  1. Hi, I am developing a mobile animal zoo booking site and we have purchased Premium. We want to take bookings through one calendar and one form, and not have the calendar say that days are taken or full unless we mark the day as full on the admin side. Is this possible with Premium? Or is it possible to make it so the client side does NOT display the appointments taken so far?

    Also is it possible to have calendars for each resource and then one booking form which submits the booking to the resource for which the client has chosen the date? For example I have three mobile animal farms, I want to have three calendars on one page but only one form, so if the client chooses an available day for mobile animal farm 2 then the form will submit there, instead of the form being tied to one resource only.

Hello, I have downloaded the free version and I have to say you limit it in an undecent manner, why wouldn't i be able to edit the bookings in the free version, all I have to do is delete it and add a new one, it's very dumb, just because you have a pro version (witch I think is great, but I don't need any of the hard features) dosen't mean you have to criple the basic version and make all the things harder to do. Think about it.

    And how do you modify the input labels in the basic version. I have to get my hands in the code ? Also my free version dosen't seem to work anyway, i have selected 4 days and booked them in the admin, and the calendar will not display them, it fails to load the js or something.

      First of all thank you for your comments. For us is very important any feedback from users of this plugin, because we want to make workflow of it as good as it possible.
      Free version of Booking Calendar have standard functionality for most of features, which can be used at the personal usage for one booking resource. ITs can be one villa or appartment or service like massage or photo and so on. But its restricted only for one service or booking resource. This version is also possible to approve or decline some reservation. Also here is possible to get notify emails according new bookings like for administrator and also for visitors of your site.

      So if your current booking from visitor is do not feet to some of your needs, you can make cancellation of this booking, and also you can enter reason of this cancellation, so visitor will receive this email and can make new booking, getting in mind the reason, why its not be approvead early. Professional, Premium and Hotel Edition is have, of course, more advanced functionality and have more features than its exist at the standard version, like customizaion of input fields or editing of bookings and much more. You can check all of them at this page

      According last issue with not showing of booking, please send to me link to your site, I will test it and try to help you. You can also check a FAQ section, where is describtion for most common situation and questions.

  3. Just bought the premium version and was wondering if there is a way to use paypal sandbox for testing purposes?

  4. I have purchased the Pro version, and it seems to work well so far. Can you tell me if there is a way to set the default sort order of the bookings? I would like to set it to date desc, but its currently by id.

    • Hello Andrew,
      Right now there is no saving default sorting order for bookings, at settings. You need to click at the header to make sorting.
      But I will add it to my todo list to have it at future updates.

  5. hi .. im free user ..
    i embeed this cute plugins in my blog .. the admin panel works ! i add some reservations and approve it. but the calender doenst appears at my widgets .. the form appears but doesnt work cause the calenders isnot appears ... what's wrong ?? please help me ..

    • Hello Ipeh,

      I can suggest that at your page, where Booking Calendar have to show, JavaScript error is generated from some other plugin or actual theme.
      Or if you try to show 2 Booking Calendars (from free version) at one page, so then only one calendar will show up.

    We are considering purchasing the Premium version to control use of Meeting Rooms within our company. When a meeting is booked, is it possible to show the booking details when someone tries to make a new booking e.g. hover over the date and the details are displayed?

    • Hello Jim. Premium version is have posibility to show already reserved time for some day. All additional information according booking is available at admin panel.

    We are trying to use the application to book meeting rooms within the business, so in our case, every user can see the diary and make / amend / cancel bookings. I have two questions.

    1 When a user hovers over an existing date that has a booking, a pop up shows the start and end time. Can it also show other variables e.g. name

    2 Is it possible to allow a user to Cancel or Amend a booking in the front-end?

        I have defined two variables - [name] for the meeting host and [purpose] for the reason for the meeting. Ideally, I'd like to add these to the hover in addition to the start time and end time. Can you help?

  9. it's possible to have desktop client to manage booking or other stuff

      right now its not supported inside of Booking Calendar.
      But some browsers, like Chrome, is can make shortcuts to web resources, and work with them as with application.
      So you can save this shortcut to Desctop, and then start as a application at the page of booking manage.
