  1. Hi, I am using Booking Business Medium 5.3. I have multiple time-slots defined for multiple resources in a day. When I have all resources selected for a form, the page containing the calendar will open with nothing but the select box with the Please Select for selecting a resource. I would like it to default to the next available resource, is that possible? Or at the very least, I would like it to default to Resource #1 so that a calendar shows up rather than a blank screen with a select box.

    How do I accomplish this?

      You can use new parameter in shortcode "selected_type" for auto selection booking form of specific booking resource. Example: [bookingselect label=’Select:’ form_type=’standard’ nummonths=1 type=’17,16,15′ selected_type=’15’]

    I would like to know if the calendar is adapted for responsive tables, so in my mobile devices it is not viewing correctly.

      The Booking Calendar have the responsive design.
      If you are having any issues on the mobile devices, probably some other active plugin or theme make some conflicts there.
      Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu. Then retest it again.
      If its not help, please deactivate your active theme and active the default wordpress theme. And then retest it again.
      Just need to find the reason of that issue.

  3. Genesis Theme
    Booking Calendar 5.3
    Just updated to wordpress 4.1 but it wasn't working in previous version.
    On the administrative side when you go to book a date and time, there are only 5 start or end times listed in the drop down list like 8, 10, 11, 1,3,5.
    We upgraded to Business medium so we could pick more specific times. What can we do?

      You can configure additional timeslots or any other times fields at the Booking > Settings > Fields page.
      Please use the shortcode generator at the right side of that page for the fast and correct creation booking form fields or editing exist one.

  4. Is it possible to import the calendar from another source? Just wondering if there's an existing format that we can migrate from?

    Cos currently, i've got my calendar, filled till mid next year on my personal calendar and I would like to know if that can be migrated out and import that into this booking plugin? Or would a csv file work also?

      Unfortunately, the import data into the Booking Calendar from the external sources does not support, yet.
      This feature in our todo list and will be support in future updates.

  5. Hi,
    i use medium version of wpcalendar. I have three calendars and i use this shortcode:
    [bookingselect label='Choose apartment:' form_type='standard' nummonths=1 type='2,3,4']

    I would have the costs in the calendar like in the free calendar. I have flagged "Show booking details in payment form:" but don't change nothing. I see prices only after the submit.

      If you want to show cost of booking in the booking form, depend from the dates selections, then you need to use this shortcode [cost_hint] in the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Fields page. Its will show cost like in live demo at this page https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/

    Is it possible for the customer to see the total bill before or after sending a booking? It basically says "Room rate depends on date of check in and length of stay.       You can activate option "Show booking details in payment form" to show the booking details summary above the payment form, after your visitor click on "Send button".

      You can also use [cost_hint] or some other hint shortcodes in your booking form for showing cost or dates selections in real time directly in your booking form.   7. Is it possible to export the calendar into ical in some way? I'm trying to setup so I can connect the calendar to my google calendar, just seen the csv export but it requires the user to be logged into wordpress and it doesn't work to use the csv for the google calendar. thanks for the support

  8. I recently purchased the Business Medium Calendar and would like to know how to remove the text within the boxes in the legend. (It tends to show whatever the current date is, I would like it to be blank.)

      Please make this small fix.

      Please open this file ../{Booking Calendar Folder}/lib/wpdev-booking-class.php

      then find this code:

      $text_for_day_cell = ( (0)?' ':date('d') );

      and replace it to this code:

      $text_for_day_cell = ( (1)?' ':date('d') );

  10. Is it possible to change the image in the partially booked legend box from a clock to a different image?

    If so, how?

      The most simple way todo this, its replace that image from the ..{Booking Calendar Folder}/img/clock_fill.png to some other image.
      Its means that you need to upload your image to that folder and overwrite exist image by your one.
      Of course you need to be sure that the size of images have to be relative (close to exist one).
