  1. hi
    i need a form which customers can select days from calendar to rent and upload a file,then redirected to paypal page for purchase..(they should able to rent more than one days and total price can be calculated,when booking approved purchased days should be inactive on calendar so no one can rent same days )
    is free version capable of doing these functions?

      The upload files feature is not exist at any versions. The Paypal payment option are exist at Ptemium and higher versions. The days inside of calendar become unavailable for other users after someone made reservations fo those days. Please test it at live demos. Thank you.

  2. Is it possible to automatically notify people when a reservation/ time slot in a schedule becomes available? Maybe a group on a waiting list. Is is also possible to notify a group when I am all booked for a give period, like the next week, month, or quarter? This would of course be email or text message notification.

  3. How do I block off time on specific days to prevent double booking of appointments that are not on the calendar?

    • Hello Rose,
      If you want to prevent booking on specific time, which was done not using booking Calendar ( for example by phone ), you need to make this reservation from Amin panel "add booking" menu page. There you can able to specify the booking details and set that time. After you make this resrvation, it's become uanavailable for other visitors.

  4. Hi I am using version 9.Premium Plus 2.6 which is installed for a client running some holiday cottages. They are telling me that some bookings have 'disappreared'. Is there a way of seeing deleted/cancelled bookings or a history of some sort?

      if the dates of those reservations are already at the past, so then these reservations are not displaying at the booking calendar.
      If you want to see history of your reservations (which was not canceled), you can use Booking Manager plugin for this.

    I am thinking of getting the Hotel version, but I don't see how somebody can reserve multiple rooms at the same time without entering name and address info multiple times. thanks,

    • Hello Julia,
      If you want that your users are reserve rooms of same type (booking resource, which have capacity - like "standard" rooms from demo site), so then you need to activate at the Booking Settings > Resource menu page "visitors apply to capacity" option. S then if you select 2 or more visitors from booking form it's, will reserve 2 (or more) rooms of same type.

    I've just downloaded your free version to test out on my site before I make the decision to upgrade. I selected the following code: [booking nummonths=3 startmonth='2011-03'] to see the booking form plus the calendar. On my site, I can see the booking form but not the code.     I am looking at your online booking calendar and I have one question. I will have one-site. And the options on your purchasing page shows where there is a 1 site + multi-user description for $1785 vs. multi-site+multi-user for $3785.

    I would have 1 site (domain name) but several (30-50) therapists (multi-users) booking schedules. So would the $1785 option meet our needs ---- ?

    It is not clear to me.

      For using plugin at one site you need single site usage version.
      So in your case you can select Booking Calendar MultiUser single site usage version.

  8. I've just downloaded and installed v2.8 of the Standard (free) version. However, although the tinyMCE button appears in my WP toolbar, clicking on it doesn't bring up a dialog or produce any code (nor does the "Booking calendar" button in HTML mode). In the Firefox error console window, I see the message:

    Error: jWPDev("#wpdev_bk-dialog").dialog is not a function

    Because the tinyMCE button doesn't work, I'm unable to put a calendar into a page. What could be going wrong? I'm using WP 3.1 and used the WP upload function to install and activate the plugin. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried it on both Firefox and Safari, and even tried v2.7--but although I can put the calendar widget into a sidebar, I can't put a regular calendar into a page.

    Help!

    • Maybe it just took some time for the plugin to take hold, but I tried dropping in the following (which I copied from a support discussion):

      [booking nummonths=1 startmonth='2011-03']

      and it worked!

      So, it looks like I can make calendars now...

      • Okay, so I've determined that I can make a calendar the hard way, but I'd still like to know why the buttons don't work.

          Try to deactivate other plugins and check is the buttons will work or not. Its an be conflicts in some other plugin.
          If button still will not work. So then please deactivate actual theme and activate standard - Twenty Ten theme. Then Check if button is work. If button is work, so then make insertion into the posts or pages detour short code. After you can activate the actual theme again.
          Please reply here and inform which theme or plugin are made this conflicts. Thank you.

      These errors is not relative to the plugin. Its JavaScript errors are generated by your actual theme "dugunarabasi", so please contact developer of this theme.

  10. I got free version does it suppose to say "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page." when I go to settings?
