Hi, my booking calendar has stopped working, it doesn't send the email notification when a booking has arrived? Please help me solve this issue as it is urgent.
Please note, Booking Calendar is using the standard wp_mail function for sending emails. Since last year many free email accounts, like gmail or hotmail change the rules of sending emails. Its have no relation to the Booking Calendar, its about sending and receiving emails in general. Please check also here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/bookings-stopped-being-emailed-to-admin
If the previous will not help , I can suggest for you to contact the support of your hosting company for rechecking mail log and error logs to check the reason of why emils is not sending.

Help, please! I'm a novice, just purchased Business Small, and am struggling! One of my resources offers meals to guests as follows:
* only on Sat, Sun and Monday
* each day there are several 2-hour time slots from which to choose (different each day)
* once a time slot is booked, that entire day is closed
* cost is $25/person; $15/child
Can this be done with Business Small? What would the coding look like? Thanks so much for any guidance.

1) You can set only specific weekdays as available at the General Booking Settings page in Calendar section.
2) You can configure the timeslots for the days at the Booking > Settings > Fields page. But all the timeslots will be the same at any week days in the Booking Calendar Business Small version. The different timeslots for the different weekdays possible to configure in the Booking Calendar Business Medium version (you can read more about it here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/different-time-slots-selections-for-different-days/). You can make upgrade from the Booking Calendar Business Small version to Booking Calendar Business Medium version by using the "Upgrade link" at the top right side of General Booking Settings page.
Also please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar. You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Fields page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode. You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or "starttime" and "duration" of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. 3) According setting different cost for the different number of selected persons and children, you can configure it also at the Booking Calendar Business Medium version at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page. Thanks for your quick response. When I set a the specific weekday at the General Booking Setting of the Calendar, it applies that weekday restriction to all 4 of my resources (each on a different page of my website). I only want that weekday restriction applied to one of my resources' calendars. How is that accomplished??

The plugins great and I'm planning to use it on a commerical project very soon. My only question is related to the prevention of double bookings.
Simply, can a user see a slot as available until it has been accepted by the administrator? Or, will a slot be seen as unavailable as soon as a front-end user 'books' it, even if it hasn't been accepted by the administrator.
Otherwise, you could have a potential double booking and have to reject one of front-end users. I hope my logic is clear in this question?

Its possible only in the Booking Calendar Business Large version to activate the "Use pending days as available" option (at the General Booking Settings page in Advanced section). Its means that if someone will make the booking, and this booking (by default) have the pending status, so this date(s) (or timeslot for the specific date) will be available for the other visitors, until you do not approve this booking. PS By default in other versions, the dates of all pending bookings is becoming unavailable for the visitors, if someone make the booking in calendar.
I purchased a small business multi-site version of WP Booking Calendar for my client, for use on 4 location-specific websites. Is it necessary for him to have a separate PayPal account for each location or is there a way to set up Instant Payment Notifications for each site from one PayPal account?

The booking details summary shown above the payment form just after a booking has been first "SENT", and the email that I receive as Administrator, both continue to include data Fields Names that I had already deleted, saved and uploaded from both the Calendar Forms Field and Content of Booking Fields Data. (Example: "Children:"). Is there a way that these deleted Field names won't appear?

Probably you are having "Custom" booking form, beside of the Standard form. And you was changing standard form, but the booking resources have the default some custom booking form (at the Booking > Resources page), which is have these fields, and thats why its receive these fields data. Please recheck your Booking > Settings > Fields page and Booking > Resources page according usage of the custom booking form.
Also its possible that you are using these form fields shortcodes directly in the emails (instead of the [content] shortcode), then please recheck also the Booking > Settings > Emails page.

You can configure and customize the email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.
The emails are sending to the single email, which you are set at the settings, after the specific action.
If you want to send the email about the new booking, to the several (Admin) users. so you can use the emails in the form "To" in such format:
Please note you need to use exactly emails, without this <Booking system> titles.

Please recheck, that you do not use any links (URLs) in the booking form comfiguration. Probably your server configuration have some security restrictions for saving data with URLs into the DB. If you are having some links please remove them and then try to save it again.
If you are using Business Medium or higher version and trying to save the changes into the "Custom form", please note during saving process the page is reloading and by default you see the "Standard form". May be that's why you see no chnages. In this case you just need to select your custom form.
