  1. I am currently using the Premium Plus plugin on a site. The settings for the site include that users can make a reservation for a minimum of 3 nights. They are also allowed to set their stay length by using the 'Selection of DYNAMIC number of days by TWO mouse click: '. We recently had a user book a reservation for 1 night though. I believe they did this by only selecting their first night stay without finishing the reservation with the 2nd mouse click. They were able to finish the booking without any error appearing for not meeting the minimum requirement though. 
    I am wondering if there is another setting that I am missing to force users to select a minimum stay so we can prevent this happening in the future (while still allowing them to select the length of their stay over 3 nights). Or, if there is an error notice that should appear when a user doesn't complete their reservation request correctly?

      Please change it at the Booking > Settings > Emails page inside of the fields From, also at the WordPress general settings page, recheck that there was correct email.

  2. Hi I am using the standard free version of the calendar and love it very much. Only yesterday I was trying out how it works and I managed to make 2 bookings, one of which is actually real, but the other one is not. I cancelled the other one but it still displays as being in the system on the website ( I mean it remains marked red). I do not have it in my bookings area, so I actually cannot cancel it or otherwise get rid of it. Can you please help?

      Please send the screnshot of booking admin panel, where that booking are not exist.
      Also please send the link to the page with booking form, where this issue is exist.

    Your plugin seems pretty good.

    I am using the free version. The calendar doesn't come up when I insert it in a page or use it in the widget. Also, I don't see any place to enter the one resource you are allowed in the free version.

  4. Need exact information the SAGE payment program to work on Booking.... Have a multiuser license and setting up now and the instruction on the SAGE payment module is fussy.  We have a Virtual Terminal Payment account via Sage now but it would seem that this account is not compatible.  Can you please help.

      the Booking Calendar is support this Sage Pay service.
      If you have no account for this system, please visit this page to create one.

      So then for making tests, please open the Booking > Settings > Payment page and at the Sage section, please enter "Vendor Name" and "XOR Encryption password" and make checked this field "Sage payment active".
      You can select the Simulator account for the time of tests. (Simulator account emulates the Sage Pay account as well as a Test and Live account.) Other fields, you can leave as default, or change if you are need it.

      Also you are obligatory need to configure the correctly fields assignments at the same page at the section "Billing form fields configuration". You are need to make the assignment of all fields there, otherwise the Sage Pay button will not appear (the form fields you can configure at the Booking > Settings > Fields page at top form, you can just click on the "Reset to default Payment form button and then save the changes).

      After this you can make tests at the client side of your site.

In terms of the Sage account, I have already created a simulator account but it is just that, a simulator account and not a real account.  Maybe I'm missing something here but I can't seem to find how to create a real "active" account with Sage other than a Virtual Terminal Account....

          You are need to create the correct account at the sage site (because its seems you are use the simulator account). Sage have different accounts when you are in simulator mode and in a live. So please visit the sage site, create account for live site and then configure the booking calendar settings. Contact the sage support about the link to the site of registration real active account.

  5. Hi,
    I use the fonction "edit reservation" and "cancel reservation" with the shortcodes [visitorbookingediturl] and [visitorbookingcancelurl] in the confirm email.
    In the mail I have the two URLs but when I click on I arrive on the first page of my site not on a modification or annulation page.
    Can you help me.

    Could you please update and/or include in your next releases the following 'language fix':
     
    'The reservation has been modificated'  

    is not very right English; better to use 'The reservation has been modified' or 'The reservation has been updated'

      Yes, thank you for this notifications. We will add this fix to the next update.
      But you are still can change it at the Booking > Settings > Emails page at the Subject field at the modification email template.

In the free version, can I make the calendar smaller on display?  I want to get TWO MONTHS in my column but now can only get ONE MONTH showing.  I would like to show two months without making my columns wider.  Thanks for your help.  Steve.   Oh, and I simply love your program or plugin.  When we earn some money we'll be looking to upgrade. 🙂

    I am looking to purchase the professional plus version.
    Our hire period is 1 week. I need to apply 6 different pay scales (seasons) to the calendar for specific date ranges. Is this possible? If I can apply a cost per WEEK not just day then I think it could work..

    • Hello Polly,
      At the Premium Plus version, you can define the season dates firstly at the Booking > Settings > Filters page,
      and then at the Booking > Settings > Cost and availability page, set the Rates for these filters for the each of your booking resources.

      You are still there is set the cost per day (so you will need your week cost divide to 7), but inside of the general booking settings page you can activate the range days selections using 2 mouse clicks and at the suboption section you can set the minimum days selection as 7 days.

      Please test it at live demo of this version.

  9. I'd like to be able to show the name and phone number of the person who booked a resource in the client view. This could be done using a javascript-overlay or just written inside the calendar cells. Is this possible with any of the paid versions?

              unfortunately, right now we can not start some personal customization or new personal project, because we are have TOO many items to finish before new update of the plugin and almost have no free time. than you for understanding.
