Hello
It's very great to find your app, it's very useful for my site.
However, I have one question, can I disable the display of the small clock after a user have made the reservation? Because it is sometime quite confusing for the next user who wanted to make a reservation in the same day.
/* T I M E S L O T S */
.block_hints .block_time,
.datepick-inline .timespartly{
background-image: url("../../assets/img/clock_fill.png");
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-position:100% 100%;
}
and replace it to this code:
/* T I M E S L O T S */
.block_hints .block_time,
.datepick-inline .timespartly{
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-position:100% 100%;
}

Hello,
Thanks so much for your reply. I can now remove the clock icon.
Can I disable the pop up "Times 14:00-15:00" on 14 Sept (where i made a test resevation) too?
Many thanks!
Hello.
You can deactivate loading of Bootstrap library by Booking Calendar at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section, by checking this option “Disable Bootstrap loading on Front-End” after expand of this section “Show advanced settings of JavaScript loading”. Its can be reason of not showing mouse over tooltips in the Booking Calendar at the front-end side.
Kind Regards.
Thanks for your reply, I tried, and it seems still display that mouse over tooltips, anything else I can check?
Hello.
It's because of conflict with your theme.
Please open this file ../wp-content/plugins/{Booking Calendar Folder}/js/wpbc_times.js
function wpbc_set_popover_in_cal( resource_id ){
return false;
Please do not forget to clear browser cache before testing these changes.

Hello,
I don't know some setting has been changed in my website (https://pattoocastle.com/stay/) due to which the Booking is automatically getting approved without any confirmation of email or pending status.
Hello.
Please open the Booking > Settings General page and in auto cancelation / approval section please be sure that the “Auto approve all incoming bookings” option was unchecked.
It’s available in the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions.
Kind Regards.
Hello,
We have been trying to figure this out for a while. We had two separate bookings for overnight stays as follows:
Booking: Booking 1 Open Night Booking 2
Date. : 8th 9th. 10th 11th 12th
Booking 1 wanted to stay one more night, so I tried to edit the booking and was able to select the 10th, but it would never save the change and block off the 10th on the admin or front-end side.
I don't know what setting needs to be changed or if this is a bug, but any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
Hello.
Please recheck that at the 10th date was fully available date at the Calendar Overview page in admin panel.
Otherwise send the link to your page with booking form, where you are having the issue.
And send screenshots of these bookings. Please send all this info to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com
Thank you.
Dear sir/madam, is it possible for a customer to pay with his credit card?
Hello.
The Business Small and higher versions of the Booking Calendar is support Stripe, PayPal (Standard and PayPal Pro Hosted Solution (please note, PayPal PayPal Pro Hosted Solution its does not the same as PayPal Pro)), Authorize.Net, Sage Pay, iDEAL via Sisow and iPay88 payment gateways integration (also plugin support showing text info for payment by cash and bank transfer - its only show text info but does not connect to any bank system), other payment systems are not supporting yet. You can configure and activate it at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.
If you want to make the integration of your payment system by yourself, you will be able to check how integrated payment systems exist in the plugin like Stripe payment gateway. Please check more about this here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/custom-gateway-in-7-0/
Please note, if you modify the source code of the Booking Calendar, we will not guarantee the correct work of the plugin and do not support it.
Is it possible to let the customers choose a time of arrival on a list. All times have to be with 30 minutes between. E.g. 12:00, 12:30, 13:00 and 13:30. And would be great if its possible to remove the time from the list, when a customer have picked the time. So if customer A books time 12:30, customer B will not be able to book this time...
Is that possible and if yes, how?
Best regards, Kasper
Hello.
It's possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small version to have selection of start time and end time or duration of time for the booking.
Please note if you will make the booking for the specific time slot, this time slot becomes unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in the current specific calendar. Usually system show ERROR message, if visitor select already booked day(s) time and click on Send button.
But if you will use the single day selection mode, system will mark as unavailable times options, after day selection, so visitor even can not select such time for specific date.
You can configure the time slots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page.
Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.
You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. Please read more about the booking form fields configuration here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-form-fields/
You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: https://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/
Kind Regards.
If I don't want any end-time, but only the possiblility to choose start-time from a list, where unavailable times will not be posible to select, what do I need to do?
Hello.
In any case you need to use some end time, it's can be one minute after start time or 23:59 at the same date (in this case all times that intersect this time slot will be unavailable, as well).
For example:
Start time: [select starttime "10:00" "11:00"]
<div style="display:none;">Duration time [select durationtime "00:01"]</div>
In this example we are using list of 2 start times: "10:00" "11:00"
and hided by default (not visible for the visitors) selected duration of time as 1 minute.
Hi, is there a way to configure the "Automatic Approve" setting per resource and not globally?
We do have serval resources like Rooms, Bikes and Tools etc. All having its own Calendar.
We would like to setup only the "Bike" bookings to "Automatc Approve"
Hello.
Unfortunately, its does not possible in the Booking Calendar versions. Sorry.
We will add improvements to this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of the plugin, but I can not say when this feature will be implemented. Sorry.
I want a maximum of 20 reservations to be made in 1 day. How do I set it?
Hello.
If you need to make the specific number of bookings per days, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots). Please read more about it here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#capacity
You can test it in the live demo here https://bl.wpbookingcalendar.com/
Watch video about this feature here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/availability-capacity-video-overview/
At this version possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource. But its possible to make booking only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only saved as data into database, but do not apply to availability logic).
Highly recommend, to check this article about configuration of capacity and availability for booking resources: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/capacity-concept/
Before buying, I want to ask some important things. Is it possible to get support in Turkish?
Hello.
Please note, curently support and communications possible only in English via emails or at support plugin forum. Thank you for understanding.
Thanks for a great booking calendar.
I hope you can help me with one issue.
Here is my test booking site: https://www.fiddan.no/booking/
Everything is working the way I want in the calendar and in the form, but after clicking "send booking" total price to pay with Stripe and PayPal is the price to pay only for accomodation. Costs for extra service seems not to be included in in the total price.
How do I solve this?
