Hello.
You can select one of the PayPal buttons types at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.
If you are activated showing the booking data before the Payment form, so this info is showing in the format, which you are configured at the Booking > Settings > Fields page at the Content of booking form fields form. Please note, the same info (structure) will be for the Booking Listing page and in the email templates, if you will use the [content] shortcode.
i bought the business large version, set up PayPal standard in the settings and its not working. Customers are trying to make payments online and it's declining the transactions. I called PayPal and they said this plugin is not supported. However I tried an item on my website that only oust a dollar and tried my card and it worked. Is there a limit on how high the transaction can be? My business transactions are going to range from 300 to 3000. Please help me ASAP! One other thing, is there a way to make so my customers don't have to select every single day on the calendar Individualy? So for example if they are going from the 22nd to the 28th instead of selecting 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28 they can just select 22nd and 28 and have the entire time slot selected?

No there is not any restrictions on the side of the Booking Calendar for this type of amount. Its can be some restrictions only at the PayPal side, but I am hear about it firstly. What PayPal support said about why its was not supported ? May be there was some error(s),etc.. ?
According selections of the dates, yes its possible. Please activate the "range days" selection mode "using 2 mouse clicks", instead of multiple days selection at the General Booking Settings page and configure the sub-settings.
Hi I support a wordpress site for a club that has a small (approx 50) rooms, members of the club want to book specific rooms, is there any way I can group my room resources into say 5 or 6 groups so that members could select the group then see a list of the calendars for rach of the rooms in that group?

You can insert into the post or page not the booking form for the specific booking resource, but the selectbox, where visitors can select the specific booking resource and then booking form will show up, like here.

If you are need to show one calendar (which will show the availability from the several booking resources), so then you are need to check the Business Large version.
At the Booking Calendar Business Large version is possible to set the capacity of the booking resource, it’s mean that your visitors can make the several reservations per the same date, in other words, the date(s) in calendar will be available until lumber of reservations per these full dates is less than capacity of the booking resource. Please note, if you will use the timeslot selection for the booking resource with capacity higher than one, so then this timeslot will be simply record as a data into DB according this booking, but will not impact to the time availability. Please read more info about the booking resources and how to configure them here.

After using the business large version for services by the hour now for 1 month, could you please consider these updates?
Calendar view (Bookings Page) - this view is good sometimes for times detail but very time consuming to scroll through dates. I think you also need to have the option of an actual calendar view that looks like a calendar and then you can choose the days very quickly. Once you click on the date it should then go to by the hour view for that day.
GENERAL EMAIL - There needs to be a general email tab that you can type a general email to the customer, otherwise you have to come out type a general email in your email client.
[DENY Reason] - Declined Booking Email - this needs to be a field that opens up to type like "payment request reason". The current field you have is too small and scrolls across the screen
RESOURCES
Details tab for each resource. Description, Phone number, qualifications.
At this level you should also be able to define how many hours per day the resource can work and a buffer time between bookings e.g 1 hour ( to allow the resource to drive to next appointment)
DEPOSIT COST FIELD – for booking form fields & emails - Super important!
BALANCE COST FIELD – - for booking form fields & emails - Super Important!
Additional cost per hour – I don’t think this can be done yet - Needs to be available.

What application do you use for the opening CSV file ? I you are using the MS Excel, please use the version 2010 or newer, the older version can open such files sometimes incorrectly.

In my case I want the booking to be confirmed as soon as a member has selected the available dates, so all I need is confirmation email to both office staff and member. is this possible, (ie not request to office who then confirm back)

At the any paid versions you can activate and configure at the Booking > Settings > Emails page these email templates:
1) "Email to "Admin" after a new booking"
2) "Email to "Person" after they make a new reservation"
3) "Email to "Person" after booking is approved" (possibility to send the copy of this email to admin also)
4) "Email to "Person" after their booking has been denied" (possibility to send the copy of this email to admin also)
5) "Email to "Person" after booking is modified" (possibility to send the copy of this email to admin also)
6) "Email to "Person" with payment request" (possibility to send the copy of this email to admin also) - this email template is available only in the Business Small and higher versions.
So in your case you are mentioned email #3, which is possible to send to the visitor who made the booking and copy of this email to the admin email.

1) You can disable all the payment systems at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.
2) If you are want to add some custom field into the booking form, you can make it at the Booking > Settings > Fields page. Please read more about the booking form fields configuration here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-form-fields/
3) In the Business Medium and higher version you can show the cost hint (the sum of the booking) in the booking form using this shortcode: [cost_hint] at the Booking > Settings > Fields page.
4) If you are need to add the additional costs, like tax or some other additional charges (cleaning, breakfast, excursion...), or just increase the cost depend from the visitor number selection at the selectbox, which is depend from the selection of the selectboxes or checkboxes in the booking form, so then you can make this configuration in the Business Medium or higher versions. I accidentally deleted a past booking that I want to keep in my records. I can find no way to undo the deletion or add any information to the list.

1) Unfortunately if you are really deleted the bookings in the system its not available anymore. If you are have backups of the DB (in case if you was did it), so then you can try to restore it and that bookings have to be available again.
2) If you are want to show the bookings from the past, please open the Booking Listing page and at the "Filter tab" select the bookings dates instead of the "Actual bookings" the "All bookings" or "Past bookings".

I have a plugin conflict with my Simple Press Image Uploader plugin and this booking plugin. On my forum I cannot attach or "upload" an image to any post within Simple Press while I have "Bootstap" enabled. If I disable "Bootstrap" I AM able to upload images on the forum but then I cannot select days on my booking calendar.. It doesn't matter if I have "Single, Multiple, or Range" of days selected.. Any ideas?

The booking calendar is require the own bootstrap library at the client side for possibility to show the mouse over tooltips. If you are disable the bootstrap, so then the JavaScript is occuer, when you mouse over the specific date, and thats why you can not select the dates.
You can make some customization in the source code to load the bootstrap library only at the page, where the booking form is inserted, but in this case you are need to have your image uploads at the other pages.
So if you are want to make this modifications, please open this file ../booking/lib/wpdev-booking-class.php
find this line:

I understand completely now. Since I have a 4 different booking resources on 4 different pages, it may get confusing.
