    I am looking for a solution for a school where visitors can book into classes that occur at specific times, have a number of places in each class and where each classes day and time will recur over a number of weeks. Is this possible with this plug-in?

  2. Hello,

    I was wondering if there is a way to edit the skin colours to show free as green, pending as orange and booked as red? I have being to do this and have only managed to successfully change free. pending and booked backgrounds are the same? do you have a skin i can use to achieve this?

  3. Using free version v2.1 with Irresistible theme by WooThemes (v2.1.2) and wont show the calendar at all... shows form, legend etc, but wont show booking calendar or calendar alone.. yet I've used on other sites fine no problems.. any ideas?

    • Hello Steve,
      Please check the page, where booking calendar is inserted, on JavaScript errors. Probably your actual theme or some other plugin is generated JS error, it's a reason, why calendar is not showing. Please fix that error And then calendar will show up.

  4. Another Q, is it possible to only allow bookings lets say a week (or x number of days) in advance?

    • If you are mean to make selection of specific number of days by visitors of your site so then this feature, range selection, is available at the Premium version. If you mean to set available/unavailable some days at the calendar, so then it's available at the Hotel Edition version. Please, test live demos for both versions. Thank you.

  5. Just bought the premium version plugin. Some issues are that it won't display calendars side by side. Instead, they are one above the other on the page. How can I get them to show up side by side just like the demo? Also where can I edit the calendars boxes to make them smaller?

  6. A friend of mine is trying version 1.5.7 for her little hall she just opened up (only seats about 50 people). But she has people that want to book out into 2011 and 2012. Your booking system only seems to allow folks to look out one year and that's it. Is this by design? Or a glitch. She's a not for profit and cannot afford hundreds of dollars to upgrade to the higher versions just to get one or two little features. What can she do?

      at the general booking settings you can change "Number of monthes:" and set not one year but more, after this you will be able to make booking not only for current year but for future also.

  7. We installed your basic booking form on our WordPress 3.0 installation and it worked fine for a while - we were very impressed. We then added a Google Maps plugin and after that the actual calendar does not seem to appear, although the booking form does...can you help?

      I am checked it and its showing right now (probabaly you deactivated that plugin).
      Anyhow most common reason of not showing calendar at the Booking Calendar its some JavaScript error(s), which is generated by other plugin or actual theme.
      Here is detail instruction about it

  8. Hi,
    is there any way to show several Rooms to choose from for one Post? So the User can book for ex:
    WP-Post - "Hotel 1"
    Rooms available:
    cat 1 = 20 rooms
    cat2 = 2 rooms
    ca3 = 10 rooms

    Booking from User:
    1 room cat1, 1 room cat2, 4 rooms cat3, submit booking request

    Backend: send request to specified E-Mails (Form Hotel 1) - Hotel 1 Email & Webadmin Email

      It's possible, after small customization of Booking Calendar Hotel Edition. So idea to insert 3 booking calendars (for each of your category) at one page but have only one booking form for them. Some customized JavaScript will automatically fill fields at the hidden 2 booking forms. So it's mean you will have 3 booking calendars, 3 book buttons and one booking form.

    I'm using the free version of the Booking Calendar. It works on IE but doesnt seem to work on Google Chrome, the calendar does not appear. Here is the link: https://cuspconcepts.com/booking/

  10. I am trying out your standard plugin and the labels on the booking form seem to be askew. I tried it with a full width page and it still did it. You can see it here - chocolatierspot.com/schedule

    See how on the first line, the label is above the box, but the rest of them are all off the right and slightly below the box? Can this be fixed?

      at line 23

      and make modification to

      .booking_form_div textarea, .booking_form_div input, .booking_form_div select, .booking_SagePayForm input {
      margin:1px;
      padding:3px;
      width:200px;
      }

      then add to the top of this file
      .booking_form_div p {
      margin:30px 0 40px;
      white-space:normal;
      }

      thats all.

      • Hi again - I moved this installation to a different domain, including the edits above. But on the new one, the fix doesn't seem to be working. I copied that actual file over, so it should be exactly the same, but it doesn't seem to be seeing the changes. You can see it at https://dcd-chocolatier.com/schedule

        I've tried clearing the cache, etc. but no dice. Any suggestions?

          • Well never mind. Apparently, it has miraculously fixed itself over night. It was the same formatting problem I had before. Thanks for your help!
