc.
Is it possible to have different min/max number of days for each resource calendar? For example, for resource #1, I would like to have a minimum of 7 days on the calendar, but for resource 2, I would like to have a minimum of 3 days on the calendar. I have the Small Business version, but I can only find the option to set the range and min/max number of days for all calendars rather than for each calendar individually.
Thank you! Is it possible to also define different max/mins each month for different calendars? For example, for resource #1, I would like to have a minimum of 7 days on the calendar, but for resource 2, I would like to have a minimum of 3 days on the calendar in the winter months and a minimum of 7 days in the summer months.
Hello.
It’s possible to set the different duration of days selection depending from week days or seasons during a year in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions. Please check more here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#advanced-days-selection

Hello.
1) You can define the fixed costs (that does not depends from selected dates) at the Booking > Settings > Payment page. And inside of the page to use the booking resources selection shortcode like here: https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/select-resource/
Please check more here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/shortcode-booking-resources-selection/
2) But in case, if you need to use only one calendar and to have real selection of times - like selection of start time and duration of time, and depends from the duration selection to have different costs, then it's possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions. Thank you!
Hello.
It's possible to configure, if you will have the different booking resources at the different pages. In this case, you can configure the different type of days selection via JavaScript variables.
