  1. Hello,

    I would like to know if it is implemented for the customer to have an invoice when he finishes the purchase order.
    By the way, can I see all transactions in a month with its summary to see the total sells?

    • Hello.
      1) Unfortunately, the "having an invoice when he finishes the purchase order" is not supporting in the actual versions.
      2) You can export actual bookings (for the current month) to the CSV file. Then open this file in the MS Excel or some other applications and make sum of total costs of all these bookings.

    I've purchased the Business Large Version.

    The Booking Calendar Overview only shows firstnames. How can I change this showing last name or full name?

    • Hello.
      If you want to show in the timelines (at Calendar Overview page) instead of the names, the secondnames, then you can change this at the General Booking Settings page inside of the option "Default title of bookings:" in Booking Listing section.
      Just instead of [id]:[name] use this [id]:[secondname] or this [id]:[lastname], depend of how you define second name shortcode at the Booking > Settings > Fields page.

  3. i have the small buisniss

    is it posible toshow on the booking form/page the total ammount of $ when they select 12 days.
    this must be shown before the push the send button

    if yes how do i make these settings ?

      It's possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium and higher versions.
      In these versions you can use [cost_hint] shortcode in the booking form (at the Booking > Settings > Fields page) to show the total cost of the booking in real time. Please note, cost will be updates depend from days selections. Please retest it in the live demo of Busines Medium version here: https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/

          Yes, right. You can insert it like this:

          But please note, this feature availbale in the Business Medium and higher versions.

              Please check this troubleshooting steps.

              1) Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu. Then retest it again.
              If its not help, please deactivate your active theme and active the default wordpress theme. And then retest it again. May be there exist some conflict with some active plugin or actual theme and just need to find the reason of that issue.

              2) Please recheck the header.php file from your actual theme.
              This file have to have this code:
              <?php wp_head(); ?>
              before this:
              </head>
              Its standard rule for the themes.

  4. Hi one more question about showing the total price that works awsome
    then i press send/submit and i go to the next page where i find the booking details.
    On that page the total price is missing do i need to put something in somewhere ?

      At that page, if you activated some payment systems, the cost of booking is showing near "Pay now" button(s).

      • ah ok but he is doing his paymenst by creditcards and i think that option is not in the script

          • yes i know so thats why he does not get the total ammount on the second page
            it would be nice if you can think about that when you ever update the script

            many company's work with credit cards and bank transfers and i dont see people paying 1700$ with paypal

    I have only Order Number, product ID, etc (by email)
    How can i get the plugin?

    my problem is that a new booking will not be send by email to the emailadress of admin.

    don´t know why.

    but when i cancel the testbooking we receive an email that the booking is declined.

    ???

    please help

      Please open the Booking > Settings > Emails page and recheck that you activated and correctly configures email template about new booking, which is sending to the visitor and to the administrator.

  7. I have just started to set up and test the system at https://www.mccarthylakehouse.com.au/
    I used the availability calender and put sample order in
    April 10, 2015 - April 11, 2015
    Booking Details:
    First Name:Edwina
    Last Name:unknown
    Email:jennifer.perri@gmail.com
    Phone:123456
    Address:unknown
    City:Brisbane
    Post code:1111
    Country:
    Adults: 8

    This order comes through to dashboard and is showing as "pending" as i would expect.
    How ever if I then search availability for the same dates it shows me Nil Results.
    If it is not approved then the dates should still be available for other people to book but they are not.
    in settings the box marked as below is already ticked
    Use pending days as available: Check this box if you want to show the pending days as available in calendars

    But it is not working.
    What else needs to be set to have "pending order " dates still show as available please

      Please recheck, that you do not use any Cache plugins, like WP Super Cache.
      If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form.

    The Cost Field in the listing shows the total cost, is it possible to display the balance cost instead of the total?

      You can try to use this shortcode: [balance_hint]
      At the settings fields page to show it in the booking form. (Please use the shortcode generator at the right side of settings fields page for fast checking about available shortcodes).

      You can use also this shortcode in the Content of booking data field to show balance cost for new bookings.

      • not in the booking form. That works fine.

        Balance and Deposit is not listed in the admin booking overview.

        BTW all buttons look very strange here. Can I send you a screenshot?

          P.S. screenshot you can send to the support @ wpbookingcalendar.com But if you are having any CSS issues, its possible because of conflict with some other active plugin or actual theme. Thats why please retest firstly this. Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu. Then retest it again. If its not help, please deactivate your active theme and active the default wordpress theme. And then retest it again. Just need to find the reason of that issue.

          • Hey I've deactivated all plugins and activate the default wordpress theme also. Buttons still look broken. I send you a screenshot right now.

  9. Another question
    keep in mind that i activated the autorized.net system !

    when i push the submit/send button it brings me to the next page
    then at the bottom it show me the button to push and go to the authorized.net paysystem
    however the button is white and you can not read the text inside the button

    how and where can i edit this button ? in the css ?

    (if you do not understand please make a test booking the system is not active yet use the name test and mail test@test.com)
