  1. Hi there,

    Great plugin! I'm using premium plus, and have two questions:

    1. For the summer months, I would like to require people to book an entire week. How can this be done?

    2. I have a required cleaning fee that is fixed (not a per day fee). Do you have functionality to add a fee to all orders?

    • Hello.
      1) Right now is possible range selection at the general booking settings page, which is not depends from season. I will add it to my todo list to have it at some future updates.
      2) Yes, you need to create new select box or checkbox at the form fields for cleaning, and then set cost for this at the advanced cost management sections (payment settings page).

  2. Hi there,
    I found a bug using Google Chrome (Mac OSX). In your demo (https://premium.onlinebookingcalendar.com/), I booked a block of hours (10am-12pm) on a particular day. Then I clicked on that same day to book another time, but then the entire Time field was disabled (instead of only the hours that are already booked for that day). Therefore if there's a booking for a day, you can't book any more hours in the same day using Chrome (and I presume it's the same with Safari). Using Firefox it all works fine (only disables the times that aren't available).

    Hope this makes sense and please let me know if/when you fix this bug. I'm keen on purchasing the plugin.

      I am rechecked it and make test on Google Chrome (win). It's seems evrything fine. The time is disabled only that, which I am booked. I can suggest that some other persons are also make tests at demo and make booked at the same day but on different time, that's why you are see booked other times there.

  3. Hi have just downloaded the standard version and when i try to activate i get :
    Error 500 - Internal server error

    An internal server error has occured!
    Please try again later.

    Any ideas?

      Check here according access level of some files: https://onlinebookingcalendar.com/faq/#faq-13

      You need to set access to the wpdev-booking.php file. In most case you just need to set atribute to that file as 755 using your FTP client, sometimes is needed editing .htaccess file. So contact your administrator or check .htaccess file by yourself.

      Sometimes wp-content and/or wp-content/plugins and/or wp-content/plugins/booking directories and/or file wp-content/plugins/booking/wpdev-booking.php had permissions set to 777. So its also can make this issue. Please change permissions on those directories and file to 755 and it have to work.

      • I just set all the above directories and files mentioned above to 755 and still the still the same error.

        • Ok, try to set more longer time for script execution at php.ini of your server configuration. If the problem will be the same, please send error.log to my email for checking more detail it issue. Thank you.

  4. Hi,

    I had already deleted all directories and completely reinstalled wordpress New server folder and new MYSQL database. I can see the zip file in the /wordpress/wp-content/uploads folder, however it does not complete the install in wordpress add plugin. I just get the message unpacking the package. Can you let me know which error log you would need to see please.

      Please try yo set more time for scripts execution at php.ini file of your server configuration, may be problem there. If it's will not help, please send error.log file from your server to my email. Thank you.

  5. I have some units that are "configurable" as 1,2, or 3 bedrooms. These share the same calender, but need different rates. Is this possible? If so how?

      If you are use one booking form (one calendar) for these 3 resources (like in Hotel Edition version) so then, right now is possible to have one combination of rates for one booking form (booking resource in this content). I will check, if it's will be possible to add this feature at some future updates.

      • We are using Premium Plus. Are you saying that it is not possible with our version, but is in the Hotel Edition?

        • Ok I am think that understand now you.
          In your case you need to make next configuration:

          So for exmaple you have: Unit - 3 Bedroom, and same Unit - 2 Bedroom.

          You need to create 2 booking forms for each for your units configuration.

          Then at the Payment settings page for each form you need to set diferent costs using % from whole booking, so then you will have different cost for the same booking resource "unit" but because of this unit will use diferent booking forms at diferent pages you can set different final cost of those resources.

  6. Hey there,
    can somebody tell me if it is possibe to use any of the versions for tour-bookings? I'm, looking for a reservation plugin for a tour operated depending on seasons, so the plugin needs to be very flexible.
    The exact case is:

    - There is one or more tours.
    - Tour is operated 6-7 day per week, during 3 periods each year.
    - 1 additional period is not available for booking - everybody needs a holiday 🙂
    - 3 more periods are needed for other season with less operating days.
    - Tour has a maximum capacity which is adjustable
    - Tour has 3 different types of participants: adult, child, infant
    - There are price rules (for group discounts) with different prices set to: adult and child (Price have to be customizeable)

    Nice additional feature would be:
    - possibillity to choose if individual tours need: full payment upfront, deposit upfront (customizeable 10%, 20%, or 10$, 20$)

  7. What's the easiest way to find out what database the plugin is using? I need to recover some data on an older event.

    • Probably you are mean tables not a db. You can find them by names. Most of them have "booking" word inside of name.

  8. Is it possible for the client to make the payment by entering his credit card details ONLY (eg. client does not need to have a Paypal account)?

      Sorry, right now this feature is not supported, yet.
      Right now Premium and higher versions support Paypal (standard) and Sage payments systems only.

  9. We have to create a system of booking for 4 hotel reservation: it's possibile to have connected 4 paypal (one for each hotel?)

      Right now this functionality is available only at the Booking Calendar MultiUser version.

  10. Hello,
    The package we have now is booking calendar pro. However when someone books on one date, nobody else can book on that date. And that doesn't work for us because we need multiple people to be able to book on one date until we are full.
    1. Can the booking calendar pro which we have now support this feature.
    2. If no, which of the other versions can support it. Thanks

      Booking Calendar Professional is allow only one booking per day for one booking resource (same booking form)
      If you need to make full day(s) booking several times for same booking resource so then you need to upgrade to Booking Calendar Hotel Edition version. This version can set capacity (number of bookings per same day for same booking resource).
