Hello, How do you change the resource (labels) colour in booking listing. The are currently blue for all but i would like to change bookings to green and cancellations to red? is their any way to do this?

Unfortunately, it is not possible in the Booking Calendar versions. Sorry.
We will add improvements to this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of the plugin, but I can not say when this feature will be implemented. Sorry.

Finally already working with the Business Medium version to include the deposit but having some problems, and we were about to finish the configuration.
1.- Just after filling in and sending the reservation form, when the reservation details appear, no amount is shown.
We need to show to the client the addition in detail way:
Cost of the booking
+
Cost of the deposit
---
Total
2.- And then, when the client is on the payment gateway page, we need to process the total amount of the addition but only appears the amount of the deposit.

1) If you have activated the using deposit payment option at the Booking > Resources > Cost and rates page, then system will show the deposit amount at the payment form after sending of booking form.
And of course deposit payment you need to deactivate at the Booking > Resources > Cost and rates page.
2) You can use [cost_hint] shortcode in the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page to show the total booking cost in real time depending from the selection of dates and some other options in booking form.
Also You can show cost hints separately for the each items, that have additional cost at Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page. For example, if you have configured additional cost for my_tax option at Advanced cost page, then in booking form you can use this shortcode [my_tax_hint] to show additional cost of this specific option. Add "_hint" term to name of shortcode for creation hint shortcode.
The booking form is aligned to the extreme left. How can you make the booking form appear in the centre of the page?

At the same page you can insert and show calendars only from different booking resources. Otherwise you Need to insert shortcodes for the same booking resource but with different custom booking forms at the DIFFERENT pages.
Please send screenshot of the Booking Calendar shortcodes that you are using at that page. Please send all this to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com
Otherwise Probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
We just need to find the reason of this issue.

1) Please recheck for any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache", "WP Fastest Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).
2) Recheck at your server, that it does not use any cache system or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).
3) Finally recheck for any conflicts with some other plugin or actual theme.
Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
If it does not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.

Hello, I'm running a daycare where parents can sign up there children for a number of days. (all bookings are for full days)
What I'm trying to achive is to allow a maximum of 40 number of children per day, once a particular day reaches 40 then it should become unavailable.
Is this possible to do with this plugin?

If you need to make the specific number of bookings per days, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots). I created a booking calendar for three sources (apartment 1, apartment 2, apartment 3)
Here's the code

Apartments 1 and 2 have a capacity of 4 persons / apartment.
Can I somehow set the capacity limit for apartment 3? (max. 2 persons)

Probably as “deposit” you are mean “security deposit”, like some amount for the possible damage, etc… In this case you can configure this as an additional cost by using some checkbox.
