hi,
when used with the santorini resort theme, widgets are not saved in the "rooms sidebar" : i drag the widget, cnofigure it, save it, then refresh the concerned page : widget doesn't show, then reload the widget admin page : widget is not present anymore in the sidebar... it used to do it with the free version, it still does with the personnal version.
there is no booking shortcode call on the page content.
this doesn't seem to be a theme problem, as any other widget is saving fine... any clue ??

Working with Business Large. Is there a way that children can also be counted towards the resource capacity?
For example, I have a booking resource with capacity 5 and on booking form user select 2 visitors and 2 children, I would like the remaining capacity of resource for that day to be 1.

Unfortunately, only "visitors" form field can apply to the capacity, its means that you need to have the general shortcode for the total number of visitors, and then you can have some other shortcodes, like children or adults, which will just say "part of the visitors from the total number".

If you are using the booking calendar free version.
Try to open the login dialog and retry the password. Then recheck what the email address is used in this email. If you will see the "Wordpress title", so then its somewhere in the settings of WordPress.
Try to open the wp_options table in your DB (using the phpMyAdmin tool or some other DB tool),
Find the option with name "admin_email" and recheck that the email for this field do not have the "WordPress" title.
If you are using the booking calendar paid version, please reconfigure it on the Booking > Settings > Emails page.

Thanks for your reply, we are using the paid version and changed all the setting in the Booking > Settings > Emails page already but we have had no joy - are techies are saying this - might it be a bug?
e think there may be a bug in the email notification settings.
When emails are sent by your system only one comes through correctly all others come through to email client as FROM: WordPress
Admin (booking_email_reservation_adress) FROM email header is correct which is the first entry in database.

Please try to deactivate one by one your active plugins, may be some active plugin override the "From" field. Because Booking Calendar is sending all emails in the same way by using the wp_mail function. It's does not add any WordPress title to the email.
Also, try to check the emails in some new email account (it's possible that your mail system (like gmail or yahoo), added that contact with "Wordpress" title during some first time, and now even when emails do not have that title, it's still add that title to the emails.

Please recheck your page for any JavaScript errors and try to fix it. It's seems that at your page exist some JS error.
You can also try to deactivate one by one all other active plugins and retest that page. To check if some other plugin make any conflicts.

I can´t see any java-errors. I have also tried to deactivate all other plugins, but it still says "loading calender". Also I deleted temporary files.

Its seems that there are no element "time.entry-date" at that page, and that's why we are having that error.
So please contact with this info the developer of that theme "simvance" about fixing of that JS error. Or just activate some other WP theme.

I am using 9.Business.Large.SingleSite.5.1.2 on WordPress 3.9.1.
When website visitors use the search tool, it returns a list showing the available resources and "from $____", showing the base cost for the resource. Is there a way to show the TOTAL cost instead, including season modifications, tax, etc. (or, at a minimum, season modifications)?

Everything seems to be working properly except for the confirmation emails. The admin is receiving the emails, but the site users aren't receiving confirmation messages.
The site is hosted with Godaddy, but the email is provided by another company.
I have tried all the solutions that you suggested. (SMTP plugins, spam settings, etc.) with no luck. I am hoping that you can provide some further assistance with this other than directing me to the same support articles.

Does your customers not see these emails at the spam folder ?
If the issue still exist, then please ask the support of your hosting company to check the log of email sending about the reasons if the emails not sending or any other "not delivery errors".

I contacted the hosting company.
There are no delivery errors in their logs. In fact there are no traces of the confirmation emails at all.
Perhaps I'm missing something on my end. Is there any added support you could provide? I can give you access to the site if that would help.

You was mentioned that you received emails, which sending to the admin, do you receive these emails or no emails at all ?
If no emails at all, please recheck the troubleshooting instruction at the faq.
If you do not see at that log (and these emails really are not sending) only for the visitors, please try to deactivate one by one all other your active plugins. May be some other plugin override mail sending. function. Please note, booking calendar use the standard wp_mail function for the sending of emails.
PS please recheck that you have activated email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page (it's one of the points from the troubleshooting instruction).
· when we make a booking in the site (for example in MP) it appears in the section booking as D+E. when we print the mail doesn't appear the lunch that the client hired so we need to write it. But when the book is made by the client the lunch it appears.
· When the client make a book for two days with half board and we need to change it to a full board the machine don't change and say thats occupied
· There's no choice to know the ages of the children so when the site estimate the price consider all adults and the mail with the price is wrong. We make the changes and put the total price
when we make to modify a booking in terms of days we need to canceled and do another brand new

1) I am not sure that clearly understood about the lunch and booking of MP, D+E. Probably some fields was not recorded if you making the booking from the admin panel. If it's right, please recheck that you are using the same custom form as the visitor who making the booking. If you was meaning something else, please explain it more detail.
2) if you are using the Business Large version and try to edit the booking for the child resource and during this booking was selected several visitors and you have activated feature visitors apply to capacity (at the general booking settings page) so in this case it's possible that system will not allow to make the chnages, because editing is making for the child resource and not for the parent. In this case you will be need to delete this booking and create new one.
This is known issue for the editing of bookings of child resources with those parameters, it's will be fixed in one of future updates.
3) you can use for the children age the selctbox with such selections. Please note, the children have to be the part of all visitos selections in the booking form if you are using the booking resources with specific capacity.

I would like to filter my bookings for fixed dates interval because I want to know all my bookings starting (for example) from the 1st of the year. (check-in date)
The problem is the result shows bookings starting before the check-in day.
I think it happens because the first day of my selection (check-in day) is a day inside the dates interval of the showed bookings. But when I filter, it means I need to know exactly the bookings starting the check-in date I select.

Unfortunately, there are no such type of filter.
But you can use the filter settings as in your description and set the order of bookings by the "dates". Then in the Booking Lusting page just skip some bookings, which does not fit to your need. You can also export this listing to the CSV file and then open it in the MS Excel or some other application and delete the rows, which you do not need to have.
I will add to the todo list for the future updates ability to have that type of filter for the Booking Listing.

Is it possible to make the booking by just clicking on the day? it means to have it on the shopping list by just clicking on the date selected. Is it possible to select the number of menus directly on the front end of the calendar, in the day selected? Is it possible to de-select the day by clicking on a "x" point or in a part of the calendar day?

Trying to change resource to a partially occupied destination resource for the day (half day, check-in or check-out days) will produce a warning of "Current dates are already booked". It's very annoying to manage availability when resources for the same period are full and you need to complete empty resources. At the moment, the only way to manage this situation is to delete/recreate booking. Is there a way to resolve this behavior?

The ability to use the same date as check in/out for the different bookings available in the Business Small and higher versions of Booking Calendar.
You need to activate the range days selection mode (or multiple days selections) on the General Booking Settings page in calendar section.
After this you can activate the "Use check in/out time" option and configure the check in/out times.
For example check in time as 14:00 and check out time as 12:00.
Then you be able to use the change over days with vertical (do not diagonal) lines as in live demo here: https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/
Its means that your visitors can start new booking on the same date, where some old bookings was ending. Fix
If you already was having the entire booked days of the other bookings, and need to use these bookings for the new type of half booked days, then you can edit these bookings at the Booking Listing page by clicking on the "Edit" icon. You just need to re-update the those booking (even do not changing anything in the form fields or selections of the days).
