    I consider to buye this plugin hotell ed. version, but i can not see if there are some reports tools in this plugin? Then i meen, can i get reports for sales, what are number og guest in house etc.?

    Can the send to email for each calendar be different, for example the author email?
    Can each home owner access his calendar to view bookings and or make changes in prices?

  3. Hi,

    We got the Premium upgrade. So far so good, however I am running into a few problems I hope you can help with.

    When I click to insert the booking calendar into a specific page (i don't want it to show on the sidebar but only on one page), a few things aren't working right:

    1- If I don't have the Calendar Settings field filled up, the calendar isn't showing on my specific page.
    2- If I do have the Calendar Settings field filled up with the calendar code, then it's showing in the sidebar AND the page. I don't want that.
    3- When I am creating my page, if I click on Booking Calendar in TinyMC, it's asking me what type of booking I want. I created two types, but there are no choices for the two types. I can only select one type.
    4- If I select the booking form, it's not showing the fields or dropdown menus. Only the dropdown description shows, and no text area to enter info.

    • You just need to deactivate booking widget at the sidebar, for this go to the Appearence -> Widgets menu and deactivate it. (Questions 1-2)
      According 3-4 question, need to check your settings configuration, please send screenshot of them to my email.
      Also its not possible to use time range fields two times. Possible only one time.

        • Ok, i fixed the sidebar problem. I had an extra div that was creating the issue.

          As for the other questions, I don't see any issues at this point, but will certainly come here to ask questions!

        Not sure what you mean... Are you saying that I can't give the customer a choice of the service he/she wants?

        • I mean that you can not use the same field name [select rangetime] in the form fields twice,
          please check at your form fields customization page.

  4. Hi,

    I'm using the Standard version of Booking Calendar, it does serve my purpose to book my clients pub out for private events however we recently had a "late" booking and the customer didn;t fill in their telephone number. Emails have been sent to them but there has been no response from them. I think its standard practise that a customer must supply his/her phone number when making a purchase online or bookings of some sort.

    In short could the standard booking calendar be changed to make Phone number a required field?

  5. The cost of payment on client interface does not change (always zero) after selecting a day or range of day.
    The cost of payment does changes/updates when booking is done by admin via Admin > Booking > Add Booking.
    I've tried to experiment with different currencies, adding/removing costs/seasonal filter... nothing works.
    Note: we use Version 9.Premium.Plus.2.5

    Please advise,

    • Please check the cost settings at the payment page, aslo please check advanced cost options and rates (its can be that you set some conditions, which set cost to 0).
      Also polease check, that at client side is inserted booking form for booking resourcem, which is exist at the admin booking panel (it can be that you are deleted some booking resource previosly and try to make booking now for not exist one).

      • Yes, you were right - I've regenerated the very booking form and all works ok. The error was that I've updated booking resources.

Hello, I have the Premium version of your plugin and have a question - is there a way to not make the booking pending in the calendar until after the person has completed the payment through Paypal? We are having trouble with people making appointments but not completing the payment, then the day is "taken" and cannot be booked until we go in and delete the reservation in the control panel. Thanks for your help.

    • Hello Devarah,
      you can use feature of auto cancell or auto approvement of bookings, when visitor make successfull payment or cancel payment.
      But if visitor just leave payment page, the booking will be in pending list.
      Please check at the Booking settings payment page how to make configuration of this settings.

  7. I want to use this for a theatre.
    I want to be able to sell seats for plays, but I have questions.

    1. I offer discounts to pensioners and students, can this system support this?
    2. I want to collect addresses to send physical tickets, can the system do this?
    3. If I get some online bookings, and then get some bookings by phone, is it easy to enter the info of the phone bookings into the system as an admin? (must be able to email them their ticket,and I can enter address)
    4. can I add checkbox to form for sending a physical ticket (and make address optional).

      According your questions:
      1) at the Premium Plus and Hotel Editon verision is exist advanced cost management system, where depends from selection of selectbox(s) at booking form you can set discounts or even additional costs.
      2) Booking form is completely customizable, so you can set there fields for visitors enter address.
      3) at admin panel is exist menu for admin adding reservation, there at this booking form the same fields as at front end, so you can easily add booking and fill address field.
      4) you can add to the booking form checkbox fields, of course. Also input fields can be setup as required or as regular.

      Because you want to make reservation for tickets, it's mean that at same day several peoples will make reservation. It's functionality is exist at Hotel Edition version only. Please test live demo of this version.

  8. Do you have any substantial documentation for the paypal element of your Booking Premium Plugin. I'm having trouble setting up the Payment System. Where is the payment page etc / shortcodes etc. Totally confused.

      you are only need to fill all fields at the payment page, nearly each field is description what is this field mean at settings page.
      Also you need to set cost for booking resource. thats all.

  9. I have Pro Version 1.6

    Why do you use the same form for client side and admin side????

    Is there a way that the site admin can bypass having to fill in every form field and do captcha, then receive an email and have to go back and approve before they finalise a booking taken over the phone????

      at the Pemium and higher versions is exist Auto Fill button for adding new booking at Admin side, you can test it here,
      also you can make upgrade of your Pro version to Premium to have this functionality, please reply to my email, if you are interesting in this.

  10. 1) Is the "The cost for payment: $ 100" text under the calendar here: https://premiumplus.onlinebookingcalendar.com/ only available to 'premium plus' users?

    2) So am I right in saying there is no way to show users the calendar of more than one room on one page? In the Admin backpanel, click on 'Bookings' and then the '* reservations' buttons, can I add this view to my front user page? This would be very useful when displaying the availability of more than one room to your users! They can see which rooms are available when at a glance.

      1) The payment functionality is support at Premium, Premium Plus, Hotel Edition and MulitUser versions. If you are mean by "the cost for payment" line is real time showing of cost depends from selection of days and form fields, so then yes, this functionality are support only Premium Plus and Hotel Edition versions.
      2) at the front end you can add several booking forms with calendars to one page only for DIFFERENT booking resources. Its mean that you can not show at the same page 2 booking forms for the same booking resources (rooms), but for different you can.
