  1. Hi,
     
    I have an issue.
    The system has a problem when there are two resources set-up with one booking form. 
     
    If I make two bookings, the first one for “10 to 15 April 2013″. “And then 15 - 18 April 2013″ then the system shows the 15 of April being completely unavailable, when it is in fact available as someone checks out and in on that day and the second unit is never occupied. I have the default check in time at 12pm and the default checkout time 10am.

    Is it because the times are not being calculated correctly?
     
    Please advise, I need this working correctly

    • Hello.
      The possibility to use the times is possible only for the single "booking resources" (with capacity = 1).

      At the Booking Calendar Business Large version, if you will use the timeslot selection for the booking resource with capacity higher than one, so then this timeslot will be simply record as a data into DB according this booking, but will not impact to the time availability.

  2. I using the not premium version on my website and there I can block days that my salon is not open. Is there also a possibility to block the days that I am on holiday, next to the days that I am not open? I hope to hear from you.

    • Hello.
      The possibility to set as unavailable days in calendar for the specific holiday based on the season filters are available at the Business Small / Medium versions.

  3. Hi 
    i have the business medium version of the booking system. I have a problem with the payment request email. When a user clicks in the lim to pay, it takes them to the home page of my website, not a payment screen. I'm using PayPal. 
    how to I fix this?

  4. how to adjust widget sizes?
    Hi I've a problem, The label of the widget are over the div parsing the template.
    You can adjust the size manually? how?
    I have to buy the personal version to handle more rooms, if you solve the problem.

          I see the labels under the calendar at the correct place. I am tested it with Firefox. So please clear the browser cache, and then test it again.

          If you are want to make the form fields smaller in your booking form, so then please make this customization.
          Please open this file ../booking/css/client.css
          and add to the bottom of that file this code:

          .booking_form_div textarea, .booking_form_div input, .booking_form_div select{ width:230px; }

          If the issue is still exist, please send the screenshot of that issue, and description in what browser do you test it to this email suppport @ wpbookingcalendar.com

    Is possible to make every 3 months of calendar in new row ?

    • Hello.
      1) Please recheck firstly that you are set "active" the Sage Pay system at the Booking > Settings > Payment page (just recheck that the "check box" with "active" status is checked).
      2) Also please recheck that you are assign correctly the "billing form fields" at the Booking > Settings > Payment > "Billing form Fields" page.
      Of course you have to have all of those fields at the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Fields page

      • 1. Yes, check box is set Active.
        But it does not appreciable effect.
         
        2. billing form fields, are the same as operated PayPal.
        Do I need some other?

    I have the free version on my site. I have 2 different apartaments to let. Can i use 2 different "free" booking calendars and forms on different pages for booking of my 2 resuces. I made the translation in Hungarian. If you need i can send the translation.

      The possibility to create the several booking resources ( different calendars) is possible at the any paid versions of the Booking Calendar. The free version is support only 1 default booking resource (1 calendar).

  7. I have the Business-Small version.
    In my booking form, I have multiple [email] fields, i.e. BookingEmail, OtherNotificationEmail, OtherNotificationEmail2, etc.  When I have a booking confirmation email sent, it only sends an email to the last [email] address.
    I would like to send a confirmation email to multiple selected email addresses.
    Alternatively, how can I identify which email field to deliver the confirmation to?

    • Hello,
      Inside of the booking form fields at the Booking > Settings > Fields page is possible to use only one active email, which will get the email notifications.
      We will add possibility to use ore emails in the future updates.

      In the Booking > Settings > Emails page for the fields "To" you can enter the emails in a format:

      email1@server1.com, email2@server2.com

      Or if previous do not work use this format:

      email1@server1.com; email2@server2.com

      • So I can only use 1 instance of an [email] field type?  Is it possible to specify a different fieldname in the confirmation/rejection since there is no editable To: field? In my version, it states that it will send the email to a Person, but doesn't let me define who that Person is.

        • Hello.
          You can use the more email fields, but system will always get the last (bottom) email in the booking form and use it for the sending emails about the new booking.

          If you will approve or decline the specific booking so in this case the system will use only email from this shortcode: [email* email] for sending the emails to the visitors who made the booking.

    I want to buy the med business version but have a question.  My website is not a WP site.  It's HTML5 JS Animated.  Whats the best way to install the booking calendar?
     

    • Hello.
      The Booking Calendar is a wordpress plugin and working only in the WordPress environment. You can install the WordPress in some folder of your site and then use the Booking Calendar.

      • Thank you for your quick answer.
        Will I need to install wordpress in a sub-directory or just another folder on the site?
         
        Also, is there functionality for below;?
        Min booking time: e.g 4 hours
        Max Booking time: e.g 12 hours
        Is it possible to create a buffer between booking times so the resource has time to drive to the next appointment?
        Can you set a minimum booking notice time before the resource can be booked? e.g 24 hours
         
        I have seen these functions in other reservation calendars .... if they are not available, would be very good for your next update.

        Is there a module to administrate the clients ? Like a client table collected from the bookings they made. For example with the possibility to send them a mail, to change their data, etc... 

        • Sorry, this feature is not supported yet.
          I will add it to the todo list for the future updates.
