I am a paid customer of booking calendar.
I am unable to insert booking form into the pages with the insert button. When I click on the button I see the following jQuery error in the console.
Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'propAttr'
Please let me know how I can fix this error.

If you will have any problems with booking button at edit toolbar for inserting shortcode, please recheck your page for any Java script errors or some plugins, which are override the edit toolbar. Then try to fix or deactivate those plugins.
Try to deactivate one by one your active plugins for checking if it's fix issue or not, for searching the reason of that issue.
If its not help try to deactivate your actual theme and activate default one.
Then test it again.

I have a question regarding booking multiple rooms. Say I have a customer who wants to book 3 Single rooms. Does he have to fill the booking form 3 times? Or is it some shortcode that I can insert into the booking form, similar to the select visitors one to allow him to book multiple rooms at once?
So, if I understand correctly, I have to insert multiple calendars in one booking form? I can't have a drop down like the "select visitors" one? I am thinking that if I have, say 10 single rooms, then I'd have to insert 10 calendars in one booking form and that wouldn't look very good.
Please advise.

Yes, I have the business large version and I read the documentation and I checked your demo too but I still can't understand.
On my test site I created a resource with 7 single rooms and max. guests per room 1. Then I inserted the booking form for the main resource (the one with 7 single rooms as sub-resources).
In the booking form I can see in the tooltip that there are 7 rooms available, but I don't know how to book all these 7 rooms at once. If I set the number of guests in the booking at 4, the price doesn't change and plus this is a bit weird, since if I want to book 2 double rooms (with capacity 2 guests each) but I want to put one guest in each room...how do I do it?
So, basically the question is how to book 2 or more rooms (regardless the number of guest) at once?

firstly, please let make a little redefinition of the booking calendar configuration.
1) Please recheck at the Booking > Resources page that you are set the maximum number of visitors per room as 1 (for your parent resource)
2), then open the Booking > Settings > Fields page and at the TOP form, please make this configuration:
Number of rooms: [select visitors "1" "2" "3" "4" "5" "6" "7"]
Visitors: [select guests "1" "2" "3" "4"]
So you will use the "visitors" shortcode as a room(s) reservation, and for the definition of the number of visitors just use some other shortcode, for examaple "guests"
3) then open the General Booking Settings page and recheck that you are activated this option: "Visitors number apply to capacity:"
and select the second radio button options: "Show at tooltip on calendar availability based on summ number of visitors, which can be at free booking resource items. Check maximum support of visitors at all booking resources with selected number of visitors from booking form"

I have set a filter on dates for 01/08/12 - 11/08/12
I then sctivate that filter and set a daily rate of 80.57 for one day.
When I select a date range on the calender of 03/08/12 - 09/08/12 the amount is totaling at 465.71
I cannot understand this as 80.57 * 7 = 563.99
Can you explain where I am going wrong?

I have set up a sage account in my booking settings and can't figure out what is wrong, the booking form is okay but no one can make a payment.
Under the settings in the Sage area at the bottom of the page this note comes up:
Please configure all fields inside the billing form, this is necessary for Sage Payment System.
I have gone into Billing form Fields and save it but I can't see what is wrong can you help me on this,

Please recheck these posits:
- please be sure that the cost of the booking is higher than zero. It's mean that the cost of the booking resources have to be higher than 0
- please recheck that at the least one payment system was active. You can check it at the settings lament page.
- if you are activated the Sage Pay payment system, please be sure, that you are have the fields a the settings fields page required for the billing form fields, which you can assign at the Settings Payment page at the tab Billing fields.

You are need to be sure that you are set active Spain locale st the config.php file, which is at root folder of your wordpress installation. If you are need to make some fix in translations, so you are need to edit both mentioned files in languages folder and reupdated them.
Also, if you are made the installation of plugin before changing the locale or before updating the translation file, do then you are need to make full reinstall if plugin (it's mean that during deactivation of plugin, you are need to have checked on option "delete booking data during uninstall" at the general booking settings page.

I have had to set up my client booking calendar so that there are only 3 appointments a day and only available on Thurs, Friday and Saturday.
We are trying to edit a booking from July 28 to August 8. The times are available but we are getting this message:
Probably by requesting time(s) already booked, or already in the past!
I set the time request like this in the fields <p>Time Request: <br /> [select* rangetime "9:30 - 10:30" "10:45 - 11:45" "12:00 - 13:00"] </p>
Why is the above happening as the time is not booked and its in the future.

Also, please open the General Booking Settings page and recheck that the "Fixed time" option was deactivated (UNCHECKED), otherwise its can overwrite your time slot selections, and you can get that message.

I double checked and Fixed time is UNCHECKED (I never had it checked) and I used the shortcode above which is exactly the same as what I used and still getting the error message.

I bought a 5-user license for Premium Plus (now Business Medium) last November. Haven't had a chance to use them yet ... until now.
So I'm installing it on a site now and discovering that there are some functionalities for this edition (eg online payment) which I am unable to access.
Also, as this edition has been upgraded (last update was May 2012), how do I obtain a copy of the latest version?

Otherwise, if this message Is appear during activation of plugin, so try to deactivate all other plugins, then activate the Booking Calendar, and after that make activation of your other plugins.

If you are need to have the reservations for the specific times, so then you are need to check the Business Small or Business Medium versions of the Booking Calendar. At this version is possible to set the bookings for the specific time. You can configure the time slot selections at the Booking > Settings > Fields page at top form. Unfortunately, its not possible to set the different time slot (check in) selection for the different days of week. The time selections (if you are use the selectboxes) are the same for the any day of week. Please note, if someone is reserve the times for the selected date in specific calendar, this time become unavailable for the other visitors.
You can configure the timeslot list selections at the Booking > Settings > Fields page at top form.
The Business Medium version is support several booking form customization, its mean you can have different time slot selections for the different booking resources.
You can also create each of your massage services as a separate booking resources at the Booking > Resources page and set the cost for them.
Also at these versions the admin panel, is the one and same for the any registered wordpress users - your administrators. If you want to have the separate, independent admin panels for the each of your therapists, so then you are need to check the MultiUser version.
