"email to admin after booking site" seems to be sending "email to person after reservation is done by this person"
No, please recheck more carefully there is 2 email templates at the Bookimg Settings Emails page.
you're right!
What is the email form code for [select my_slct] and [time my_tm ]
thanks
nevermind! I got it.
Is there a way to make the time a client enters into [time my_tm] NOT be military time? they would have to type 0100 for 1:00 AM and I would prefer they could just type 1:00AM and not have to worry about understanding military time. Thanks
Hello,
unfortunately, the text fields for the entering time is not support yet the time in AM/PM format. Sorry.
The AM/PM time format is support in selection of the start time and end time. Please check here
Is it possible to place the fill out form NEXT to the calendar instead of UNDER it?
Yes, you can configure it at the Booking > Settings > Field page at top form.
Please use the code similar to this:
<div style="float:left;margin-right:10px;">[calendar]</div>
<div style="float:left;"> YOUR FIELDS SHORTCODES </div>
Instead of available time slots for a client, I wish for there to be six different openings like "opening 1" "opening 2" etc in a day. But when I make this option instead of "10:00AM - 12:00PM" the day becomes fully booked, instead of partially booked like the range time allows. is there a way to create partially booked days but with opening slots instead of time slots?
Hello.
Please check here how to make the time slots in AM/PM format in correct way.
This does not answer my question!
Right now? for the booking part of the day is possible to use only the TIME shortcodes. In your case you can use the time-slot selections like this: [select rangetime "10:00 - 12:00" "12:00 - 14:00" "14:00 - 16:00" "16:00 - 18:00" "18:00 - 20:00" ]
So inside of the settings Fields page you are still need to use the times in military format, like in above example, but
at the general booking settings page you can set time format as “g:i A” or just selecting radio button with AM/PM time format and update the settings.
So then you will get the time in AM/PM format at the client side.
For such an expensive and versatile plugin this is very disappointing. It is the reason I bought the damn thing.
All exist functionality is possible to check at live demos before purchasing.
And if you are still think that it's not feet to your needs now, we can make refund of your order.
Kind regards.
Is there a way then to create time slots but have them read as "1" "2" "3" and still give me partial booking?
to make custom time for 1:00PM to show up as "1"
Sorry, in current version it's not possible.
I will add this item to todo list for having it in some future updates.
Hi there, I have the pro paid version of booking calendar. I have just moved a site from a test domain to its new domain and have found that the layout of the back end has gone awry. I have reinstalled the plugin and replaced all the php etc but cannot get it fixed. I have also tried deactivating all other plugins and compared it to your demo. Please see screen shot here: https://portchestersc.org/screenshot.png. Would this have been caused by me entering the same verification/order code when activating twice? Please help!Thanks, Sally
Hello Sally.
Please try to clear the browser cache and test it again.
I'd it's not help, please recheck that at the WordPress settings in 2 fields (home pages) was correct URL of your site, in additional if it's not help, you are need to recheck in db that your are hav everywhere the correct URLs (ita depend form how you are made the transfer).
Kind regards.
I checked everywhere and I can't see anywhere I have missed changing the url. The original version on our test domain is the same - broken tables. I don't understand? I will try and completely remove the plugin and enter all the information again to see if that works. I can't think of anything else. Sally
Also try to deactivate one by one other plugins in your wordpress system and check if its help or not.
If its not help, try to deactivate the actual theme and activate default one and then test it again.
I have deactivated all plugins and reverted to theme twenty eleven and no joy.
Hi I tried deleting the browsing history/cache, checked everywhere for the url and I can't find any which haven't changed. I then deleted the whole plugin and reloaded directly from the zip file and it remains. The data, however, stayed even though I deleted the plugin. I think it must be corrupted data as I have completely replaced the entire plugin so it cannot be the php etc. Do you have an easy way for me to remove all the booking calendar information from the sql database or will I have to manually delete it?
Thanks for your help, Sally
For the making full reinstall of the plugin, please open the general booking settings page and make checked this option: "Delete booking data during deactivation of plugin" at the right side of that page. Then open the Plugins menu and click on the Deactivate link.
Perfect, thanks. I will try this now.
Thank you for your fast responses regarding this.
Sally
That did the trick - deleting the data worked and everything went back to normal!
I re-input my data and found it broke again. It turns out (for your reference) that it was because I had put tables in the field settings panels. Putting the tables back in broke it and taking them out fixed it. So if anyone else has the same problems, it might be tables in the Field boxes!
Thanks again for your help.
Sally
Ok good to knew that.
My thank you for booking message does not popup on my website anymore after you hit submit
The "Thank you" message is only showing if you are do not activated
any payment systems at the Settings Payment page, otherwise the payment form will how up instead of thank you message.
Also please recheck at the general booking settings page ( you are need to expand the thank you message section), that you are enter correctly time in milliseconds (type there only digits), and write the content of thank you message.
I have nothing active or selected at the payment page and there is still no thank you message.
By default the PayPal payment form is active, when you are activate the plugin first time. So you are need to deactivate the all payment forms, if you want to show the "Thank you" message
yes and what I'm saying is I have nothing checked on my paypal settings and I still get no thankyou message
Please send the screenshot of the Booking > Settings > Payment page
and the general booking settings page with expanded "thank you" message options for rechecking where is issue.
Thank you.
please check email
How can my clients view what remaining timeslots are available for partially booked dates?
It seems the mouse over hover feature makes the pop up box BEHIND the calendar ever since I replaced:
Thanks that worked! But it says what time slot is TAKEN. Is there a way rather to show the remaining AVAILABLE time slots? with text like "remaining time slots available: etc"
Sorry, the showing of the available timeslots is not possible.
Right now, At the mouseover tooltip is possible to show only already booked timeslots. The availbale timeslots is not possible to show there. If the visitor try to make booking of already reserved time slot, the waring message will show up at the booking form.
yes but don't you see how annoying it is for my clients to have to check each time slot by pushing submit? Is there at least a way for me to add text "TAKEN TIME SLOTS" to the hover window so they know those slots are unavailable?
figured it out! thanks
Please open the file: booking/include/js/wpdev.bk.premium.js
find inside of this file this function declaration:
i tried to open open the ../booking/include/ folder, and came this message "550 The system cannot find the path specified. ",what should i do?
Probably you are open the previous free version,
please check the folder of your paid version of Booking Calendar in the plugins folder.
Actually the previous free version have been deleted before installing the paid version(Premium Plus).
Please recheck more carefully the plugins folder at your blog.
If you are still will have problems, please send the link to the page with booking form and screenshot of the plugins folder to this email info @ onlinebookingcalendar.com

This info was at that FAQ page.
so there is no way to do
[select rangetime "opening 1""opening 2" "opening 3" "opening 4" "opening 5" "opening 6"] to create partial booking?

It seems the mouse over hover feature makes the pop up box BEHIND the calendar ever since I replaced:
$my_form .=‘<div class=”tooltips” id=”demotip’.$bk_type.’”>‘. $bk_type .’</div>‘;
with:
$my_form .= '<script type="text/javascript"> jWPDev(document).ready( function(){ jWPDev("body").append( "<div class=\"tooltips\" id=\"demotip'.$bk_type.'\"> '. $bk_type .' </div> " ); }); </script>';
Try to make this customization:
open this ../booking/css/client.css file,
find this code at the line 150:
.tooltips {
}
and make this custmizations:
.tooltips {
z-index:10000 !important;
}

Please open the file: booking/include/js/wpdev.bk.premium.js
find inside of this file this function declaration:
function hoverDayTime(value, date, bk_type) {
then inside of this function find this code:
jWPDev( '#demotip'+bk_type ).html( tooltip_time );
and replace it to this:
jWPDev( '#demotip'+bk_type ).html( 'Booked: <br />' + tooltip_time );
Where "Booked:" it's your additional text, just write there your text.
tool tip hover mouse window not showing custom time chosen in settings.
