Here is little instruction about deposit configuration and sending payment request for the rest of the sum.
Then open the Booking > Settings > Emails page and configure and set active the "Payment request" email.
Now open the General Booking Settings page and set checked this option: "Deposit payment:" at the "Costs" section.
You can open the Booking > Resources > Cost and rates page and by clicking the "Deposit amount" button configure the deposit amount value.
This cost will be show in the payment form, after visitor is made the reservation. So probably its cost will be smaller than fullamount. And your visitors can make the payment of that amount.
At the admin panel at the booking listing page for the specific booking you will see in the cost field the FULL cost, but inside of the "notes section" (you can activate it by pressing the note button at the right side of the each section), you will see the description similar to this:
Total cost: $135.00 /deposit: $54.00, balance: $81.00/ - 07.22.2012
If you are want to request from the visitor to pay the rest of the sum,
you are need firstly
1) edit the cost of the booking, and enter the sum, which will show at the payment form. You are need to change the cost and then press the save button to save the new cost.
2) Press the send payment request button to send the email with link to the payment form for the specific booking.

I just purchased the personal site version and when I went to install the plugin I could not. The message that came back to me after trying to upload and install plugin was:
"The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini."

1) Please download the archive of the Booking Calendar to your desktop.
2) Extract it from archive. You have to get the "booking" folder.
3) Upload this folder, using the FTP manager (like FAR or some other) to your server, to the folder ../wp-content/plugins/
4) Now open admin panel of your wordpress site at the Plugins menu, you have to see there Booking Calendar plugin. (If you was having previous free version, there, please deactivate it).
Please click at the "Activate" link of your new paid version.
5) Wait until message will show that the plugin is activated successfully. Important!
Now you can use the Booking Calendar plugin.

You need to configure the Filter tab parameters (at the Filter tab) and then click on "Apply" button. After refreshing page you can click on Export All button to export bookings from all pages.
Probably you was not applying filter parameter and just click on export button. You need firstly to apply filter parameters and then make export.

Unfortunately, such 2 different search availability forms is not supporting in the actual versions. Sorry.
The "super booking admin" can configure only 1 general search availability form at the Booking > Settings > Search page.
Also please note, for be able to search availability for the different booking resources, these booking resources must be in the different separate pages (and its have to be booking form not the booking select shortcodes). Otherwise if you will have several booking forms in the same page, then Booking Calendar will find only 1 booking resource in this page, which will be at the top of that page.

I have a radio field in the form. I need to make it so that when a person selects "new" then in the email that goes to the visitor, its written "104" and if its a ":initial" which he selects then it should write "105" in the email and subsequent prices should be allocated in that way.

You can use in the radio button element, the Titles and values, separated by "@@". Example: <div style="padding:10px;background:#ccc;">Please select:[radio my_field_name "Title #4@@104" "Title #5@@105"]</div>
The titles will be showing for the visitors in the booking form. So visitors will see this: Please select: [*] "Title #4" [*] "Title #5"
But in the emails and in the Booking listing page, if you will use the shortcode configuration in the "Content of booking data" form at the Booking > Settings > Fields page, like this: <strong>Radio selection</strong>:<span class="fieldvalue">[my_field_name]</span>
You will see this: Radio selection: 104

The ability to book for the specific times (in your case half of days can be 2 timeslots) possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.
You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Fields page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.
You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or "starttime" and "duration" of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes.
You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: https://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/ Other live demo you will need to reconfigure.

Great - and when a timeslot has been booked and is unavailable, will the calendar show the details of that event (ie; Joe Smith Wedding) or can we make it just a generic message that says 'Unavailable'? I prefer to have generic unavailable messages if possible.
Its will just show unavailable timeslot in mouseover tooltip.

Since I only have one resource available to book, can I bypass the dropdown selection when a user comes to the calendar page? I would like it to just default to the calendar for my one property without having the user choose the dropdown selection.
Also - since I am doing full day, morning and afternoon time slots, who do I set the cost appropriately (ie; 100 full day, 50 morning, 50 afternoon)?

Is it possible to show the first and last names of the person who made the booking on the calendar? So, instead of it just showing that it's booked on the calendar, you can see who made the booking. This is for the front-end and not the Admin portal.

If you need to show near each timeslot also the name of the person, who made the booking at the front-end, then its possible to make small customization.
Its possible to make a little trick (in Booking Calendar Business Medium and higher versions) to show in the "mouse over tooltip" over specific booked timeslot (please note the booking must be made for the specific timeslot, and not the full date), the Name of the person, who made the booking.

Thank you for the info. Our booking are all multiple days, does this trick work with multiple days? We have no need for timeslots, so I would try to hide that part somehow. Do you still think this will work for us? I don't want to pay for the upgrade if the results aren't ideal.

This works for the name who booked a resource indeed. Is there a way to do the same for the phone number of the one who booked? The phone number is mandatory in my booking form.
Practical example: When there are 2 bookings in row, people can call about how to transfer the resource. This saves time and administration. (All people making bookings are collueges, they know eachother.)

Great - and when a timeslot has been booked and is unavailable, will the calendar show the details of that event (ie; Joe Smith Wedding) or can we make it just a generic message that says 'Unavailable'? I prefer to have generic unavailable messages if possible.
Its will just show unavailable timeslot in mouseover tooltip.
Please retest it in the live demo to be sure in functionality.

Since I only have one resource available to book, can I bypass the dropdown selection when a user comes to the calendar page? I would like it to just default to the calendar for my one property without having the user choose the dropdown selection.
Also - since I am doing full day, morning and afternoon time slots, who do I set the cost appropriately (ie; 100 full day, 50 morning, 50 afternoon)?

1) You just need to insert the booking shortcode for the "booking form": https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-shortcodes/#booking
instead of shortcode for the selection of booking resource: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-shortcodes/#bookingselect
So please open that page for the editing, and reinsert the booking shortcode.

Is it possible to show the first and last names of the person who made the booking on the calendar? So, instead of it just showing that it's booked on the calendar, you can see who made the booking. This is for the front-end and not the Admin portal.

If you need to show near each timeslot also the name of the person, who made the booking at the front-end, then its possible to make small customization.
Its possible to make a little trick (in Booking Calendar Business Medium and higher versions) to show in the "mouse over tooltip" over specific booked timeslot (please note the booking must be made for the specific timeslot, and not the full date), the Name of the person, who made the booking.
Example:
11:00 - 12:00 Jony Mack
But please note this feature can impact to the performance, and we do not recommend to activate it.

Thank you for the info. Our booking are all multiple days, does this trick work with multiple days? We have no need for timeslots, so I would try to hide that part somehow. Do you still think this will work for us? I don't want to pay for the upgrade if the results aren't ideal.

OK, thanks. Is there another way to display the booking information listings on the front-end similar to the back-end, so users can see who has booked what dates, even if it isn't in conjunction with the mini calendar?
This is for a family website and we need visibility into who made the booking on the front-end so I'm trying to figure out if there is another way to accomplish that. Thanks!

Booking Calendar support only in-line month view calendar for the making booking(s) at the front-end.
The easily possible to see who made the booking at the admin panel.

This works for the name who booked a resource indeed. Is there a way to do the same for the phone number of the one who booked? The phone number is mandatory in my booking form.
Practical example: When there are 2 bookings in row, people can call about how to transfer the resource. This saves time and administration. (All people making bookings are collueges, they know eachother.)
