    Can you please let me know how to fix?

    • Hello.
      It’s seems like some block of access plugin files from server side or from some security plug-in.

      If you are using some security plug-in, then please recheck settings of such plugins to unlock blocking. Otherwise check your server configuration.

      Also you can check about any conflicts with some other plugins.

      Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
      If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
      We just need to find the reason of this issue.

  3. How can I set my calendar to show the available number when another resource is booked?
    So for example, I have 2 different resources. One is called Individual which contains 12 children. The other is called Church Group which also contains 12 children but has a field "visitors" with the Set capacity based on number of visitors option checked. I have also ensure that the option for aggregate calendars is selected for all the children for both resources. The issue I am running into is that if a resource is not completely booked, the available number is not correct.

    For example, lets say I book a reservation for my church group of 11 people on February 7th. On the church group reservation page, the calendar will update correctly and show Available 1 (since I set it to 12).
    However if I go to the Individual page and select the same day, it shows Available 12. As you can imagine, this can create a signigcant problem when it comes to booking as a Church group can book and end up finding no spots when they arrive and vice versa. Please advise.

      1) Please note,  the aggregate parameter  in the Booking Calendar shortcode does not apply  to  the "availability" in the "parent booking resources" with  specific capacity.It means that  this parameter  will  not work  for the booking resources with  capacity  hither than one.This parameter  possible to  apply  only  to  single booking resources (capacity = 1)
      2) In your case, you need to  have only  one parent booking resource  with  specific capacity (one parent and 11 child booking resources).
      And then  configure 2 different custom  booking forms at  the Booking > Settings > Form page. One booking form  for the "church group" and another custom booking form  for "Individuals"Such  custom  booking forms can  have different form  fields. Or same fields but with  different values, in this case,  you can  identificate,  who was made the booking.
      Then  you  need to  insert the shortcodes for the same booking resource but with  different custom booking forms at  the different pages.

      • Thank you. I did as the video suggested but when the user fills the individual form it works however when they fill the church group form it seems to be using the individual form booking data.

          Unfortunately, at the at the emails and at the Booking Listing page system show the booking data from booking form, that you was defined as default at the Booking > Resources page, as default. 

          It is not possible to define using the ""Content of booking fields data" form" depending on the page. Sorry.

          So in this- "Individual" custom booking form at "Content of booking fields data" form you need to use all form fields from different custom booking forms (from individual and Group).

    what are the variables holding the values in the stripe payment gateway settings?(publishable key test, secret key test,etc)
    I am ttrying to integrate a different payment gateway but copying the stripe page as the instructions in the FAQ mentioned.

      It's saved in Database in wp_options table.
      It fields with field names "booking_stripe_v3_publishable_key_test" and "booking_stripe_v3_secret_key_test"

  5. Is there a way to have one export ICS feed (same link) for all children in a resource? So for example, I simply want one ICS feed for my resource and children items. The plugin generated separate ics feeds for each child but I want to only have one so that I can add it to Google Calendar.

      Unfortunately, it is not possible to have one export ICS feed (same link) for all children in a resource in the Booking Calendar versions. Sorry.

    As 2023 has started, I wish that my booking ID (reference) look like this 230001 for first booking in 2023 and so on.
    6th booking = 230006.
    Then in 2024 : 240001...240002
    Is it possible to achieve this ?

      Unfortunately, it's does not possible.
      The ID of bookings it's auto increment number in database. We can not modify such number.

  7. Good morning,
    yesterday i correctly set the importation plugin for Google calendar, and i successfully imported some events i already booked for this year.
    Today i tried again, as we had to book some other events through Google Calendar, and i can't import any event (although i don't get any error notification). How can i try to fix this?

      Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically accessing this page with booking import shortcode to start the import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly the system will start the import process and only then show the booking form, when someone visits your page.

      You can define CRON at your server for periodically access pages with import .ics feeds shortcodes and start import process during specific time-intervals, then check this: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/cron-script/

  8. hi iam using free version of your plugin suddenly its take about 30 sec to submit and show succes message please help me to sort out the issue

      Please recheck your error.log in your server configuration, about any relative errors. If you can not find error.log file, please contact support of your hosting company about helping in finding this file.

      • there is no relative error regarding this plugin and i updated the plugin the issues still presist its take about 30sec to submit the form

    I installed the free plugin. I accept reservations, but the availability of the day is only visible on the admin interface, it is listed as available on the public website.

      Please recheck for any cache plugins, like “WP Super Cache”, “WP Fastest Cache” or “W3 Total Cache”. If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

    We actually have several issues and questions :
    1/ I would like to do a cost / visitor for only one ressource, please how can I configure this?
    2/ I would like to enter the total cost of the reservation in the booking form. Can you help me ?
