  1. I use the free version as a test of booking calendar. When I publish a page with the booking calendar it only shows for example January and February and a bit of March. How do I make bookings that is later than these (for example in July)? Cant´t see any way of scrolling to other months......

    • At the top right/left side of calendar have to be arrows for month scrolling.
      Please set showing of 1 or 2 inline monthes at calendar ( you can set it at booking shortcode at edit post page). You can also set some other skin style of calendar if current skin do not show correctly arrows because of actual theme.

          Please set number of showing monthes at calendar to 1 or 2.
          You can make it at edit post page. Just insert new shortcode by pressing booking button at toolbar and selecting one month showing at the popup dialog.

  2. Hi,

    I am using the hotel version. Is it possible to insert the field "Adults" and "Children" from the booking form into "after new reservation is done by this person" email. I understand that [content] will provide all booking details. I would just like to add children and adults.

    • Hello Nick,
      Yes it's possible. Please add the fields [adults] and [children] into second form at this page: Booking > Settings > Fields

      • Thanks but i am trying to use the short code in the system generated emails (on the email tab). Instead of adding all the [content] i would just like the number of adults or visitors. your method unfortunately does work for this unless i am doing something wrong.

          This feature of directly entering number inside of email is not supported. I will add it to todo list to have it at future updates.

  3. I am looking to be able to setup sign up events for certain dates while using the calendar, some days will have multiple events. I basically want it to be that a user is looking at the calendar and they can see what events are on for that day. Then they can click on the event and sin up for it from the calendar. Can you please let me know which plan is best for this?

    I tried using the version downloaded from wordpress and this feature did not seem achievable. Then I went on your site and tried to view some of the demos and then couldn't decide which would be best.

      Please try Hotel Edition version demo.
      At this version is possible to setup capacity of events, and set available dates of these events.

  4. Hi,

    I have just nought & installed Premium Plus. Everything works perfect in Firefox on one of my PCs, but on the same PC IE8 and Chrome won't show the calendar and says there is two syntax errors (line 90 & line 112) on any page where I put the calendar & booking form. I tried disabling all sidebar widgets but that had no effect.

    On another PC the same version of Firefox also won't show the calendar !

    What can I try ?

    Could you explain with an example what is meant by "Multiple booking at the same day Day will be availbale untill all items (rooms, seats…) are not reserved."

      for exmaple you have some similar rooms for rent ( or any other property or some services).
      Let you have 5 rooms. These rooms is the similar, so you do not need to create 5 diferent booking forms with calendar for each room.
      You can create one booking resource (room), so you will have one booking form with calendar and then set capacity of this booking resource to 5.

      So then, when some visitor come to your page and make reservation, the dates, which was booked do not become unavailable untill some other visitors make other reservations at same dates for 5 times. So by this you can have one calendar for reservations of multiple similar items.

  7. Trying the demo version. When adding the quicktag or the widget, there's a large amount of whitespace to the right of the calendar that flows over top of sidebar. Sidebar doesn't expand to fit widget. Widget disappears when changing themes. I can't find any settings that determine how wide the object embedded via quicktag is.

    Backend looks really good. User front end looks like it still needs a lot of polish and fixes before I can consider buying this.

    • Please send link to your page with booking widget, I will check and help to fix whitespace.
      At frontend look of calendar is depends from selected skin of calendar and actual your theme.

  8. Is it possible to export all the settings and import that into another install of the plgin ? I have a chain of people all of whom offer exactly the same sort of service. It would be good to re-use the settings.

    I am trying to configure the "Cost for selected days" on the "cost availability tab". The problem that I have is that I am currently selling nights. As soon as we change the setting to night's, "Cost for selected days" disappears. Is there a way to use this feature for selling nights?

      Sorry, right now this feature is available only for days option. You can try to set days selections, and then just set cost of second day selection to 0. It's will be the same as cost per night.

  10. This looks like what I need, but I have to know two things. I tried finding the answer in the FAQ and here, but couldn't, so - here's my two questions:

    1. Can I insert a variable (hidden) form field which grabs the related post title? E.g. using the WP the_title() element. Your competition, Gravityforms.com, has this option, but is lacking other things I need. I could even hard code it into the "Fields settings" for the form, but does the form allow for PHP input, and if so, can I use the WP-specific variables like the_title?
    2. Is there a way I can automatically embed the form into every post? I tried using the code from https://onlinebookingcalendar.com/faq/#faq-3, but it looks like it thinks that it's the same form on every post, so when I've submitted the form in one place it won't let me submit a new form in another post.

    Hope you have time to answer this very soon, I appreciate your efforts.

      1) Sorry, right now this feature is not support yet.
      2) You need to assign this variable $bookingtype before use that code. That variable nave to be assigned, based from post, which is opened now. So just need to add some simple checking according, which form you want to have at which post.
