  1. Hello,
    We have an odd request from my client. Hes asking if its possible to "lock the system" from 19pm to 9am so people can't reserve any appointments during those hours of the day.

    I'm not sure if this is an option or if it could be done by a temporary redirection of the url on those hours.

    • Hello.
      By default it’s does not possible to block.
      But you can try to remove from the booking form the timeslots for this period.

  2. Using the minimum stay and fixed arrival date per season I can limit the days that are selectable on the booking form. However, this is not propagated to the search results. When the user searches for a room between the 1st of August and the 3rd of August, he/she will see rooms that are only bookable for full weeks. Is there any way of enhancing the search functionality to cover this?

      Unfortunately it’s does not possible.
      It’s only possible to make fix to not make dates auto selection after redirection from search form.

      What do you mean by “count of available, booked, and pending bookings” does not show?

      Please note, in the legend items (under calendar) the numbers is mean “today” date number, it’s not the counting of bookings.

  3. HI, I am getting an error message on my calendar update. I get a notification that the plug in needs updating but it fails.

    We are using the the Multi site business large edition of version 8.8.2
    We are currently having an issue with the same day booking. We have set the timing of checkout as 10AM and Check in at 2AM / 14:00 but while in the booking we were unable to book the day where it checkout - it's not accepting new check in on the same day.

    I get the 'Error! Please resent your checkin/checkout date'

    But if I am logged in as an admin then I can actually do that !!! yet for visitor gets the error

      Please recheck that your previous booking for 5-8 of August was checked out at 10:00
      You can recheck it at the Booking Listing page.
      Probably that booking have some other check out time that generate such issue.

    may you can tell me the the "url" for PayPal (IPN) in case of auto-cancellation? Which "url" is necessary that the booking calender note a correct payment?

    • Hello.

      Follow these instructions to set up your listener at your PayPal account:

      1. Click Profile on the My Account tab.

      2. Click Instant Payment Notification Preferences in the Selling Preferences column.

      3. Click Choose IPN Settings to specify your listeners URL and activate the listener.

      4. Specify the URL for your listener in the Notification URL field as:
      https://your-server.com/wp-content/plugins/booking/inc/gateways/paypal/ipn.php

      of course instead of "your-server.com" you need to have your DNS

      5. Click Receive IPN messages (Enabled) to enable your listener.

      6. Click Save.

      7. Click Back to Profile Summary to return to the Profile after activating your listener.

    I'm using the free version of your booking calendar.
    I'm wondering if the free version allows the below parametrisation:
    - define diffrent rates according to the season;
    - define minimum n° of days of stay (not allowing people to book only for one night);
    - review in the submit form the period rented like this:
    *name:
    *email adress:
    *renting period:
    *comments:

    If those options are not available in the free version, are they available in any of your paid version? Which one?

    When we try to insert search results into WordPress we are displayed with no options/resources even though we have multiple options/resources in our settings. We are unsure of how to fix this issue and display options/resources such as apartment 1, apartment 2 when people try make a booking based on their availability.

    Is it posible for customer to book only some minimum days? For example 3 days minimum for a booking.
