  1. I recently purchased Small Business version and I have 2 technical issues:

    - I have setup multiple widget sidebar areas (one per product) and added multiple calendar widgets to this are. One widget for each product. The problem is that when I make changes to one widget it also changes this settings to all other widgets. So I can't make widgets independently per widget area.

    - Before I purchased Small Business I used the free version to evaluate. When I used the booking form I could use the auto fillout option (where forms automatically get prepopulated with personal data, all modern browsers have this). This does not work anymore correctly with the paid version because all fields now get populated with the email address. I noticed that this also does nog work for the sample versions on for example https://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/

      1) Booking Calendar Can add the widget to the sidebar, and there you can configure, what "booking resources" to use and some other restricted parameters, like number of months, etc...
      I do not sure what other parameters do you mean...

      2) Please open the Booking > Settings General page in "Form" section and deactivate this option "Auto-fill fields", Otherwise system will populate the "Name/Second name/Email" fields with data from the User Profile, if you have logged-in into WordPress admin panel.

        - yes, I know about the booking resources and parameters. This works fine when you have just one widget to configure, but when you have mulitple widgets and try to configure them in this page /wp-admin/widgets.php it does not work. For example on the first widget settings I set calendar for an object in the list for let's say caravan 1. When I want to edit the second widget for caravan 2 the first widget that I just set to caravan 1 is now also changed to caravan 2 too. It behaves like that for other widget settings as well.
        - the auto-fill fields setting is not what I meant. I mean the browser capability of filling out the fields with stored address data. Not filling out with WP data.

          2) You need to deactivate this option "Auto-fill fields".
          Paid versions is working in the same way as Booking Calendar Free version with Auto fill fields in the browser capability of filling out the fields with stored address data. There are no difference between versions in such functionality.

            - I'm not editing a php file. I'm just using the Widgets manager via 'Appearance' -> Widgets menu. For some reason having multiple widgets for booking calendar there is not working. Can you please test this?
            - I already had the auto-fill out unchecked, this doesn't work.
            It would help if I could show you some screenshots.

              - I have just retested it in Widgets manager via 'Appearance' -> Widgets menu
              I have added to 2 different sidebars, the 2 different forms with fully different parameters (like number of months, and using custom booking form and of course different booking resource). I do not have any issues with this at all.

              - Relative "use the auto fillout option (where forms automatically get prepopulated with personal data, all modern browsers have this)..."
              If it's was working in Booking Calendar Free version , then it has to work in paid version, as well. Because we do not make any changes in such functionality there.
              I can suggest that you recheck the names of the fields in the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page, probably this can impact in some way, but I do not sure about this.

              Otherwise probably it's because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
              Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
              If it does not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
              We just need to find the reason for this issue.

    A simple question I hope. If a guest cancels, how do you edit the 'red' to 'green'? It is not intuitive in the admin section.

    Wordpress : 6.1.1
    PHP : 7:00

    J'ai un problème sur l'affichage d'un de mes calendriers de réservations. Les mois ne défilent pas. Seulement sur un les autres fonctionnnent bien. J'ai essayé de réinstallé le short codes, mais rien n'y fait .
    Pouvez-vous me dire pourquoi ?

          You are having several JavaScript errors at the page, because of that you are having that issue:
          Uncaught TypeError: inst is undefined

          Probably it's because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
          Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
          If it does not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
          We just need to find the reason for this issue.

  4. Since the last update, the rows are not separating, therefore every row is published on the same line .
    I contacted siteorigin, the back end builder, we tested their product and everything is working correctly on their end. However, it is still coming up like this,

    Please help.

      Sorry, I do not sure that clearly understand about your issue. At your page I can see the booking form with calendar. But I do not sure what you want to change there.

  5. Hi,
    We are using the "Note" field on bookings quite often. Unfortunately the icon to open and change a note is only visible in "list"-view. Would it be possible in a future version to add the note - icon also in calendar view and maybe open a small pop-up window for that?
    Thanks for a great plugin, which we are using now for almost 10 years!

      Currently this is not possible in actual versions. We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin.

  6. I am having trouble with the payment form redirect. After completing the booking form and clicking "send", it would show the "Pay via Stripe" and the amount for only a few seconds and would redirect to my form again even if I did not click pay.

    Only stripe is activated for now.

    Which settings should I change to control the payment form?

      1) Did you make any files source code customization of Booking Calendar plugin ?
      2) Please send the exact link to your page with booking form, where you are having the issue.
      Also send screenshots of Booking > Settings General page and Booking > Settings > Payment > (Stripe) page.

  7. Hi I have purchased the plugin, business small single site, however the colours of booked; pending and available are not correct. You should correct this or at least inform that this plugin could conflict with themes installed. Now I have a paid plugin that does not work correctly with my website

    • Hello.
      If you do not see the booked dates in calendar at the front-end, please open the General Booking Settings page and in the "Advanced section", please be sure that you have not activated this option: "Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s)". This option must be unchecked. If its checked, please uncheck it and update the settings.
      This option "Use pending days as available" must be unchecked, as well.

      If you still will have this issue, please recheck for the any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

      Otherwise please send the exact link to your page with booking form, where you are having the issue.

    When I use the import .ics the events are imported as pending. Is there the possibility to mark it as reserved directly even remove all the calendar events and replace them with new ics?

    • Hello.
      1) You can activate this option "Auto approve bookings during import" at the Booking > Settings General page in "Auto cancellation / auto approval of bookings" section. This feature available in the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions.

      2) You can also select for the option "Trash / delete all imported bookings before new import" the value "Permanently delete" at the Booking > Settings > Sync > "General" page. To move all previously imported bookings to trash or permanently delete before new import bookings. Its can resolve issue of updating deleted and edited events in external sources. Its work only, if you are using one source (.ics feed) for importing into specific booking resource!

    i need to be able to half block days, for crossover days. is this possible at all?
    if so then how do i do this?
    at the moment i can only have booked and unbooked days
