We are plan to make the responsive calendar skins for the next update.
Shrink the page and make it big again and you'll notice some bugs.
Looks like I need more than the styles to shrink the calendar and the forms. There is a size coded as HTML which makes it impossible to shrink the calendar through CSS.
Making the plugin responsive is not a big job and could make this plugin so much better.

1) Yes its possible at the any paid versions. You can create the booking resources for the each of your rooms at the Booking > Resources page. Please read more info about the booking resources and how to configure them here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-resource/
And after that you can insert the booking form with calendar for the specific booking resource (room) into your posts or pages. Please read more how to insert and configure the booking shortcode into the post or page here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/inserting-booking-form/

Unfortunately, right now the Booking Calendar is not support the integration with the Authorize.net payment system, yet. This payment system is at our todo list. But I can not say the exact date, when this update will come. I hope its will be ASAP. Also please note, we can not start right now some custom development or new project, because we are almost have no free time because of the long todo list. Thank you for understanding.

If you want to make the integrations of your payment system by yourself, so you will be able to check how is integrated the Payment system (on the example) of the PayPal system at this file:../booking/inc/payments/paypal.php . You will be need to create your file with similar structure in that folder. Also you are need to include the calling of your file into this file: ../booking/inc/payments/index.php in the same way, as it was done for the other 3 payment systems.
Please note, if you will modify the source code of the Booking Calendar, we will not guaranteed the correct work of plugin and do not support it.

Please open the Booking Listing page then expand the filter tab for showing all parameters. Then select the pending dates and all booking dates (instead if actual dates). So then you will see those bookings.

I own the Business Large version of your plugin. It worked fine on the site before but now all pages that have a link to the booking calendar are EXTREMELY slow loading. It takes over 1 minute before the page is loaded, often resulting in a 404. All other pages are fine. When I disable the plugin; the pages where normally the booking plugin is on, are quick again. Could you take a look at it? I'm using Bootstrap on my site, by the way.

Please open the General Booking Settings page and deactivate the showing availability and cost in the mouse over tool-tips. Its have to improve performance of the page loading. We will improve the performance of the loading page, which have a lot of season filters (rates or availability settings) in the next update of the plugin.

Try to make these changes (if its possible). Right now you are have all forms (as selectbox) at the same page. Try to insert the booking forms for the each resources into the separate page. Inside of the popup window, where you can select the booking resource, right now, just insert the selectbox with redirection to the specific page, after visitor select the specific option. So its will mean that at the one single page you will have one booking form, its will improve the speed of page loading.
If that is not possible, try to reduce using of the availability or rates for the booking resources by reducing the number of season filters. For example, may be you are have the several season filters, which is possible to declare as one range season filter and not the conditional season filters at the Booking > Resources > Filters page.
Also until the end of the summer, have to come new update which have to improve the performance of the loading page, which have a lot of season filters (rates or availability settings) in the multiple booking forms
How can a set a minimum booking duration (e.g. minimum 2 days) in the Business Large version?

You are need to activate the "range days selection" mode with 2 mouse clicks at the General Booking Settings page. Then select minimum number of days selections as 2.

I have a suggestion for a future version: it would be nice to have more granular user permissions. The current settings allow only to grant access to the four main areas of the plugin on the user group level. I am missing the possibility to grant read-only access to the bookings page. In the current version if I grant access to the bookings page the user can delete other bookings!

I saw the option "range days" in the admin panel, but I cannot see how I can save a selection of range days as category.
My two apartments can only be rented for:
a week ( from monday till monday)
a weekend ( from friday till monday)
or midweek ( from monday till friday)
This is what I am looking for:
- Users can only choose the monday or friday in the calendar ( start day of: the week, midweek or weekend).
- If users select 'weekend' starting Friday 3th, the calender will automatically select the days till Monday 6th.
- Users are able to see the Price (and preferable start and end date) of these periods in a tooltip when hovering
- The price of these periods can vary on season
and that for two appartments.
Is this possible?

1) the possibility to set the different number of days selections for the different start date of week will be available in the next update of plugin - version 4.2. In the actual version is possible to set the same number of days selections for the any day of week.
2) the possibility to set the several days as start day of week also will be available in next update 4.2. In the actual version is possible to set the specific day of week as start date or any day of week.
3) the showing info in tooltip according the possible deleting dates are not possible. The possible deleted dates will be highlighted during the dates selections.
4) the possibility to set the different rates for the different seasons is possible at the Business Medium and higher versions.
