  1. Hi,
    Using the free version with a client and bookings have good well until recently when they get the following error.

    Error during inserting into BD
    [F:/wpdev-booking-ajax.php|L:298|V:2.8|DB:Unknown column modification_date in field list]

    The site is running 3.1 and I have u[dated it recently - might there be a conflict?

    • Sorry didn't explain that very well... when try to enter a booking either in admin or live on the site I get the above error. https://hobsoncottage.co.uk is the url. most recent version of plugin and a theme I adapted myself.

      Please go to the general booking settings page and check that option "Delete booking data" during uninstall was unchecked, for saving your data during deactivation of plugin. Then go the plugins menu and press deactivate link. Wait for message that plugin is deactivated successfully. After press activate link and wait for message that plugin is activated successfully (it's important). 
      After test it again. 

  2. Hello,

    I was wondering if there was a way to have different minimum booking times for different days (i.e. a resource needs to be booked for a minimum 2 days on weekends, but can be booked for 1 on weekdays). Thanks!

      Sorry, right now its not possible to set minimum days selection, which depend from kind of week days selection.

      • Thanks for the quick reply. I was also wondering if its possible to have a rate based on occupancy. That is if there is 1 visitor a room would cost 100, 2 visitors it would cost 150, 3 175 and so on. I know this can be done by setting the priority of the subresources, but I also have some resources where the cost and availability does not depend on the number of visitors.

        • You can set additional cost (can be in procents also), which is depence from selection of visitors (or any other selection in some selectbox), at Advanced cost management section at Payment settings page.
          But this additional cost will apply to the specific form for ALL booking resources.

  3. I am unable to activate the wordpress plug-in. My hosting service says I am executing a 'MySQL Slow Query'. Any ideas how to get around this?

    • Hello, the plugin is use standard wordpress methods for db tables creation. There is several tables are need to be created, so reason cane be in this, because of times creation.
      Anyhow other method to activate plugin is manually creation of all tables using phpMyAdmin or some other db tool. If you have phpMyAdmin, please reply to my email with description which version do you use, I will send SQL, which is need to be executed for initialization of plugin.

      when you are insert booking shortcode into post or page, you can use this:
      <center>[bookingcalendar oterparapms...]</center>
      If you need setting at the center of page only calendar, you are need to configure it at the Booking > Settings > Fields page by settings this:
      <center>[calendar]</center>

  5. Hi,

    I'm currently thinking about purchasing your plugin for a client. He has only 1 resource, which has a capacity of 4 or 5 people. The price per night for 4 people is X, the price per night for 5 people is Y. Is there a way of handling this with your plugin?

    • Hello Alex,
      This functionality is available at the Hotel Edition version. At this version you can set capacity of booking resource and/or maximum number of visitors. Also at this version is exist advanced cost management system at Payment page, where you can set additional cost for selection of visitors number at selectbox.
      Also, please note, if you do not care about capacity (posibility to make additional booking for specific day if not maximum number of visitors is reserved there) so then you can also select Premium Plus version, where is exist same advanced cost management system, but not available "capacity" system.

  6. I'm using Version 9.Premium.Plus.2.6 in a child of twentyten and have had booking disappear. Yesterday I received a mail saying that I needed to confirm a reservation BUT the plugin says there are no reservations. Ideas?

    • Hello Steve,
      It's possible that bookings which was done yesterday is reserve one yesterday day. Because this day in a past it's not showing at calendar. Please check Booking Msnager plugin, which will dhow all bookings from a past.

  8. Hi, Is it possible to change the currency to South African rands? My clients are confused and don't like doing the math when trying to make payments with any other currency setting.

    Help with be appreciated.

    • Hello,
      At the plugin are show all support currencies by Paypal and/or Sage payments systems. So that's why some currencies is not there. When Paypal or Sage will support this currency for payment we will include it into the plugin.

  9. Here is what i'm looking to do, can your plugins do it ?

    Rent a vacation house per periode of days, month, season ?

    example:

    Weekend - 2 days - fixe price
    Long weekend - 3 days - fixe price
    work week - 5 days (no saturday or sunday) - fixe price
    week - 7 days - fixe price
    Month - fixe price
    Season - Fixe price

      You can make such configuration at the Premium Plus or Hotel Edition versions at the "Cost and availability" settings menu page. Please test it at live demo of these versions.

      • Thanks for the respond but can we specify a price for 5 days without Saturday or Sunday

        work week – 5 days (no saturday or sunday) – fixe price - 500$
        week – 7 days – fixe price - 750$

          It's mean that weekday is cost $100
          And weekend day is $125.
          So you can set normal cost as $100 per day for this booking resource. Then create new rate for weekend and set cost $125 per those days. Also then at the general Bookinh settings page you csn set range days selection and define minimum days selection as 5 days.
          These features are available at Premium Plus and Hotel Edition versions.

      No it's not possible, because paypal or sage is not support it now.
