Hello, I'm really liking this plugin. It offers a lot of functionality.
However, I ran into an issue with another plugin. When I have the Booking Calendar (Business Large) activated the NextGen Image Gallery shortcode stops working. Any idea why your plugin might be conflicting with the NextGen Image Gallery plugin. Maybe a JQuery conflict?
I have also tried other themes to make sure that isn't the issue.

Update:
I installed "Plugin Organizer" that allowed me to disable the Booking Calendar plugin on the pages that I have a gallery. This seems to work fine, but it might be worth looking into adding something to your plugin that allows the user to only activate on Booking Calendar pages, or something along those lines.

I'm using the medium business version and I've modified the content of the tooltip for booked timeslots on one single day. Not only the booked timeslots are shown, but also the name of the person who booked the timeslot. The only problem remaining is that once all slots are booked, the tooltip disappears. Could you tell me where I must look if I don't want the tooltip to disappear?

For hotels we want to give discount depending on how many nights are booked.
Also please add "Minimum stay" for seasons, this would be very helpful! Is there any way to achieve this yet?

1) According "valuation days" for the night. you can set the cost per day, and then configure the "Valuation days" like this: For 2nd day = 0 USD for selected date
Its will be mean the functionality, like you are set the cost per night. In addition you can configure other "Valuation days" options.
2) I will add this feature "minimum number of days selections" for the specific season to the todo list for future updates.
I have a problem on Large BUsiness version where if a user books a room for 3 people for 3 weeks, the booking shows up in the sidebar "Booking 1", but the booking does not appear in the list of bookings or anywhere else. I can't view or manage this booking. I can give you access to my website if you need it, what do I do? I'm using the latest version.

The reason why other bookings is not showing in the Booking Listing page, can be that you are made the bookings for the booking resources, which deleted later. I mean you are firstly insert the booking form for the specific resources, then make a bookings, and later you are delete the booking resources. So in this case the bookings, which is belong to the booking resources, what is deleted will not showing.
For rechecking it, please open view to the wp_bookings TABLE in your DB, using the phpMyAdmin tool. If you will find in this table the bookings, what are not showing in the Booking Listing page, please recheck the value of the booking_type column for this booking(s).
This value is indicate the ID of the booking resource. The booking resource with that ID have to exist.
You can recheck the ID of the booking resources at the Booking > Resources page.
If the booking resource(s) is not exist, so please change the ID (booking_type) in the table wp_bokings to the ID of booking resource, what is exist at your Booking > Resources page.

Because its require the modifications in the several files for the booking listing, email templates, booking form, etc...

I'm sure you already have a solution to this, I just don't know where to look or how to set it.
Currently a customer selects the dates for their stay including the date of their departure. eg 1st (arrival), 2nd and 3rd (departure) of April. The plugin correctly charges the customer for a 2 night stay. But at the moment the calendar shows the 3rd as "unavailable" when actually we can accept new customers arriving. What do I need to change?
Also, I would also like to vote for a " minimum booking" feature 🙂

At the Business Small/Medium versions and in the Business Large version (for the single booking resources/ capacity=1) [version update 4.1 or newer] you can activate and configure the "Use check in/out time" feature at the General Booking Settings page. So then check in/out dates (start and end dates) of the booking will be marked as half booked dates. Its mean that your visitors can select the check out date of some previous reservation and use it as check in date for the new reservation.

If you are need to send the the several emails about the new booking, so you can configure it at the Booking > Settings > Emails page at first email template. You just need to enter several emails into field "To".
Please divide emails by , or ; (which is depend from the server configuration).
Example: email1@server.com,email2@server2.com
or
email1@server.com;email2@server2.com

Emails are not being sent when i confirm/reject bookings.
I have read the faq, and set up and email wordpress@ email address as the admin email "Booking system" <wordpress@slkcomputing.co.uk> and have tried just wordpress@slkcomputing.co.uk, however it appears that my host HAS disabled the mail() function as they say that its not secure and wont be enabling it. Is there a work around/hack i can use to get this to work?

the Booking Calendar is using the standard WordPress function for the sending the emails. So if your hosting provider is block that function unfortunately its will not work.
Please try to search in the WordPress directory some plugin for the email sending, which is override the standard functions and use own. But these plugins have to override the standard WordPress function for sending emails, because the Booking Calendar is use that function.
Dont worry, this has been resolved with the Cimy Swift SMTP plugin

I've purchased Business small edition license. What I wanna manage with this plugin is snooker tables' booking. I've a problem: the time range that I need to offer for booking is from 20:00 to 02:00 of the day after, but if I put the code [select starttime] e [select endtime] for an hourly prize of 10.00 dollars, I select as start time "22:00" and as end time "02:00" the total amount should be 10.00x4 hours=40.00 dollars, but instead of it the total amount will be 10.00x28 hours=280.00 dollars. So the sum includes also all the hours of the day after. How can I do in order the set that time range for a day instead of ordinary 00:00-24:00 ?

I am retested it here at live demo Business Small 4.1.2.
1) I am made the time selections at the Booking > Settings > Fields page like this:

<p><label>End Times</label>[select endtime "01:00" "02:00" "03:00" ]</p>
2) Then at the General Booking Settings page I am set option "Set the cost:" "per hour".
3) At the Booking > Resources page I am created the test booking resource and set the cost as 10.
4) When I made the test for this booking resource and select the start time as 22:00 and end time as 02:00, I am got the cost as $40.
Please retest it at the live demo, may be you are have some wrong configuration in the settings, or just need to update your versions to the latest version.

If you are want to make booking from "22:00 - 01:00" Your visitors must select 2 dates, instead of 1 date, because these times in the different time slots.
If the booking from "00:00 - 02:00" or from the "21:00 - 24:00", so in this case your visitor must select only 1 date. In other words, if the time is intersect midnight so then visitors have to select 2 dates instead of 1 date.
