If I select "Use pending days as available" I will have, in any case, all the pending booking in my bokings listing and I will receive a mail for each booking. Our agency is small and have many mails for the same period for different guests could be confusing.
I would like that reservation are confirmed (with a payment) or that they are not nitified - pending.
Is it possible?

Firstly you can deactivate any email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.
Also you can configure (at the Booking > Settings > Payment page) the auto approve bookings option for the successfully payed bookings. But there are exist some restrictions, which is depend from the payment system. For example if you use the PayPal standard integration, and if the visitor make successful payment but do not click on "return link to your site" from the payment page (at paypal site), the Booking Calendar do not know that the payment was successful, and thats why do not auto approve this booking. Instead of that you are need to use the IPN option, which is send the messages from paypal site to your site directly, etc...

The additional cost is possible to define for the options in the selectboxes or checkboxes at the Booking > Settings > Advanced cost, but not for the radio boxes, yet. We will add it in future updates. So please try to change radio box to selectbox and then reconfigure it. If the issue is still will exist, please send the screenshot of your cost settings and link to the page with this issue.

Every is ok for automatic amout, ... but not in the confirmation email ... The two options appeared ; however, I only want one of the two options : I need a car park or I don't need a car park ...

Check this box if you want costs, which are specified here as % for some options, also applied to costs specified as fixed values for some options.
If chose 2 tandems for 2 day the cost_hint on page form says 70,00 euro what is right. checkbox weekend_tarief is empty when we submit booking and look in the bookings list we see a price of 40,00 euro
What are we doing wrong.

Please recheck that you was not activated the "deposit payment feature". It's possible that in the Booking Listing page is showing the deposit cost. Please expand the notes of this booking at the Booking Listing section to check the details about the cost, if you was activated and used the deposit payment feature.

The deposit payment feature is not activated because when i go to resources and then cost and rates and try to make deposit i get warning that first shot activate the option.

when you make Calendar view mode resours stadsfiets and apply

Sorry, I am still do not sure that understood what exactly you are mean.
Can you send the screenshots of that issue to the support email ?
The Booking Calendar have the standard booking workflow process, where visitors can select the dates for the specific booking resource (room) in calendar fill the booking fields and then make a payment.
So, probably you are need to check the Booking Calendar Business Medium / Large versions, where is possible to set the rates for the specific season to your rooms and set the additional cost, which is depend from the selection of the options in the selectboxes or checkboxes ( selection of your diving package).
Please note, you can create the booking resources (your rooms) at the Booking > Resources page. then you can insert the booking shortcodes for your specific rooms into the posts or pages.
So the selection of the "places" have to be done as structure of your pages or posts, its have no relation to the Booking Calendar, and its will not be selection of options in dropdown list.
If you will need to book several times for the same date in same calendar ( same room ) so then then you are need to check Business Large, where is possible to set capacity for the specific resource (room).
Also in these versions is possible to define the specific rate for the room for the specific season at the Booking > Resources > Cost and rates page.
You can also be able to set the additional cost, which is depend from the selection of the options in the select boxes or check boxes at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page.

Its seems like some other active plugin (or actual theme) is override the JavaScript Events and after click try to reload the page.
So for possibility to find the reason of this issue, please try to deactivate one by one your active plugins and test if its fix issue or not.
If you deactivated all active plugins and issue is still will exist, please try to deactivate the actual theme and activate the deafult wordpress theme and then test it again.

first the plugin is great we use now for the second year.
But we have a problem ,we have different resourses and for every resourse we have more pieces.
The problem we have is when there are made 2 or more bookings on the same days for the same resours.
The bookings work oke.
But later we try to edit the second booking every thing go’s oke but what we not can change is the amount of visitors ,we only can putin 1 visitors
if we putin more the systeem give a error whit the amount is to big.
we think that the problem is when we make the first booking for 5 visitors we get resoursename of the mother resource that booking we also change later.
then we make a second booking for the same resours on the same day say 4 visitors. when we later try to change this booking we get resourcename + the childnummer (in this case 6) when we like to change the visitors from 4 to 8 it is not posible.
My question is do i something wrong or is this a error in the system.

Every time you are make a booking or make modifications of the booking the system is check for the available slots for the specific date(s), based on capacity.

Oke i read the whole part and test the things about capacitie bud good not find the solution.
we use latest version of booking BL.
we made a parent resource with the name stadsfiets (that is a bike)
after this we made 99 child resources the have the name stadsfiets-1 till stadsfiets – 99 so we have 100 x stadsfiets on 1 stadsfiets
can go 1 visitor.
that all is working perfect .
than we make 1 booking for 5 visitors so 5 x stadsfiets after that the availebelety on calender is 95 stadsfiets.
than we make a second booking for say 8 visitors 8 x stadsfiets after that the availebelety is 87 stadsfiets.
after that the both bookings are in the bookingslist so far so good.
when i try to change first booking en change the amount of visitors there is no problem and it works oke.
Bud when i try to change the second booking the forms open and even when i edit nothing and puss on submit butten the system
say that amout of visitors is more then availleble. I only can change to 1 visitor.
The only different i see is that when i change first booking the resourse name is stadfiets. and when i change the second booking the resource name is stadsfiets – 5 . the bookings are made on same date of course .
conclusion i can not change visitors amount in second of more bookings on the same day.

Yes, you are right.
During the editing of the exist booking, which is belong to the “child” booking resource(s), this child booking resource is auto selected in the booking form. And during the submitting the booking form the availability is checking for this single “child” resource and not the parent, thats why the error is appear. We will add this issue to the todo list for the fixing it in future updates.
Right now, if you need to change the visitors selections for the specific booking, which is belong to the resource with specific capacity, you are need to cancel this booking and create the new booking then.

Yes this issue is still exist. It because we are do not make decision in which way to fix it.
Because here are exist several ways.
For example, you are have booking resource with capacity 5. Its mean one "Parent resource" and 4 "child resources"
Some of your exist booking was made for the child resource #2.
Now you are need to edit this booking and change the number of visitors.
In the actual version, the system select for the "edit form" the booking resource of that is belong to this booking - "child resource #2". But probably you are have maximum number of visitors per this child resource as 1 (or 2, just less than you select in the selectbox in the form).
So if you select the 3 visitors in the edit form you will receive the Warning message that the number of selected visitors is higher then number of visitors per this resource. For some types of the business its normal situation, how it have to be.
For some other types of business we are need to have other use-case.
And here is also 2 ways how todo that.
1) We can just edit and save this booking without any checking. So its mean that the booking will save the "4 visitors" selection for the "child resource #2".
2) Or we are need to search the "available "child" booking resources" for the days of the selection and for this number of selected dates. Its mean that this booking will be belong to the new booking resource(s). Its like we are delete this booking and create new one in the booking form of parent booking resource. This type of editing is more complex way todo that.
What solution is more feet to your workflow ?
The last option 2 is the best because there is a check of the amount of visitors. so younever can book more than available.

After upgrading from Version 9.Business.Large.SingleSite.4.1.4 to Version 9.Business.Large.SingleSite.5.0 I have very strange effects:
a) I defined the Standard calendar skin in the settings. But on the booking page the Premium-Marine is displayed instead
b) I applied a Seasons Filter where the resources are generally unavailable except on the dates defined in the filter. However, the dates can not be selected. The appear in the color of being available but clicking them does not work
c) The Seasons Filter is defined for 2013 and 2014 but only dates in 2013 appear on the booking page. It is not possible to display dates after 31 December 2013

Please recheck that you do not use any cache plugin or software. If you are using the cache plugin, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form.
Then Clear the browser cache and test the page again.

I did all that and tested with several browsers (Safari, Chrome, IE 10) and on three different computers: same problem.
I am not using any cache plug-in and I cleared the browser caches.
I have added several booking forms to pages that do not require registration so you can check if you see the Standard calendar and can book dates in 2014.
Ok, I am understood your issue. Please open the General Booking Settings page and be sure that you are set enough number of the months for the option: "Number of months:" in the Calendar section.
Also please be sure that you are not block all days using the season filters at the Booking > Resources > Availability page.

For possibility to book the entire day, you are need to not have the time-slots inside of the booking form. So please remove the times shortcode and you be abale to book the entire day.
If you are need possibility to book the entire day and the timeslots, so its possible in the Business Medium and higher versions. In these versions are possible to have the several custom booking form configurations. So you can have one booking form with timeslots and other without the timeslots for possibility to book entire day(s). In the "Add booking" admin page you be able to select the specific form for booking, also its will be possible to select the specific booking form, during inserting the booking shortcode into the post or page.
You can make the upgrade to one of those versions using the upgrade link at top right side of General Booking Settings page in your admin panel.

Thank you for interest to the Booking Calendar.
The Booking Calendar have the standard booking workflow process, where visitors can select the dates for the specific booking resource (room) in calendar fill the booking fields and then make a payment.
So, probably you are need to check the Booking Calendar Business Medium / Large versions, where is possible to set the rates for the specific season to your rooms and set the additional cost, which is depend from the selection of the options in the selectboxes or checkboxes ( selection of your diving package).
Please note, you can create the booking resources (your rooms) at the Booking > Resources page. then you can insert the booking shortcodes for your specific rooms into the posts or pages.
So the selection of the "places" have to be done as structure of your pages or posts, its have no relation to the Booking Calendar, and its will not be selection of options in dropdown list.
If you will need to book several times for the same date in same calendar ( same room ) so then then you are need to check Business Large, where is possible to set capacity for the specific resource (room).
Also in these versions is possible to define the specific rate for the room for the specific season at the Booking > Resources > Cost and rates page.
You can also be able to set the additional cost, which is depend from the selection of the options in the select boxes or check boxes at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page.

Hello.
Its seems like some other active plugin (or actual theme) is override the JavaScript Events and after click try to reload the page.
So for possibility to find the reason of this issue, please try to deactivate one by one your active plugins and test if its fix issue or not.
If you deactivated all active plugins and issue is still will exist, please try to deactivate the actual theme and activate the deafult wordpress theme and then test it again.
We are need to find the reason of this issue, firstly.

The only different i see is that when i change first booking the resourse name is stadfiets. and when i change the second booking the resource name is stadsfiets – 5 . the bookings are made on same date of course .
conclusion i can not change visitors amount in second of more bookings on the same day.

Yes, you are right.
During the editing of the exist booking, which is belong to the “child” booking resource(s), this child booking resource is auto selected in the booking form. And during the submitting the booking form the availability is checking for this single “child” resource and not the parent, thats why the error is appear. We will add this issue to the todo list for the fixing it in future updates.
Right now, if you need to change the visitors selections for the specific booking, which is belong to the resource with specific capacity, you are need to cancel this booking and create the new booking then.

Hello.
Yes this issue is still exist. It because we are do not make decision in which way to fix it.
Because here are exist several ways.
For example, you are have booking resource with capacity 5. Its mean one "Parent resource" and 4 "child resources"
Some of your exist booking was made for the child resource #2.
Now you are need to edit this booking and change the number of visitors.
In the actual version, the system select for the "edit form" the booking resource of that is belong to this booking - "child resource #2". But probably you are have maximum number of visitors per this child resource as 1 (or 2, just less than you select in the selectbox in the form).
So if you select the 3 visitors in the edit form you will receive the Warning message that the number of selected visitors is higher then number of visitors per this resource. For some types of the business its normal situation, how it have to be.
For some other types of business we are need to have other use-case.
And here is also 2 ways how todo that.
1) We can just edit and save this booking without any checking. So its mean that the booking will save the "4 visitors" selection for the "child resource #2".
2) Or we are need to search the "available "child" booking resources" for the days of the selection and for this number of selected dates. Its mean that this booking will be belong to the new booking resource(s). Its like we are delete this booking and create new one in the booking form of parent booking resource. This type of editing is more complex way todo that.
What solution is more feet to your workflow ?
The last option 2 is the best because there is a check of the amount of visitors. so younever can book more than available.

In the actual version you am activate the auto approve feature for the all resources or for none of them.
I will add this feature to the todo list for possibility to have it in one of future updates.
Do any of the upgraded versions have this feature? I would assume you can't install the plugin twice?
No, unfortunately this feature is not exist at the other versions.

After upgrading from Version 9.Business.Large.SingleSite.4.1.4 to Version 9.Business.Large.SingleSite.5.0 I have very strange effects:
a) I defined the Standard calendar skin in the settings. But on the booking page the Premium-Marine is displayed instead
b) I applied a Seasons Filter where the resources are generally unavailable except on the dates defined in the filter. However, the dates can not be selected. The appear in the color of being available but clicking them does not work
c) The Seasons Filter is defined for 2013 and 2014 but only dates in 2013 appear on the booking page. It is not possible to display dates after 31 December 2013

Please recheck that you do not use any cache plugin or software. If you are using the cache plugin, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form.
Then Clear the browser cache and test the page again.

I did all that and tested with several browsers (Safari, Chrome, IE 10) and on three different computers: same problem.
I am not using any cache plug-in and I cleared the browser caches.
I have added several booking forms to pages that do not require registration so you can check if you see the Standard calendar and can book dates in 2014.

Ok, I am understood your issue. Please open the General Booking Settings page and be sure that you are set enough number of the months for the option: "Number of months:" in the Calendar section.
Also please be sure that you are not block all days using the season filters at the Booking > Resources > Availability page.

I have Business Small and as an admin I want to do full day or partial reservations. My calendar is set to 3-hour intervals for visitors, how do I book a whole day?
Hello.
For possibility to book the entire day, you are need to not have the time-slots inside of the booking form. So please remove the times shortcode and you be abale to book the entire day.
If you are need possibility to book the entire day and the timeslots, so its possible in the Business Medium and higher versions. In these versions are possible to have the several custom booking form configurations. So you can have one booking form with timeslots and other without the timeslots for possibility to book entire day(s). In the "Add booking" admin page you be able to select the specific form for booking, also its will be possible to select the specific booking form, during inserting the booking shortcode into the post or page.
You can make the upgrade to one of those versions using the upgrade link at top right side of General Booking Settings page in your admin panel.
