  1. Looks like you guys have a bug that breaks editing permalinks in the main WordPress page/post editor...

    I'm getting "editPermalink is undefined" in my JS console.

        Are you sure that it's because of Booking Calendar?
        Booking calendar does not have functionslity relative to the permalinks.
        Try to deactivate the booking calendar and then retest it.

  2. Hello,

    the number of guests dropdown of a ressource shows 1-5 but the max number of guests of this ressource is only 2.
    Is it possible to show only the actual number of guests?

    I have 60 ressources and I want to use one form for all of them.

          You can configure the different custom booking form for the different booking resources in the booking shortcode.

          You can also check how to execute the booking shortcode from the PHP file: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/insert-booking-shortcode-into-any-place-of-site/

          • Hey, thanks for the links but there is no solution for this issue.

            It's a serious issue. People try to book a ressource for e.g. 4 people, they fill out the form, everything is fine, prices are calculated... then they press book now and find out that the max number of visitors is 2.

            You know what happened then? They leave the page and book somewhere else.
            Please fix this in your next update. I`ve purchased the big business version.

            If there is a workaround e.g. manipulate the displayed number of guests within the bookingform shortcode, please let me know.

            this issue causes a lot of trouble

                Another issue is that the number of children is not included to the number of max. visitors.

                e.g.
                a user books a ressource which is limited to max 3 visitors.
                If the user choose 3 adults + 2 children the booking is approved. Thats a problem cause actually the ressource is limited to max 3 visitors, no matter if the visitors are adults or children.

                Suggestion:
                Maybe it would make sense to show a notification message directly after choosing too many visitors. Like "this ressource is limited to max. 3 visitors"

                  Right now it's (checking availbaility) working only with one select-box - selctions number of visitors.

    I have configured the deposit payment, however, I see that when you go to the payment page it shows only the option for deposit. I see that you can choose the days between total an deposit, but I want to choose both options to pay, with deposit or 100%.

    I'd like to list specific additional cost values.
    For example:
    cleaning fee: $45
    pick up service: $60
    breakfast: $30

    [additional_cost_hint] only shows the summary of all additional costs without naming them.

      Unfortunately its does not available in the actual versions.
      Its possible to show only total cost of such additional costs by using this [additional_cost_hint] shortcode.

    I have a question regarding the Time Slot.
    The default color of timeslot when this is not available is Gray.
    How I can change the background color of specific range timeslot when this is booked(not available for the visitor)?

      The Booking Calendar does not chnage the color of these time-slots, but chnage the status of those options to the "DISABLED".
      If you want also to change the background color, so you can try to make this customization in the ../{Booking Calendar Folder}/inc/js/biz_s.js file
      under this line
      jQuery( time_slot_field_name + ' option:eq('+j+'),'+time_slot_field_name2 + ' option:eq('+j+'),' + start_time_slot_field_name + ' option:eq('+j+'),'+start_time_slot_field_name2 + ' option:eq('+j+')').attr('disabled', 'disabled'); // Make disable some options
      Please note, if you will modify the source code of the Booking Calendar, we will not guaranteed the correct work of plugin and do not support it.

      P.S. At the above section of that code, you can find this line:
      jQuery( time_slot_field_name + ' option:disabled,' + time_slot_field_name2 + ' option:disabled,' + start_time_slot_field_name + ' option:disabled,' + start_time_slot_field_name2 + ' option:disabled').removeAttr('disabled'); // Make active all times
      You will be need to make there also some customization to reset your background to the default color, otherwise with sometime you will have background for all elements as for disabled timeslots. Just need to have this "reseting".

    I have an issue with the Paypal pro payment solution.
    Here is a picture of my configuration : https://puu.sh/fsI5R/cf6358a054.png
    As you can see, i checked the box to set Paypal payments active, entered my Merchant ID and selected the "online" mode instead of sandbox.

    When I try to go through the process, here is what happen :
    1) I fill the form for the booking : OK
    2) I click on the booking button : OK
    3) I am asked to pay a deposit : OK
    4) I click on the button to pay the deposit and I get an alert popup "0 error"
    5) After I click OK on the alert, I am redirected on Paypal and see this on the page : https://puu.sh/fsIwD/af58e634c1.png
    "This transaction can't be processed. Please pay with another card."

    I have the same results when I am set in sandbox mode.

      Where exactly "0 Error" appear ? Is it after you click the "Send button" in the booking form, before showing the payment form ?
      Or is it after clicking on "Pay now" button ?

      Important! Please note, Booking Calendar support the PayPal Pro Hosted Solution integrations. Its does not the same as PayPal Pro. So if you are using the PayPal Pro account, its will not work. Please check more here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#payments

    • Hello.
      At the Business Medium and higher versions you can define these dates as season filter at the Booking > Resources > Filters page and then at the Booking > Resources Availbaility page you can set the dates from the specific season filter as unavailable for the specific booking resources.

      Orherwise you will be need to create the blank bookings for these dates at the Booking > Add booking page.

    May I know how do I use the booking system as my "add to cart"?
    I'm using woothemes mystile, I would like my customer to select the product and then click "book" instead of "add to cart". Customer would then select the date they wish to book the product and click send.

      Booking calendar versions does not support the "add to cart" funtionality, yet. Sorry. You can make booking by selecting specific date(s) in calendar and by filling booking form fields and then clicking on submit button.
