The booking calendar is not show the bookings, which is older then today.
So if you want to see these bookings, you need to use Booking Manager plugin, which is work together with Booking calendar and can show the bookings from the past.
Regarding the Free vision of the Booking Widget, how do you get the link to work in the footer? Every time I go to insert my HTML link and title...I'm left with the title after I press save.

I have purchased Premium Pro & am trying to create filters but get this error message:

I also need to apply more than one date range throughout the year to each Season eg Winter is 6th Jan - 19th Feb, 26th Feb - 2nd April & 29th October - 22nd December... at the moment as far as I can see the check boxes wont allow this. Can I apply one set of dates & then save.. reopen and add further dates?
This is quite an urgent project - thanks in advance for your help.

We are building a website for a spa who offers massages on a regular basis between certain times. They can purchase a 15 minutes, 30 minute, 45 minute, 60 minute, or 90 minute massage. Let's say for Monday, people can buy massages from between 11AM and 3PM.
If we list out available bookings in increments of 15 minutes, and someone wants a longer massage, how can it take up multiple consecutive massage slots? Is there an easier way to do this?

At the Premium and Premium Plus verions is possible to use the shortcodes for the time selection for selection of start time and duration of time.
But it's it possible to set that the start time of the next booking is starting at the end time of the previous bookings. It's mean that visitor can select any available start time in any available date in calendar. Sorry.
Please retest it at live demo to be sure in functionality.

I am using Booking Calendar premium for booking tours and activities. The plugin does not multiply the number for visitors selected by the amount of resource set and update the total amount charged before sending the user to PayPal.
How can the plugin update the total amount that is payable before sending the user to PayPal?
Do I need to upgrade the version to be able to update the total amount due for all visitors?
And if I upgrade, which version will it be able to update the total amount payable?

If you want to have possibility to increase the cost of the bookings, based on the selection of the checkboxes or selectboxes from the booking form (for example selection number of visitors). So then this feature is available at the Premium Plus and Hotel Edition versions. At these versions you can set the additional cost at the Booking > Settings > Payment page at the "advanced cost management section" for the each option from selectbox or checkbox, which can be fixed sum or % from the final cost of booking. Please test it at live demos of these versions to be sure in functionality.
I bought the upgrade to premium plus to get the functionally of adding all the costs before redirecting the user to PayPal. The total cost works fine now.
Now the new problem;
The resource number is set to 10
When a new booking comes in for only 2 users, it renders the day as full and does not accept any more booking and blocks the day for new booking.
I need to be able to keep booking till the resource with not limit to the number of booking seats on the tour.

At these versions are possible to make booking for the specific time, but when some one book specific time at the selected date, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors. So its mean that at these versions are possible to make only one booking for the specific time slot at selected date at your calendar. So it's not possible to make several reservations for the same time slot at same date in one calendar. Sorry.
The possibility to book specific space at the day is available at the Booking Calendar Hotel Edition version, where is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots). At this version is possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource. But in this version is possible to make reservation only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only record data in DB, but not play any logic in reservation. It's mean that it's not possible to make the several bookings for the specific time. Sorry.

1. It does not have uk or gb or anything like that in the list of countries, How do I access these countries?
2. The system does not cope very well with nights v days. At the moment if say you want to go in on the 2nd and out on the 7th the system counts this as a 4 night stay unless you include the 7th in the booking. The problem with this is that if a guest is leaving on the 7th then they will not be there on the night of the 7th so when we record the booking we only book up to the 6th. When it calculates the tariff it counts 4 nights not 5. I hope you can see what I am getting at, in a nut shell the system does not allow you to have people coming and going on the same day without the system stuffing up the tariff and short charging the outgoing tenant. Can you please advise?
3. The editing of the dates is also a problem. It seems that you can not bring forward a booking to an earlier date, How can i change this?
The booking system is confusing in that you don’t know whether to include the departure date or not it needs to specify to the customer only to include nights that you actually stay the problem with this is that the system gets the tariff wrong as I mentioned previously. 2) If you are select the dates starting from 2nd to 7th, its mean selection of 5 days or 4 nights, so here is seems everything fine. If you are need to have count as 5 there, please set there cost per day and not per night.
According selection of check in/out dates. You can activate the "fixed time" usage option at the general booking settings page and then set start time as 15:00 and end time as 12:00. After this your visitors can use the same date for check in/out dates of different bookings. It's feature is available at the Premium and higher versions.
3) During editing the booking in the version 3.0 you are need to reselect one or more dates in calendar, for do not have any issues there. Please check also the point #2 for have possibility to select the check in/out dates, which are part of dates (check in/out) from other booking.

Right now there are no native support of this feature in Booking Calendar.
But you can insert the booking form into the password protected page and inform the password to your registered users.
You can also activate the auto fill fields for logged in users at the general booking settings page.

6th Jan - 31th Jan
And
1st Feb - 19th Feb
