When you created the new coupon and settings page will reloaded, you can see your created coupon at the table. At the right side of your coupon line you can see "Remove" button. So if you press this button the coupon will be deleted.
If I buy the premium version and decide later to upgrade, is there a price for upgrading, or will I have to pay the full price to upgrade?

Yes, you will be able later to make upgrade to higher versions paying little higher then difference in cost between your versions. But upgrade is possible only within single site usage versions line or multi site usage versions line. So it's mean, is not possible to upgrade from single site usage version to multisite usage version.

Hi there, I have what should be a very simple issue. I bought the premium addition about 30 minutes ago and have installed it, however the button to display booking inside a page isn't doing anything at all. I can put it in the side bar or in the footer, but for some reason the booking button will not open any dialogue to insert into a page. Any ideas why? or is there a manual way to insert it into a page?

This situation can be, when some other plugin is generated JavaScript error at that page. Please try to deactivate one by one all other plugins, untill the button will start work to check, what exactly plugin is generate this issue.

great plugin and I'm keen to use it. However, in my (holiday) business I take a deposit and then the balance at a later date. I think this option is only available at Hotel Edition, but unfortunately that is too far above my budget. Is there a way of modifying the payment process in the Premium Plus edition to allow deposits then balances to be taken? I had a look but not sure that there is. I would only be using the premium plus to take payments so would probably go down to professional if not.

As far as I am understand you are need to have fixed (same) payment during every booking. If its right so then this feature is exist at Premium and higher versions.
The diference between Premium Plus and Hotel Edition version is in posibility to set capacity for booking resource at the Hotel Edition version and coupons discount system at Hotel Edition version.

Yes it's possible to set fixed amount of payment and then later make request from admin panel for additional payment for booking. You can test it at live demos.
I recently purchased your Premium edition. My use for the application is fairly simple but extremely critical. I need the following. I'm not an html expert so, please, walk me through your explanations.
1) I created a time-selection drop down box, but need for all scheduled times to be removed from the box upon scheduling or grayed-out (non-clickable) so that two people cannot schedule for the same time.
2) When a day has one or more scheduled appointments I do not want there to be an indication present on the actual calendar (ie - when I entered a "test" appointment for Dec 17, 2010 a clock icon appears over the date. I only want days with no remaining appointments to have a gray background. I do not want available days to have a gray background. Most people in the US interpret a gray background as "unavailable".
3) I would like each appointment to generate a confirmation code that is present in the confirmation e-mail to both myself and the client.
4) Using the confirmation code discussed in #3 above, the client should be able to reschedule or cancel through a link in the confirmation e-mail or directly through the application from my website. The rescheduling should automatically release the original appointment time for new users, send a rescheduling confirmation e-mail to myself and the client. The same actions should occur if the client cancels.
5) How can I pick the first and last month of the calendar. I do not necessarily want it to begin with the current month. I like the feature of selecting the number of months, but how about a feature to select the beginning month.
6) I don not need to approve a reservation. Once a client has made their reservation the process should be complete. I have disabled the "confirmation" feature but on the confirmation e-mail it states that I will "need to confirm the appointment". I do not want these features active but am having trouble disabling them.
7) I would like to move the data fields for customer data entry closer together so that the customer does not have to scroll. Research shows that placing client data entry fields closer together provides for the appearance of a less-cumbersome task for the client.

2) It’s can be customized at CSS file of your selected style, and depends from your dishes final view.
3) You can use ID of reservation as this code. You can check at the email templates help info how to insert this shortcode into email template(s).
4) You can insert editing or cancellation link of reservation into approval email of visitor. You will also need to create one page or post with this shortcode: [bookingedit]. Then save path to this link into URL for booking editing field at the general Booking settings page.
5) This feature will be exist at the version 2.8 update, which have to come soon. So

You need to create new page and insert into this page this shortcode [bookingedit],
then you need to set path to this page to field "URL for booking edit" at the general booking settings page,
and save a settings.

Please, check that at the general booking settings page the administrator booking email was set correctly. Try to set some other email and test again.
Please, check also that mail php function is working correctly (it's mean that your server configuration can send emails).

Is there any way to turn off the "pending" feature? We would like all dates available for reservation requests until the admin confirms a reservation is "booked". We don't want dates to become unavailable when someone requests a reservation.
