  1. Hi from North of Spain:
    We ha ve several troubles:
    1- I´m not be able to run correctly the payment link from the email, the hash returned to me to the home page.
    2-In our case we are an agency of guides, we want the guides have access only to section "filter" to determine which days they are available and no resources, fields, payments etc. as at present. Is it possible?

      1) You need to create new post or page with this short code: [bookingedit]
      Then save link to this page at the general booking settings page at URL for booking edit. After please test it again.
      2) right now it's not possible at the original version. For having these functionality need additional customization (which are paid service). If you need this customization, please contact me by email with your description. Thank you.

  2. HEllo,
    i dont want to disable by default some unavailable days of the week, cause i have 3 calendars and in 2 i need the whole week, only in one calendar i just need 2 days. is there a way, that i can disable some days for each calendar?

      At the Premium Plus version ( you can test demo here https://onlinebookingcalendar.com/demo/ ) you can define season filters for your specific days (like weekends) and then at the availabilit and cost menu page set available/unavailable your specific days for your specific calendar.

    • You can make it at the CSS style file, which you are selected for booking calendar at general booking settings page.

  4. Hi Guys,
    I'm looking at purchaing premium/premium plus but before I do can you confirm it'll work with a kayaking booking situation:

    Needs to be able to set the amount of places available for each course (this maybe 4 / 6 or 12 places).
    The course needs to show that its booked only when all the places have been booked.
    The courses can run on 1/2 days (1 per day not multiples) full days, weekends and multidays ( 3-5 days for expeditions etc..)

      The number of seats (capacity) you can set only at the Hotel Edition version at the Settings > Resource menu page. Please test it st live demo. The reservation there can be done only for full day (not for specific time).

  5. Hi,

    I purchased the hotel version and struggling with 2 things:

    1. I want the booking calendar on page 1 and the form on page 2, but they must be for the same booking.
    2. Let's say I have boat, boat-1 and boat-2 where boat is the parent. In total I have 3 boats. When I make a booking, availability is shown, but a next booking can not book on the same dates

    Maybe a forum for this fine piece of software is more efficient then just comments?

    • Hello,
      1) you can make some time of customization using DIVs and JavaScript functionality for showing and hiding info like showing sub pages or so. So you can set at the form fields customization page calendar shortcode in one div and all other fields in other DIV. You need to set second DIV not visible, after using JavaScript you can hide one div with alendar and show other div with bookimg form fields, so it's will look like diferent steps of resrvation process.
      2)if you are insert bookimg form for the boat booking resource so then you have to have posibility to make 3 resrvations untill this day or days become unavailable. Or I misunderstand something ? So then please reply to my email with more detail description.
      3) yes this site section will be redeveloped soon for more comfort showing info.

  6. I am using the plugin (paid multisite premium) on real estate sites so the agents can book showings of the various properties. How would I set this up? Does each property need its own booking resource? How can I attach that functionality to a listing so it only appears when a client clicks 'book a showing'? Thanks.

    • Hello Daniel,
      Yes each propery are need own booking resource. You can create booking resources at the Booking page by using add button at the top of page. Then you can insert booking form with availability calendar for each of your properies into any post or page. For this you can use new booking button at the edit toolbar of edit post form.
      I am not really understand this "book a showing", can you describe it more detail or send link to example? You can contact me by email according last item.

  7. I run the pro-version on my site. Up till recent it worked fine. After an update of my wordpress version i do miss the buttons to the right and left of the calender with which a visitor can scroll to the next months. the adres of my site is http://www.vakantiehuis-in-italie.com

      I am checked this page https://www.vakantiehuis-in-italie.com/reserveren-en-boeken with booking calendar in Firefox 4RC, Interenet Expoer 8 and Safari browsers. In all browsers, I can see the scroll arrows in calendar and can shift the monthes.
      Can you send screesnhot of that issue, which you are have to my email, also please send link to that page ( may be you are test different), and browser name in which you are test it.

    Booking Calendar plugin version 2.8 (standard)
    PHP Version 5
    Problem: 500 Internal Error (box) was receive when clicking send on Online Calendar Plugin.

    A 500 Internal Error popup box was received when I clicked on "send" on the WordPress page I was using your Online Booking Plugin with. I saw the popup message after the 500 Internal Error message. What appears to be happening is that the reservation goes through but no email is sent to the admin.

    I went to that section on your FAQ. I put in https://www.{CUTTED}/wpdev-booking.php into my web browser and it gave me the message, "You don't have permission to direct access to this file!!!"

    I also changed the permissions to WP-Content, Plugin, booking, and wpdev-booking-php like you suggested but I had no luck. I got same error. I wasn't allowed to change the .htaccess.info file.

    Some other notes:
    None of the files changed had permissions 777 like you noted.

    Original permissions were such:
    wpdev-booking.php 644
    wp-content/plugin/booking 755
    wp-content/plugin 705
    wp-content/705
    .htaccess-705 (and unchangable as noted earlier)

    Other Notes
    -The .htaccess file was not in the root but in a subdirectory called "stats"
    -I have a mirror "testing" website on a different host account where the booking plugin is working correctly.
    -The testing site has the .htaccess file in the root directory but also one in the "stats" directory.
    -I tried moving the .htaccess file from the "testing" site to the main site and put the file in the root dir., but got same error.
    -As last ditch effort, I uninstalled WordPress and deleted all files off host. .htaccess and a couple others in the subdir "stats" wouldn't allow meet delete them but I got the rest off. I then installed a clean version of WP and only added the booking plugin to the twenty-twenty theme. I got the same "internal 500" popup error!!!
    -This error occurred "on it's own" (out of the blue) Not after a WP upgrade or Plugin upgrade.
    -I called my hosting company (Godaddy) They did a check on their server and said there was no problem there.
    -I did note that I was getting "write errors" when trying to import a database to the clean version of WP and when inserting a picture in a post. I have been able to add and delete files via my ftp client though. I don't know if this would be related to the plug error received.

    I do not have the page up on howellfarmlodging.com right now because I didn't want it shown. If you would like to view the page, I will be happy to make it and give it a password for you to inspect.

    • Thank you for your quick response. I just tried changing folders booking and file wpdev-booking.php to permission 755 and I still got the error. I believe I was told that the hosting plan on this site, (economy) doesn't do error logs but I will double check that with them. I don't see one through my FTP. I will ask them about restrictions on PHP class size too.
      The testing site (the one that is working) is on a more expensive host plan so I guess that could make sense.

      According you question about Booking Calendar.
      Please check that folders booking and file wpdev-booking.php have the
      permission 755

      Also, please check error log from your server. If you are receive 500
      internal server error message, the server have to note it at the
      error.log file with description about error.
      Sometime this error can appear when not enough memory for script
      execution or time limit. Also some server configuration have restricts
      for size of PHP class loadin into memory. These items you need to
      check with your sever service provider. But before, please check
      error.log

  9. Hi, here is a link to the site. I figured out how to hide the calendar but now the times are appearing on the listing on the homepage. Is there a way to prevent this?
