I got the management of a website that I didn't create myself. This website includes the premium version of your plugin. The plugin was outdated and when I tried to update it, it was overwritten with the free version. Can I revert back to the outdated premium version?
The website was made by somebody who somebody knew, so I haven't found anybody yet who has the order number, etc. I wanted to update when I had that information, but currently I'm back at a free version which misses a lot of functionalities that were used.
(Plan B question: when I buy the plugin new, will the free version be overwritten with a premium and still have the bookings, settings, etc. of the previous premium version?

I have the Small Business Booking Calendar and Ive had my developer work on this for over 60 hours now with no luck getting it to function correctly. The days are outlined in red instead of filled in entirely and wont allow selecting dates longer than 45 days.
The calendar doesnt show up on the wordpress page correctly with 3 months. It also doersnt send an email and reads "your email was not sewnt, your email doesnt match the website DNS".

1) Please open the Booking > Settings General page in “Calendar” section and be sure to specify for the option “ Number month to scroll” as 1 or 2 years or more.
2) If you are using the range days selection mode, then define the maximum number of days selection as 90 days or as 180 days, instead of 45 days that you are having now.

Please note, Booking Calendar is use standard WordPress wp_mail function for sending emails. This function can be overridden by other plugins.
The most probably you need to check the point #5 from this instruction and install WP Mail SMTP plugin which is 'sending emails via php' option and it can resolve that issue.

Unfortunately, if you need to make the several specific number of bookings per the same time slot at the same date in SAME CALENDAR, it is NOT possible in any versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry. Please check my suggestion below.
A) The ability to book for the specific times only possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). Please note if you will make the booking for the specific time slot, this time slot becomes unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in the current specific calendar.
In lower versions of Booking Calendar it is possible to make bookings only for restricted timeslots.
You can configure the time slots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.
You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. Suggestion! I can suggest that you can create the booking resource with specific capacity in the Booking Calendar Business Large version for each of your times and then have the independent calendar for each of your time slots for the reservation. It means that your visitors firstly need to select the times in the select box, where all your options will be listed.
12 visitors - its static number and will be the same for all timeslots. Is it posiible if so?

I am running Business Medium version 9.Business.Medium.SingleSite.8.8 and have upgraded to WordPress 6.0.2 without problems. However, when upgrading PHP from 7.4 to 8.1, when selecting date in booking calendar I get an error 500 popping up, but booking is still succesful. I worked through all suggestions as per your troubleshooting tips, but error 500 remains. Is there a patch or should I upgrade to a higher version of wpbookingcalendar?

You can not use change over days functionality, if you activate the single day selection mode.

In my admin, I do not have the form for inserting the shortcode for the calendar. Where can I find that form so that I can generate the correct shortcode for my needs?
In Admin, above the calendar, I do not have the words Booking Listing with "We've assembled some links to get you started" and all of the help below it. Where can I access that to build shortcodes?

1) You need to deactivate this option "Simple Booking Form" at the Booking > Settings General page in "Form" section, or at the Booking > Settings > Form page in toolbar.

2) Probably you have closed (previously) that window. Please open the Booking > Settings General page and in the bottom of the page, please click on this button "Restore all dismissed windows".

Hello, I am very tech savvy and had someone set up a word press site for me. I believe I had the free version of the booking calendar plug in prior. Yesterday I updated the WP site to 6.0.3. and now my calendar shows the message below.
