  1. Hello, again!
    After we set up our booking system(Business Large version), and we found out that the plugin cannot limit the number of people per room, you suggested we create different forms for each room we have. We have one single bead room, a few double beads, and a few apartments with 4 + 4(children) rooms, we created for each room a different booking form so the plugin can work properly and limit the number of guests that can book per room.
    Now we have in total 7 different booking forms. The next problem we face is the synchronization between your plugin and Booking.com, we downloaded the .ics file from Booking.com we want to sync all these forms so there are no mirror reservations. But in Settings -> Synchronize there is a drop-down field that asks me to choose which one of the seven different forms I want to sync with Booking.com this means that if I chose one of them it will sync only this form and the rest will be empty, which will cause a big problem with mirrored bookings.
    Is there a solution for this problem or should I ask for refund, because we didn't pay so much money for something that doesn't work as described?

    • Hello.
      The import / export functionality works based on ics feeds. Ics feed its standard, which have restricted number of form fields to transfer: Name, Deacription and Location.
      And selection of the booking forms and form fields at the Booking > Settings > Sync > “General” page relative only to this info. Which data assign to which fields.

      Import / export will work does not depend if you are using one or several custom booking forms.

      Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.

      You can define CRON at your server for periodically access pages with import .ics feeds shortcodes and start import process during specific time-intervals, then check this: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/cron-script/

      Export.

      Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.

  2. Hi,

    I am using the small business version of the plugin.
    I am working on a booking form for a 3d print. I want students to book it in a time range of two-hour intervals. I managed to set the booking form with "Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s)". But when the option is active, students are not able to see the available time slots when booking, so the admin must sort this out manually. Is there any solution to this?

    • Hello.
      The purpose of this feature “ Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s)” is to allow to receive the unlimited bookings. And that’s why the dates are showing as always available and no booked time slots.

      If you want to show the booked time slots, then please deactivate this option “ Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s)”.

  3. Hello, in my website, i have two différent kind of services, so I need to use two different kind of calendars and forms. Is it possible to add another calendar with wpbookingcalendar ? I don't find the option.

    We are using the free version of this plugin, but planning to buy soon one of the pro version.
    My client wants to make a booking system with different bookable packages in different prices (one with one hour time slot, second with a three hour time slot and third with 5 hour bookable time slots). Can we solve these three packages with three different (but same time connected) calendars and avoid overlapping of booked time slots? Which of the pro version we need to do this?

      Thank you for interest to the Booking Calendar.

      Probably you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions where possible to use start time selection and duration of time selection (where duration can be 1,3 or 5 hours).

      Please note in the Booking Calendar Business Small version version possible to set cost per hour, but it’s will be the same. For example if you set cost per hour as 10 usd then if you select 3 hours cost will be 30 usd.

      But in case if you need to set the different cost for different options, like 25 usd for 3 hours and 40 usd for 5 hours, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Medium version.   5. Hello,

    We have a building with many rooms, and each room can be booked independently. It is not possible to book the whole building.

    How can I display a calendar (without form) showing days where there's at least one room available ?

    For instance, on one day :
    - if all rooms are booked and approved, display the day as approved
    - else if at least one room is available, display the day as available
    - else display the day as pending

    J'utilise la version gratuite du plugin.
    Je voudrais savoir si on peux mettre un délai (par exemple une journée) avant que le client puisse prendre un RDV de consultation.
    En effet, je ne veux pas que le client prenne un RDV le jour même !
    Est ce que c'est compris dans une version payante ?

      Unfortunately it’s does not possible in actual versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry.
      We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin, but I can not say when exactly it’s will be implemented. Thank you for understanding.

      Booking Calendar does not support the upload or attachments during booking process. Sorry.
      If you need that visitor upload some file during booking process, then please configure in the email template (that sending to the visitor, after visitor made the booking) some link to the secret page, where will be exist some form for uploading files.

      For uploading files, please use some other plugin, then just insert into that "secret" page some form for ability to upload file by your visitor.

  8. I have the latest version of booking calendar plugin. It is taking anywhere from 3 to 12 hours for a customer to receive an automatic email that tells them their booking is approved. I have it set to automatically approve upon payment. Is this normal or is there a setting that needs to be configured to change this?

      Booking Calendar send emails about the approving, just after approving of the bookings. But sending of emails depends from the server and not from the Booking Calendar.
