  1. Good evening,

    I have the multi user version of booking calendar. A few weeks ago the capcha stopped working preventing bookings. This was worked around by removing the requirement for Captcha. In the process of finding this out and attempting to fix I made a number of errors which has lead to me downloading the latest version which worked initially but again we have developed problems with Capcha.

    The error I am getting is:

    I have temporarily disabled Captcha and things seem to be fine.

  2. I have nightly rental amounts for my resources. I created a "Weekday" filter for one of my resources to be Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed set at $1200 per night. Then I created another "Weekend" filter for Thurs, Fri, and Saturday for $1475 per night.

    The problem is that when I select Tues, Wed, Thursday on the calendar it shows a total of $2675. It should show $1200 because it is nightly fee not daily. Thursday nighty would not be booked as they would check out Thursday.

    When I select Wed, Thurs, Fri it shows a total of $2675 again, which is now correct because Wed night is $1200 and Thurs night is not $1475. Somehow Wed night price changed.

    Is there a setting I have missed that would allow this or do I need to set up my filters differently?

    I have the "Set the Cost" setting already set to "for 1 night." and also set to use check-in and check-out times. Any help is appreciated.

    • Hello.
      If you set the cost 1 per one night, its means that cost of second day in the selection will be = 0.
      If you need to set the cost of last day in selection = 0, then please make this arrangement.
      Please open the General Booking Settings page and set the cost "per 1 day".
      then open the Booking > Resources > Cost and rates page and click on the "Valuation days" near each booking resources, and configure this cost settings.
      "For "LAST" day = 0 USD of the specific day."
      Where "LAST" - its reserved word for detection last day of selection.

  3. My form data is not carrying over correctly into the booking data on the "bookings" admin page. Phone numbers are appearing in the Address, City, State and Zip fields when instead it should have the actual Address, City, State and Zip that was entered in the form.

    I have installed the business medium, I have a couple of isues.

    1) the booking form does not work when using firefox, if you take a look using Internet explorer, you will see that when the dates are selected the form updates so that the user can preview the cost of the booking, this does not happen when using firefox.
    2) the prices on the demo on you site appear in the calledar, but they dont appear at all in any browser.

      1) I was retesting it at this page in Firefox: https://www.cornishescape.co.uk/high-season/
      I was able to select the dates (starting from June-July 2015) and can see the cost for the selected dates:
      Full Cost (required): £2 600.00 Deposit Cost (required): £260.00 Balance Cost (required): £2 340.00
      2) I do not sure that clearly understand about this question. Can you send screenshot of that issue in the live demo to the support @ wpbookingcalendar.com ?

      In any case, please clear browser cache and then try to retest it again. If you still will have this issue, please recheck for the any JavaScript errors at the page.

  5. On the additional costs - I want a fixed cost but it always reverts back to 100% ... so people are getting a wrong amount to pay - which is HUGE... I need this fixed asap. Please help.
    Nothing I do will keep it at a fixed cost - it just keeps going back to 100% no matter how many times I save it.

    • Hello.
      Probably you are using some non standard symbols (like umlauts or some similar) inside of the names or options of checkboxes or selectboxes at the Booking > Settings > Fields page in some form (if you are using more then one forms).
      Please reconfigure your booking form to use only standard symbols in the form fields shortcodes names or options.

    Is it possible to make such seasonal filter, that it adds a fixed sum to the original sum?

    In this case, I have a nightly fee of 360,-
    For my seasonal filter, I'd like to add 110,- to the original sum.

    For example:
    Normal season goes as follows: 1 night = 360 , 2 nights = 720, 3 nights = 1080...etc.
    High season should work like this: 1 night = 440, 2 nights = 830, 3 nights = 1190...etc. ( + 110)

    What is wrong with my translation marking?

    "Thank you [lang=fi_FI]Kiitos!"

    That only gives a result of "Thank you", and I'm pretty sure that I'm located in Finland, my browser and ISP are set to be in Finland, my WP is set to Finnish and I got no other translation plugins runningn.

    • Hello.
      If you are using only one language at your website, so you do not need to use [lang=...] shortcode at all. You can write your sentences only in one specific language. So you can use "Kiitos!" in that option.

      If you want to use the several languges at your website, then you can use translations in format like in your description.
      But you need to be sure (in case when you need to show term "Kiitos!") that you have active locale of your website exactly as in lang shortcode: "fi_Fl".
      Probable you need to set something like "fi_FL" or some other value there. Please recheck this to be sure in correct locale.

    The booking list is not aligning properly, as a list.
    I expect each booking on a separate line. Now the are concatenated more or les.

    Can I send a print screen?

  9. I have the Business Medium version, and I would like to alter the "Booking Details" table once I hit submit on the booking form. This is also the screen where you choose the payment method. I saw this comment:

    "Please note, you can configure (add or remove) specific fields to in this data at the Booking > Settings > Fields page at the “Content of booking fields” form (tab)."

    However, I do not see that tab available in the Fields section of the settings. Has this moved or is this not available in the Medium Version?

      In the latest update of Booking Calendar its at the same one page: Booking > Settings > Fields page.
      It's at the bottom of the page - "content of booking data" form.

      • Thank you for your reply. I have been able to edit the table accordingly; however, I would really like to get rid of the top section that isn't controlled by the "content of booking data" section. I would really like to get rid of the top section that shows:

        Dates:
        March 3, 2015 16:00 - March 6, 2015 10:00
        Booking Details:

        I do not have these options configured in the "content of booking data" section however they are still showing up. I'd like to just remove them completely because I am showing that data elsewhere in the table.

        How can I get rid of these lines and only show the information that is controlled within the Booking > Settings > Fields section?

        • I found where to remove this. It is in the index.php file found here booking > inc > payments > index.php. I commented out the two lines and now it works great!

  10. I have a couple questions:

    1) Is there a shortcode for the deposit amount. I'm assuming something similar to the cost hints like: [cost_hint]? Maybe [deposit_hint]?
    2) Is there a simple way to customize the look and feel of the "Pay Button" for the Authorize.net payment option? I want to remove the "Cost" summary from above the button. I can comment this out in the php file but wondering if there is an easier way.
    3) Is there an easy way to prioritize how the pay now buttons appear on the page? Right now, paypal appears above the Auth.net button, but I would like to switch the order or make them appear side by side.
    4) Is there a setting to that once the user has completed the payment process via Authorize.net that they are then redirected back to my web site? It would be great if they didn't just get stuck on the Thank you page of Auth.net.

      1) Yes, you can use this shortcode in the booking form [deposit_hint].
      You can find all available shortcodes, that you can use in the booking form by using "shortcode generator" at the right side of Booking > Settings > Fields page.

      2) Its possible to customize it only in the PHP code. Its inside of ../{Booking Calendar Folder}/inc/payments/authorizenet.php file at the content of this function:
      function wpdev_bk_define_payment_form_authorizenet($blank, $booking_id, $summ,$bk_title, $booking_days_count, $booking_type, $bkform, $wp_nonce, $is_deposit ){

      3) You need to edit it inside of this file: ../{Booking Calendar Folder}/inc/payments/index.ph

      And replace this code:

      4) You need to activate this option "Activate Relay Response:" at the Booking > Settings > Payment > Authorize.Net page and then configure subsettings relative to that option.

      Please note, if you will modify the source code of the Booking Calendar, we will not guaranteed the correct work of plugin and do not support it.
