  1. Greetings. There are a few questions of your plugin.
    Can one group of users (each user sets their date / time) set the date of the meeting the other group members.
    In this case the profile of any of the users set the date displays the date of the possible meetings?
    Can I get it all in a paid or free version of the plugin?

  2. Hi,
    is it possible to sync the booking calendar with the events in other WP calendars? It would be very helpful if the information (e.g. scheduled events) in my other calendar widget somehow showed up in the same calendar view. 
    I've purchased Business Small version.

    I have been using your system for over a year now and my client is very happy with the results.
    They are now asking if there is anyway of it syncing with other third part portals such as Laterooms and Trip Advisor.
    One system I have found that acts as a central portal is a system called 'www.siteminder.com' which syncs data to many third party portals. The only snag is that WP Booking Calendar would need to speak to SiteMinder too.
    I contacted Siteminder and they asked if I could direct you to this web page to discuss the possibility of make your system compatible with theirs:

    Is this something you could possibly upgrade the booking system to handle in the future?

      Unfortunately, the Booking Calendar is not support the sync with third part portals such as Laterooms and Trip Advisor, yet. Sorry.
      I will check the possibility about sync data with those portals for the future updates of the Booking Calendar.

  4. I intend to use this plugin for one of my client running a club. However, the booking system is only available for existing club members. 
    Is there a way to disallow public signups?
    - Client will create user levels in WP
    - Will the booking calender be able to collect the data of each user and what they have booked for. We would like to disallow multiple bookings on certain resources within the same month.

    • Hello.
      1) If you are want that the booking form was available only for the registered users and not for the all users, so you can insert the booking form(s) into the password protected page(s) and inform this password to your registered users.
      2) You can activate the "Auto-fill fields: (for logged in users)" option at the General Booking Settings page in form section, so then the Name, Second Name, Email fields will be auto filled in the booking form by the data from the user profile. Of course the system will save any other fields, which you can configure at the Booking > Settings > Fields page and the visitor is fill in the booking form.       3) I am not sure that understood correctly this "disallow multiple bookings on certain resources within the same month". The system is not allow (except the Booking Calendar Business Large version and situation when you are using the time slots) the multiple bookings on the same date in the same resource. But its possible to make the booking in different (available) days for the same month.     I am wondering how I can show the dates the user selected from the calendar. I want to show them as a text string after they select them. I see something like this shown below the calendar on the demo for the large business edition.

      Its possible at the Booking Calendar Business Medium / Booking Calendar Business Large and MultiUser versions.
      You are need to use the shortcode like these, at the Booking > Settings > Fields page:
      [check_in_date_hint] - Selected Check In date. Example:11/25/2013 [check_out_date_hint] - Selected Check Out date. Example:11/27/2013[start_time_hint] - Selected Start Time. Example:10:00 [end_time_hint] - Selected End Time. Example:12:00[selected_dates_hint] - All selected dates. Example:11/25/2013, 11/26/2013, 11/27/2013 [selected_timedates_hint] - All selected dates with times. Example:11/25/2013 10:00, 11/26/2013, 11/27/2013 12:00 [selected_short_dates_hint] - All selected dates in "short" format.   6. I've tried the demo on business medium and business large but it's missing one key feature for me to purchase: that's a little flexibility with handling deposits. The one killer feature I need is to have a conditional deposit, for example: if the user has a 5 day reservation or more THEN they will be required to leave a deposit of X% or $X. Is there anyway I can get this feature before I make this purchase? Thank you very much!

  7. I love this plugin! BUT it causes my page size to alter, which wrecks my home page and any pages with sidebars enabled.
    Wp version 3.7.1  Theme Customizr plugins installed Jetpack, Simple image sizes, bb press (deactivated it to try to mend site)
    Without your plugin, all displays correctly on ipad in portrait mode, with your plugin sidebar goes under the posts and home page displays 2 images in a row and one underneath, instead of three in a row.
     
    Help!!! Would love to use bookingcalendar, but aesthetics of my site more important!!

    Will future calendar updates have a conditional logic fields in form settings? I want to renew the Small Business version to a higher, and depends on this option.

      This feature is not exist in actual versions of Booking Calendar, yet. Its exist at our todo list, but unfortunately, I can not say, when exactly its will be implemented.

      At the front-end is not possible to show the calendar with all exist booking resources as it done in the backend. Sorry.

    I am having a problem.
    I am using WP booking calendar for booking of a meetingroom. So I use it so you can book a room for how many hours you want. The problem is when a room is booked different times on on the, the rollover only show the first timeslot booked. So if someone first book it from 12.00-13.00, and then someone fra 13.00-14.00 only the booking fra 12.00-13.00 will show when you roll over the calendar on the bookingpage.
    Please help!
     
    Also, is it possible to show a name beside the time a room have been book so that anyone can see who has booked it?
