Is it possible to add a retrospective booking through admin page. I would like to be able to maintain log of booking, some of which may not have come through the online route and in some cases I may have to add them after the event.
Is this possible.
Andy
Hello ,
Unfortunately such type of Log is not supported yet.
But at the Business Large version (last update) is support possibility to set all pending days as available. So your visitors can make the bookings for the specific dates, until you not approve one of the bookings for those dates.
Hope its will be helpful for you.
Kind regards.
Hi, I have the Booking Calendar Personal plugin
When I try to add a short code in the WordPress backend the black overlay sits above the popup modal.
It appears the z-index is set to high in the CSS:
.ui-widget-overlay:
z-index: 300001;
)
When I reduce this to...
.ui-widget-overlay:
z-index: 0;
)
...the problem is resolved. But I need it to stay like this permanently so my client can use it.
Any help greatly appreciated
Stuart
Hello.
This issue was fixed since update 4.1.5 and possible only in WordPress 3.6.
I am trying to do the following but I cant find the settings or e mail section they mention below.
2) Now, open the general booking settings menu page and at the top of page at field: “URL for bookings edit” write the URL to the page from point #1. Save the changes of this settings page.
3) Open Booking > Settings > Emails page and inside of email templates, where is this possible (you can check it at help section under the each email template), you can use this shortcodes for the inserting links into the email templates, which are sending to the visitors:
Hello.
These feature is possible at the any paid versions, but not available at the free version of Booking Calendar.
You can test it at Booking Calendar live demos at this page https://wpbookingcalendar.com/demo/ to be sure in functionality.
Hello... I need to set availability of a resource (a person) based on a specific schedule that varies from day to do. How can I achieve this? ie: The resource is ONLY available from 3-5pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and 5-7:15pm on Wednesday/Fridays. How can I configure this? I'm about to purchase either Large business or multi user.
Secondly, with the upcoming calendar sync will this be a one way outbound sync or inbound as well. ie: will users be able to see their schedule combined with scheduling using the booking calendar?
Also - Is there any integration or planned integration with Quickbooks? What about Intuit Payment Network?
Thanks!
Hello.
1) You can set the specific weekdays as unavailable at the General Booking Settings page in the Calendar section. (If you are need to have possibility to set the any specific dates (not only based on the week day names) as unavailable, so its possible at the Booking Calendar Business Medium and higher versions. You can define these dates in the season filters at the Booking > Resources > Filters page and then set them as unavailable for the specific booking resources.)
2) You can define the different time slot selection for the different week days at the Booking Calendar Business Medium and higher versions. Please check how todo that here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/different-time-slots-selections-for-different-days/
3) The Booking Calendar is not support the sync booking data with third party services or tools, yet. The paid verions of Booking Calendar are support export bookings data to the CSV.
4) Sorry, the Booking Calendar is not support the integration with Quickbooks and do not support Intuit Payment Network, yet. The Booking Calendar Business Small and higher versions are support PayPal, Authorize.Net, Sage Pay and iPay88 payment gateways.
Dear Support!
I need the following:
to be able to specify the days (for example Monday,Wednesday and Friday) to be unavailable for one resourse
and (for example Tuesday and Thursday) days to be unavailable for another resourse.
Is that possible?

Question.. Now that I have updated my booking calendar.. I am unable to add new bookings and the calendar no longer loads on the widget or page. I am currently using the free version.
Hello.
1) Please recheck firstly, that you was not used the booking form or just availability calendar in some other place in your page (for example in content of the post or page or in some other sidebars). Because the Booking Calendar is not allow to show the 2 or more booking forms of the same booking resource (free version have only 1 default booking resource), so thats why its possible to show the booking form or calendar only once on your visible site page.
2) Then, please recheck your page for the any JavaScript errors and try to fix them.
You can check about the most common issues at the FAQ https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/ at the troubleshooting section.
If you are still will have an issue, please send the link to that page.
Kind regards.

Hi,
I have business small.
I trying to custom Paypal button, the thing is that in: Booking > Settings > Payments, under "Paypal Standard" text field "Payment description" is not big enough to let me put all the data I need.
Is there any way to fix this? I need to custom the payment step.
Thanks in advance
Hello.
this restriction is set by PayPal not by us. If we will allow to show more titles there, its still will not be transfered to the PayPal, and trimmed to the number of characters which is set right now.

I got the Booking Calendar Version 9.Business.Large.SingleSite.5.0.1,
On this page https://beautylab.dk/tidsbestilling/
Hello.
I am don't see any booking calendar form at that page. Probably you was deactivated the plugin. Please activate it so we can check it then.
I can make only suggestion about this issue.
Probably you are making the booking at this page: https://www.beautylab.dk/tidsbestilling/
But the system is send the Ajax request to this file https://beautylab.dk//wp-content/plugins/booking/wpdev-booking.php (without "www" prefix)
And its generate that type of issue.
If you will try to make the booking at this page https://beautylab.dk/tidsbestilling/ , so everything have to be OK, but you are have the auto redirection to the page: https://www.beautylab.dk/tidsbestilling/
1) The solution for this will be to set automatically redirection from the https://www.beautylab.dk/tidsbestilling/ to the https://beautylab.dk/tidsbestilling/ (Probably you are need to contact the administrator or support of hosting company to fixing this issue).
2) Also its possible to set at the WordPress > Settings > General instead of this address https://www.beautylab.dk/tidsbestilling/ this one https://beautylab.dk/tidsbestilling/.
Kind regards
