  1. Is there a way for appointments/bookings that have been made to be displayed as visible content to site visitors? If yes, can you please point to instructions for how to do share content this way? Thanks.

  2. Hi again. I am having a hard time with this. I manually added the booking calendar to a post and it added like you suggested. It was working fine for about 3 weeks now as I've been positioning it and getting ready, however it seems to have disapeared again from the post and is once again not working. Do you have any ideas as to why this would be. I am looking to get this live asap.

          Can you check and send July email, the code, which you are add to your PHP for manually adding form to that page. I can suggest, may be you make some update of WordPress and it's remove it. So please check it, and send to me that file with code. Or content with code for manually adding.

          • Hey again, I had added this line in the content [booking nummonths=2]. through the editor which worked, but then stoped, this line is still there. For some reason the add book mark button has never worked on the page editor.

                  Can you send also full content from that page (in HTML view mode), also try to deactivate some other plugins to check for some conflics from third party plugins.
                  According not working booking button at admin panel, check that page according JavaScript errors, please.

  3. Is it possible to move a reservation from one booking source to another without having to reenter it?

    Also another weird thing...I have check in and check out times setup and I'm entering in existing reservations inside the admin panel. When I use the autofill form button since I don't have all the required info, it does not use the times I have set to start and end the booking. I have to first approve the booking and then edit it and reselect those fixed times from the drop down boxes to get start and end times to be part of the reservation. Is there anyway around that, you think?

      Sorry, right now it's not possible to shift one booking from one resource to other without reentering info. Its feature will be available at some future updates.
      According other question. When you use auto fill button at the admin panel , this button fill all fields by temp values, and make time field is not required. Later you can edit this reservation to your needed values.

  4. Is the fee (for example premium $175) one time fee? Once I buy it I can use it forever? I don't need to pay it every year?

      Its cost - one time payment. You can also request by email free update of your version during one year after purchasing of your version.

    I hope someone can help. I recently bought and installed the 'premium' version of Online Booking Calendar. Overall, I think it's great. It looks so much better than all the others.

    However, there is a little 'speech bubble' that keeps popping up over dates where appointments have been booked. There are two problems with this. Firstly, it gives the impression that these are the times that are available, rather than the times that have been booked. And secondly (and most troublesome) is the fact that the bubble doesn't appear over the correct date. In fact, a lot of the time it appears partly off-screen.

    I realise that this isn't something that can be fixed easily (it might even just be a quirk in the theme I am using) but is it possible to deactivate the bubble completely?

      Please send link to your page with booking form to my email. I will try to help with fixing issue of not showing tooltip over correct day (the most common reason of it it's apply CSS from theme). Or if you want i will help to deactivate tooltip.

    We've got the hotel version of your plugin,
    We have managed to work out how to amend emails that go out to clients on booking. However it appears that the booking system sends an email even if the client doesn't pay. Does that mean that the booking system and payment are not linkned? So do we have to manually verify that the payment has come through in paypal for each booking that comes through on the website booking system?
    Also, don't you think you could set up a better system to manage this kind of issues, a forum would work much better. At least you could put the search form somewhere so users can try to find old comments putting keywords related to their questions.

      for getting automatically status of bookings at your booking table you ae need to make this configuration.

      This feature is require correct configuration.

      You need to create 2 new pages at your blog, one for successful
      payment redirect and one page for redirect after cancellation of
      payment by visitor. Then you need to save link to this 2 pages to the
      fields at the page Booking > Settings > Payment ( fields: Return URL
      from PayPal, Cancel Return URL from PayPal).
      Then you need to checked the field: Auto approve/cancel of booking.

      After you need to make this configuration at you Paypal site account:

      For using this feature you must have activated auto return link at
      your Paypal account. Follow these steps to configure it:
      1. Log in to your PayPal account.
      2. Click the Profile subtab.
      3. Click Website Payment Preferences in the Seller Preferences column.
      4. Under Auto Return for Website Payments, click the On radio button.
      5. For the Return URL, enter the YOUR URL for your site for successfull payment.

      Warning, the status of booking will not chnaged, if visitor just leave page at Paypal site without finishing the payment or press cancellation of payment.

      After this you have to have this feature is worked.

    I have bought the Premium version and it is great. Just one quick question - is it possible to place recurring bookings in one go? For example, to book a room between 12 and 13 every Monday for the next 5 weeks?

      Sorry, right now such type of recurring booking isnot supported. You will be need to make 5 bookings each for your specifics date.

      Recurrent time for several days selection will supported at version 2.9 update.
      So if you select several days, each day will be booked in this time range, if this feature will be deactivated only first and last days from selection will be booked with check in/out time, all middle days will be fully booked as at actual 2.8 version.

  8. Can you set it to book only in month long blocks? I am looking to use this to book for condo rentals and they only allow for month at a time rentals.

      At the Premium and higher versions of Booking Calendar is available range days selection feature, where can be set minimum days for selection. So there you can set minimum days selection as 30.

  9. I need to know if this plugin can show available times for a selected day. I need customers to be able to not only pick a day, but also a specific time that is available for that day. So if Customer A picked the 9am to 10am slot on Tuesday, that timeslot should show as "booked" or "unavailable" so Customer B can only pick the 10am to 11am slot for example.

      This feature is exist at Premium and Premium Plus versions. At these versions, you can create fixed time range for selection inside of selectbox of booking form and set at general booking settings - single days selection mode. So after visitor select the day and select the tine slot and make booking, this time slot become unavailable for other visitors.

  10. Hi.

    I just demoed and bought your Premium plugin
    As soon as I have made a booking, the available dates are suppose to update and booked timeslots should disappear based on your timerange.

    This does not seem to happen...
