      Please activate the redirection to the thank you page, instead of
      showing the thank you message at the general bookimg settings page,
      if you are not use the payment form (at premium and higher vesions).
      So then inside of that "thank you" page you can insert the code for the Google Adwords.

        I have the premium version, but take no payment through the system.  People book a consultation that has a fixed value that I would like to track from Adwords.
        Kindly tell me which file I need to edit, or where to enter the code or how to do the redirect.

        • Hello.
          First,y you are need to open the Settings Payment page and deactivate the all paymet systems (set the active status unchecked).
          Then open the general booking settings page and expand "thank you" message/page settings, after set the redirection to some page at your blog and fill the URL.

          So that page its page or post from your blog.

    • Hello.
      At the Premium Plus version is possible to create several booking forms configurations.
      So you can create several timeslot configurations in different forms.
      Please test it at live demos.

  3. does this plugin integrate with google calendar at all?

      Right now this feature is not supported in current 3.0 version of booking calendar.

      • Do you have a plan of when you plan to integrate the plugin with google calendar?  Please.

          Yes we are have the plans, but we are have also many other cool features for the integration in our todo list.
          The Google calendar integration (sync) is important feature, but its still in the development process yet. Hope this feature will be available asap.

  6. I can only book a time if I choose 2 days minimum. I want option for customers to book 1 day only please

    • You. Can deactivate the
      multiple days selections at the general bookimg settings page.
      Please note, it's possible to book for the specific time only if this time is not intersect with already booked time for that date. So it's mean is possible to book at specific time if that time slot is free.
      Also of course, the end time (check out) have to be older than start time (check in) if you are selected only one date.

  7. If a day is partially booked, is it possible for the client to see the remaining available times in pro?

    • No, it's only possible to show
      in tooltip is already booked timeslots. Because if you will use the text fields for entering the time it's difficult to say what timeslots are availbale.

  8. I am not getting any confirmation emails and I checked all the FAQ solutions.

        • After what exactly action you are do not get emails ? To what email (admin or visitor)?
          Did you make active (checked) specific email template(s)?

          • my admin email does not get a confirmation email. although my personal email I'm testing with gets all the email.

            • Please check at the
              Booking > Settings > Emails page,
              That you are activated the sending emails and sending copy to administrator.
              These checkboxes you can find at the top right side near each email template.
              If you are still will have this issue, please send screenshot of that settings page to this email info @ onlinebookingcalendar.com

              • There is nothing amiss with my settings page. I need to know the email settings to receiving these emails for gmail

                • How does onlinebookigncalendar plugin send confirmation emails? my email subject from my address that DOES receive the confirmation emails says its from my host?

                  • I figured it out. It was an error on my part. I did not enter the MX reroute to my host so the emails got lost. Thanks for your help!

  9. My confirmation emails are displaying fields that I removed. namely number of visitors and children!

    • David please, check carefully settings.
      The fields configurations for the showing in emails and at booking Amin listing it's
      BOTTOM form at the Settings Fields page.

      • Thanks! How do I have the selected times show up in the email fields though? they are blank.

        • Please check that name of fields at the top and bottom forms at the Booking Settings Fields page.
          Also if you was use previously one name of fields and in future or now start using the new different names of fields, so then, of course, previous fields values of old fields names will not show up in a new fields names.
