Hello,
I bought a personal version of the plugin a year ago.
Unfortunately, due to a technical problem, I lost all the installation of wordpress and all the associated plugins.
I'm rebuilding the site but the download link I received by email when I ordered it doesn't work anymore.
Is there any way to reactivate the plugin?
Thanks in advance
I would like the calendar on the homepage to show days that are not booked in all available resources as pending. Means that for example, only Appartment 1 is booked, the day is still being displayed as pending. When all resources are booked, it should be displayed as booked. I thought the aggregation would work that way if I create a fifth resource and don't make it possible to book directly that resource, only use it to show the global booking status. Is there any way to achieve this?
Best regards
Marco
Hello.
If you want to have only 2 status of days, then you can deactivate one of existing statuses at the Booking > Settings General page in “Form” section. For example you can remove the “Pending” status and then rename “Available” label to “Pending”. In this case you will see the 2 labels under calendar - Pending and Booked. And you will see available days like a pending, because of renaming such label.
Kind Regards.
I would like to have the "partially booked" status represented, when not all resources are booked. In that case, it should be shown as "pending".
Hello.
In terms of Booking Calendar the “partially booked days” it’s day that was booked for specific time slots.
If you are using the Booking Calendar Business Large version or higher version and use booking resource with specific capacity, then availability for such days showing only in mouse over tooltips. The colors of such days is showing as available day.
Kind Regards.
"Partially booked" in this case means that not all resources are booked. They are not supposed to be booked for certain time slots. I just want an extra calendar that shows that at least one of the resources is still available. When there is at least one booking request, it should be pending. As long as one of the resources is still pending or available, it should also say "pending".
Hello.
Ok, I understand.
Currently such functionality not available in the plugin.
We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin, but I can not say when exactly it’s will be implemented. Thank you for understanding.
Hello
I created a calendar in which reservations are based on time slots (eg 09.00 - 10.00 and 11.00 - 12.00). Is there a possibility to deactivate one of the options for a day? For example, if next Tuesday the time slot from 09.00 -10.00 is not available how can I do to deactivate it only for that day?
Hello.
1) You can create blank bookings for this time and day at the Booking > Add booking page to make such time slot as unavailable for the specific day.
2) It's possible to have the different times selection for the different days in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.
Please check more here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#times-week-days
You can check more info about this configuration at this page https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/different-time-slots-selections-for-different-days/
Kind Regards.
Hi
is there a different option for time slots?
I need to disable the default time slots ( 5 minutes, 10 minutes etc) and allow the time slots to be freely chosen
for example select a time slot from 1 am to 3 pm and then from 3:20 pm to 6:45 pm
best regards
Ludwing
Hello.
Such type of one booking a time slot from 1 am to 3 pm and then from 3:20 pm to 6:45 pm does not possible in the Booking Calendar.
You will be need to make 2 different bookings for this situation.
But it's possible to make booking of several consecutive hours, like from 1pm to 6:45 pm by using start and end time fields or start time and duration of time fields. It's possible ion the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions.
But I recommend checking the Booking Calendar Business Small version, as well.
The ability to book for the specific times possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). In lower versions of Booking Calendar (including the free version), it is possible to make bookings for specific times only for specific restricted time-slots.
Please note if you will make the booking for the specific time slot, this time slot becomes unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in the current specific calendar.
You can configure the time slots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.
You can use one "timerange" (time slots) or "start time" and "end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. Please read more about the booking form fields configuration here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-form-fields/
You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: https://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/
Other live demos you will need to reconfigure.
Hello, I am wondering if it is possible to connect the booking calendar with Google Calendar? I know you can add bookings manually through the shortcut button or by downloading the.ics file but is there a way to automatically add a booking to Google Cal once its approved. Likewise, once its declined, to have it deleted from Google cal.
Import.
Please check about the configuration of import events from .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/import-ics-feeds/
Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.
In case if you are having some issue of not ability to import new events, then check this troubleshooting instruction: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/ics-importing-issue/
You can define CRON at your server for periodically access pages with import .ics feeds shortcodes and start import process during specific time-intervals, then check this: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/cron-script/
Export.
Please check about the configuration of export .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/export-ics-feeds/
Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.
Hello,
We recently started using WP Booking Calendar. It was working great for a while. Then, due to a long story I won't tell, we deactivated for two weeks. I just reactivated to start accepting bookings again, and the calendar is allowing users to select the dates.
Problem simplified: after reactivating today, the public facing Booking Form + Calendar doesn't allow users to select dates to book.
I've checked the FAQ, particularly this Q: "I can not select range days. Error: jQuery(…).popover is not a function." None of it has helped.
Hello.
Probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
We just need to find the reason of this issue.
Just FYI:
I tried deactivating all plugins. I only have about 5 and they are pretty standard: Jetpack, Jetpack Boost, Akismet anti-spam, Hello Dolly, and NextGen Gallery. This didn't work.
I also tried changing the theme to the standard 2022 wordpress theme. That didn't work either.
I deactivated and then deleted the WP Booking Calendar plugin. Then I reinstalled. It remembered all of the bookings data, and it still didn't work.
Finally, I checked the box to Delete All Bookings Data on deactviation. Then I deactivated and deleted all data. Then I reactivated. And that fixed it. The calendar is now working.
Any ideas why the existing data would render the calendar app broken?
Hello.
It’s weird… there probably was some misconfiguration in the Settings.
Kind Regards.

Hello.
1) The ability to show the total booking cost in booking form, after selecting the dates or some other options in the booking form, possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.
You need to use this [cost_hint] shortcode in the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page to show this total booking cost in real time depending from the selection of dates and some other options in booking form.
Test it here https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/
2) At your homepage you have inserted the shortcode for only availability calendar without the booking form
Unfortunately, if you need to make the several specific number of bookings per the same time slot at the same date in SAME CALENDAR, it is NOT possible in any versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry. Please check my suggestion below.
A) The ability to book for the specific times only possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). Please note if you will make the booking for the specific time slot, this time slot becomes unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in the current specific calendar.

B) If you need to make the specific number of bookings per day, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where it is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots). Please read more about it here http://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#capacity
At this version is possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less than capacity of the booking resource. But in this version is possible to make reservation only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only record data in the DB, but do not play any logic in reservation). Please read more info about the booking resources and how to configure them here http://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-resource/
Suggestion! I can suggest that you can create the booking resource with specific capacity in the Booking Calendar Business Large version for each of your times and then have the independent calendar for each of your time slots for the reservation. It means that your visitors firstly need to select the times in the select box, where all your options will be listed.

Hello.
You can request the new update of Booking Calendar on this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/request-update/
Auto when entering phone number - Is there no function?
023132323 =? 02-313-2323
Hello.
Currently such format is not available in the Booking Calendar.
You can configure at Booking > Settings > Form page this CSS class: validate_as_digit for validation of specific field as digit .
Example: [text dignum class:validate_as_digit]
It's possible only in the paid versions only
Or you can use such CSS class like validate_digit_8 or validate_digit_10
Example of entering only 8 digits in this field:
[text phone class:validate_digit_8]
Kind Regards.
I bought the booking system a few years ago and need to update.
But I can't find the order number.
What am I doing?
