I need help of setting up bookings edit. I have the url set to https://www.ginterplace.info/?page_id=270 and on this page I have [bookingedit] set. When I bring the page up it says You do not set any parameters for booking editing. Any clue on what I'm missing? Any help would be appreciated.

What is the best way to incorporate a Geographic (City/State) into the Booking Search?

Its possible only to use the text fields, like:
[search_category] - search inside of posts/pages, which are inside of this category,
[search_tag] - search inside of posts/pages, which are have this tag.
So you are need to insert the tags about the city or insert the post into the specific category, so then your visitors can use those text fields to filter for the specific data.
I am using the Catalyst theme and the booking_info is not showing up in the Search results. I defined the Class within the post as wpdev_booking, but that did not seem to help.
The other elements are displaying in the search results (image, cost, title, etc.)

I have recently bought your booking software and all is working great thanks except, I have added lots of test bookings and have now deleted them, they are not appearing in the database but it says I have 18 bookings on the file menu?

This issue will be fixed in a next update.
Right now, for resetting this counter, please add one more test booking, then at the Booking Listing page mark that booking as "read", after that you can cancel te booking. It's have to show the number of new bookings as correct number than.
I just installed the plugin to my WordPress site. The entire site is now forced to the left-hand side of the screen. I would love to use this plugin, although it is not acting well with my theme. The theme that I use is the Tersus theme. The website is https://salvationarmysantarosa.org/. I have deactivated the plugin till I hear from you as to what actions I might take to get this to work.

I tried exporting them to excel but same thing i cant mange to put the bookings in
Order.

The new version 4.0 (4.0.1) of the Booking Calendar have no possibility to sort the bookings by the booking dates, its because of the performance issue. We are hope in the next update we will have this type of soring.
1) But you can use the filter tab to show the dates only for the specific date(s) at the Booking Listing page. For this you are need to extend the Filters tab at the top of that page by pressing the down arrow button and then specify the specific dates for showing.
2) Also, if you are made the export of the bookings to the CSV format, and then open it using the Excel, you can specify the soring of the bookings by the specific column (dates) and here its have to work fine. Please retest it.

We have the hotel version. I am trying to insert Google Analytics conversion code. It must appear on the payment page after the form is completed and where the paypal button appears.
I see in other comments you say put it in the thanks you page , but we find that some visitors are not returning to the site. Where can we find the code to edit this area. Thanks

The payment form is generated dynamically, so it's not possible to integrate the google analytics code into it. It's only possible to insert it into the "thank you page". Sorry.

please try to make this fix.
Please open the phpMyAdmin or similar tool for the working with DB
and execute this SQL command:
ALTER TABLE bookingdates DROP INDEX booking_id_dates
or this (depend from the prefix at your DB tables): ALTER TABLE wp_bookingdates DROP INDEX booking_id_dates
then test it again.

When logged into the admin area with hotel edition, the booking number shown at the top (on the top bar) and on the left (in the Booking button) is not reducing as bookings are approved. So the system is seeing all approved bookings since our upgrade to version 4 as new booking even though they are all approved. We are sure that we do not have any pending bookings.

Right now for the fixing of the exist counter, please add new "temporary booking", then select this booking at the "Booking Listing page" and mark its as "read" at the Action toolbar. After this the "new bookings" counter have to be reseted.

yes its possible at the Business Medium / Large versions of Booking Calendar. You can define these dates at the season filters at Booking > Resources > Filters page and then at the Booking > Resources > Availability page set these dates as unavailable for the specific booking resources. Please test it at the live demosof those versions.
Hi, I do have the Bus Large version.
When I added a seasonal filter, I selected Days of Month = 25th, Month = December, Year = 2012 (note, I left "Days of the Week" blank) - this causes the calendar display to break.
I looked into it and it is getting a javascript error.
However, if I remove the "Christmas" filter I made, the calendar appears again and it works okay.
I have tried this on the Demo site for Bus Large and I get the same error - it breaks the calendar display.
Your help is desperately needed.
