Right no there is no detail instruction of plugin configuration. We are creating the new update of plugin, where interface will be little different, so after this update we will create the tutorial about configuration of new version. But is still at the exist version almost all options in settings have the small descriptions. Some instructions can be found a the FAQ section of plugin site.

You can configure it at the settings Cost and Availbaolity page by pressing the "cost for selected days" button or "rate" button for the configuration cost at specific dates (season).
It's availbale at the Premium Plus and Hotel Editon versions. You can check it also at the live demos.

unfortunately, the sync with Google calendar is not supported yet, in the current 3.0 version.
But we are have this feature in the todo list for the future updates.
Tried to do a search, but wasn't successful.
Can you have multiple admins on one booking system? We are looking into using your Hotel edition of the booking calendar. We don't need multi-user, because we're by ourselves. No other properties. But we want to be able to track which member of staff has accessed the admin part of the booking calendar, in case they handle any changes, etc.
I assume this is possible, but i want to make sure. If we have different staff log onto to usernames with wordpress, would this do the trick? Would they have to have admin status through wordpress to access the admin panel of the booking calendar?

the admins in that version will see all the bookings and booking resources as any other settings.
But its not possible to "track/log" the changes, what each WordPress user is done in booking admin panel.

Yes, its possible. Just open the general booking settings page and at the right side set the correct user roles for the each booking admin menu pages.

probably you are mean the types as a booking resources from the Booking > Resource pages.
Each Booking resource can be a room or a type of a room, if you are set the capacity of the booking resource higher than one. So type of room is mean that there have to be several same rooms. And inside of the calendar the dates will be available, until number of reservations per specific dates is less then capacity of this (type) room.
If you are mean some thing else, please explain it more detail.

Have recently purchased the Premium Plus plugin and after install (without any changes to the plugin settings and defaults), the generated source seems to now include my themes Javascript files twice causing issues like in below snippet. As a temporary hack (I'm new to WordPress!) I noticed that if I comment out line 3922 from wpdev-booking-class.php :
if (! ( $is_admin)) wp_print_scripts('jquery');
it SEEMS ok - although haven't fully tested to see if that's broken something else.
I'm not sure if it's something in my theme conflicting with a double load of jQuery or something but it'd be great if you could confirm what might be causing it and what a better option would be to resolve.

that script code is only have to add the loading of the jQuery script if its not loaded already using the same method in actual theme, and not other scripts.
So if you are already loaded the jQuery using your theme, you can leave that fix, as it is. Probably your theme is have direct fixed link to the jQuery script and not loading it using php function, thats why the jQuery script can be doubled.

Please open the general booking settings page, then make checked this option: "Visitors apply to capacity", and select the second radio button sub menu option.
then please open the Booking > Resource page and increase the capacity of that resource to 3 (create 2 "child resources, for that one). For the parent resource set the max. number of visitors as 1 (these number of visitors is restriction to the one "child resource). Now test it at client side.

In other words, you are still will have the one calendar at the booking form for the "parent" resource with some capacity, but you will be able to reserve during one reservation process one or several child resources. At the Booking Calendar Hotel Edition version, where is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots).
