Hello,
I am interested in the personal or small business version of this application plugin for WordPress.I have the following questions.
Does this plugin support multiple hour blocks for different schedules? IE. room 1 can be scheduled every hour block from 9-5pm, room 2 can be scheduled for every 2 hour block between 9-5pm etc.
Will this plugin interfere with or be non-compatible with the s2member plugin?
Are their any controls available for adjusting the look of the calendar and forms?
Is their any way to try out this plugin to determine if it is the right one for our project?

Thank you for interest to the Booking Calendar.
1) Its possible at the Business Medium version. At this version you can customize the several booking forms at the Booking > Settings > Fields page.
And then insert the specific booking form (which will have your desire list of the time slots) for the specific booking resource (your rooms) into the posts or pages.
2) The Booking Calendar is not tested with the s2member plugin.
3) You can configure the booking form structure and booking form fields at the Booking > Settings > Fields page. Please read more about the booking form fields configuration here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-form-fields/
Also you can select and customize (you will be need to edit CSS) the skin(s) for the calendar. Please read more about it at the FAQ
4) Unfortunately the paid version of the Booking Calendar do not have the trials. But we are support the 30 days refund period, if the product will not suit to your requirement. The refund process is not very desire process and you must delete any versions of the Booking Calendar in that case, so thats why please test the live demos.

I think you should consider changing the way you handle plugin updates. I made a custom skin for the booking calendar. The way you update your plugin removes custom skins, and any other changes in plugin files!!! There should be a way to customize the plugin/skins so that they don't get deleted when updating the plugin!!

According transfer of the Booking Calendar Data. Please backup and restore to the new site the DB tables what is starting from the "wp_booking" term.
Also you will be need to backup and restore some records from the wp_options table, where option_name fields are starting from the "booking_" term.
You must to delete the old version from the test server, after transfer.

Thank you for interest to the Booking Calendar.
The possibility to book several times for the same FULL dates are possible at the Booking Calendar Business Large version. At this version is possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource.But in this version is possible to make reservation only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only record data in DB, but not play any logic in reservation).

I cannot change the TIME on the booking form to normal 24 hour setting, instead it is always on Military time. How do I change this?

I am not understanding the Resources in connection with the booking calendar. When I make a new resource and chose the "Resource count" then it duplicates the resource name and has a number attached to it e.g. if the resource name is (Haze Nightclub) and I set the Resource count to 50 then I would have a list of the resource (Haze Nightclub) 50 times with each have a number attached e.g. (Haze Nightclub - 1 or Haze Nightclub - 35) etc. As oppose to the booking engine just allowing me to book Haze Nightclub 50 different times on the same day and or same day and time.
How do I fix this?

1) The possibility to change the time format is available at the Booking Calendar Business Small version and higher versions at the General Booking Settings page.
Please note, if you will use the text fields for the entering time, like [starttime] and [endtime], so these fields are support only military time format.
The possibility to change the time format from military to AM/PM is available in the timerange shortcode, or you can even use this shortcode in the way like this:
2) The number of resource in creation form, is just for the speedy creation of the many same resources.
If you are need to have possibility to book several times on the same FULL date (not the time slot), so then you are need to set the cpacity for the specific resource (its possible at the Booking Calendar Business Large version ). If you are need to book for the different timeslots in the same date, so you can have only 1 resource, but configure the different timeslots at the Booking > Settings > Fields page (please check point #1).
P.S. Please note its not possible to book several times on the same timeslot in the same date.

From yesterday it's not possible filter the bookings listing with SORT and BOOKING STATUS.All the others filters work (BOOKING RESOURCES, BOOKING DATES, ...) just these two.

Did you saved any Filters as default one ?
Probably you are need to wait until next update and update your version.
Second question: some guests are glad to pay the booking's deposit by pay pal, but others prefer to pay by bank transfer.
Is it possible to is possible to differentiate these two types of reservation?
Unfortunately the "bank transfer" payment method is not supported yet in the booking calendar.
Its exist at our TODO list for the future updates.

We update the 0.5 version, but the problem still remains. Probably, I'm not using SORT well.
In the GENERAL SETTINGS I select ID asc as Bookings default order but is it possible to change the SORT in the BOOKING LISTINGS?
Somethimes I need that the booking are ordered by date, sometimes by resource code... so it will be better for me if I can change the SORT time by time in booking listings, not by general settings. Is it possible?
Also BOOKING STATUS is ALL as default, may I change it and SORT by all - pending - cofirmed in the Booking Listings page?
You can change the Sort order at the Booking Listing page, when you will expand the Filter tab (little bottom arrow at the left side of Filter tab) and select the specific order type.
Also, you can set booking status to the specific option, apply this filter settings, and then Save the Filter tab as default filter template (its at the same place, when you are expand the filter tab).

unfortunately it doesn't work.
The filter tab is expanded, but BOOKING STATUS - NEW BOOKINGS - SORT don't work.
If I click on them nothing hapens, so I can't select other options.
All others filters work.
Is it not work with any sort option(s) or only with the dates ?
If only with the dates, so please open the General Booking Settings page and click on the "Reindex booking data" button, then try again.
I bought business medium. I cannot find any information in the FAQ's as to how you implement Paypal so it shows when that make a booking. I've made the changes on my PayPal account for the return url, and went through the Paypal settings. How do I get it to dsiplay?

If you are using the PayPal Standard integration method, and you are need to have possibility that your booking(s) changed the status of payment, if the visitor made successful payment at the PayPal. You can configure the "Return URL" at the Booking > Settings > Payment > PayPal page and activate this feature at your PayPal account. Please note the changing booking status will work, only if the visitor will click on the "Return link to your site" in the payment form.
Otherwise you can try to activate and configure the IPN at the Booking > Settings > Payment > PayPal > IPN page. This technology will send the messages to the Booking Calendar about status of the payment, even if the visitor was not clicked on the "Return link to your site" in the payment form.
I guess I wasn't clear. I can't even get the Paypal to show up on the page with the booking calendar.
I figured it out. Paypal shows up AFTER you hit send. How do I change the name of the send button to "next?" I want it to be clear there's one more step.

I have bought the personal version for https://craven-arms-giggleswick.co.uk/site and can't find how to edit a resource. Clicking edit does nothing and gives no options. I need to add the number of beds per room but can't see where that is done. Can I have some help? Do I have the wrong version for this?

Hello.
You can open the Booking > Resources page, then change the
resource names and click on Save button.
You can add the new resource using the form at the top of that page.
If you are need to delete the resource, so please select the resource (tick checkbox at the left side near resource) and then at the bottom of the page select delete option and click on save(update) button.

I've got the Business Large version.
I'm trying to delete OLD bookings which are still 'pending'. I can't find them with the filters. There's a number in the sidebar, stating that there are still bookings. I can find them manually in the calendar buy going back to those previous dates... I'd like to delete them all at once in the list view? How should I do that?

try to select in the Filter tab to show "All booking dates" for all resources". Than click Apply button.
If its not help, please click on the page #2 (under the booking listing page), after this in the URL field you have to see long URL with different parameters.
Please recheck that this parameter "wh_is_new" have the value 1, so its have to look like this: &wh_is_new=1 . If this parameter look like this: "&wh_is_new=0" so change it to the "&wh_is_new=1" and press enter button to reload the page. If you do not see this parameter at all, so please add to your URL this parameter "&wh_is_new=1" and then press the enter button.
The issue of not possibility to select "The new" status of the booking in the Filter tab will be fixed in the next update 5.0, which will come in this month.
